On 6/1/21, I had an emergency and Rick Anderson with Dry Solutions came out ASAP. Due to a pipe leak, the carpet in my bedroom closet and bedroom was soaked with water. My adjoining bath was also affected. Rick set up equipment so everything could be dried out. When job was done, the carpet, vanity and baseboards were saved. Nothing ruined. When I was able to return home, Rick had everything put back in place, all was clean and it looked like it had never happened. Im no expert, but I also think their charges were reasonable. Rick did a great job, was professional and courteous, and I highly recommend Dry Solutions. I will use them in the future if I ever need any of the services they provide.

Dry Solutions is AAAMAZING!We had a disaster about a year ago that I posted about on Yelp (it’s in the pics) I called so many places. Dry solution’s owner Rick moved his schedule around to help our desperate situation.Well almost a year later getting maintenance on our Brand new RV (that I keep immaculately, even obsessively clean) during which a tech incorrectly blew debris INTO a channel that should have been OUT from the rear of the refrigerator created a mess in our kitchen especially around the pristine fridge.Rick once again worked his schedule to get into the area for helping us.On time (a bit early always) and got right into it.I barely had to say what I needed as he scanned the scene and hit each point.. he thinks and sees dirt and bacteria for what it is so he gets all of if.It takes him and his tools 2 hours what would take Me 4 plus he always goes that above and beyond.He emptied what was in fridge wiped it down and proceeded to clean and replace the items.This company and owner is a truly customer service oriented satisfaction beyond what’s asked.Thank you again Rick for helping us keep enjoying our home!! :)

Dry Solutions did an amazing job cleaning my micro fiber sectional. I was ready to throw out this couch and buy a new one but my wife convinced me to try this first. The results are almost unbelievable. I feel like we have a brand new couch. The person that cleaned my couch was really professional and courteous. The whole process took about an hour and half.

Rick cleaned all the rugs in my house. He was very prompt, very professional, and very clean. The truck and all the cleaning utensils that he uses are very clean. He leaves no mess. Everything sparkled when he left. I couldnt be more satisfied. Rick has a very good personality.

RIck was professional and courteous from start to finish. The cost after the job was completed was exactly the same as what he quoted me when I made the appointment. Im guessing it helps to be as specific as possible when describing what you need cleaned. I have one mattress that is almost a decade old that was covered with pet stains. Although he wasnt able get all the stains out, which I didnt really expect considering the length of time weve had both the mattress and the stains, its now much cleaner and more presentable!

Ricks services were highly recommended by Royal Maid service, and he was a courteous professional from scheduling, to follow-up calls, to the actual cleaning. I had to call Rick so many times leading up to the appointment, and he was very flexible in rescheduling the date and time (multiple times). I even found out that they did carpet repair (quick and reasonably priced), and it saved my family from having to replace carpeting.The before and after is incredibly astonishing. I wish I could post pictures of it here, and I wish my family had used his services before now. The carpets had not been cleaned during the 15 years we lived in that home, and the carpets looked fine until we moved out all the furniture and suddenly all the normal wear and traffic patterns were so apparent. I was hoping that theyd be able to make it look less apparent, and they did better than that. After the cleaning, the high-traffic AND low-traffic areas looked better than the before condition of the less-worn carpet that had been hiding under furniture. Same for the tile...all the grout was cleaned so it looked brand-new.

I have used this service since I moved to Florida almost 20 years ago and have been very happy with their work. The have excellent work ethics and are a very professional company in every way. They are experts in the care and cleaning of carpets, as well as tile grout. I used them to repair carpets that needed patching because of uncleanable stains or other damage. I have not had to use their water damage remediation service, but I heard they are experts with that as well.

Rick was on time, did an excellent work took his time and my carpet looks new again. Would recommended any time and will use again in the future. Thanks for the great work !!!!!!
