I only needed to use the sprayer to rinse off some concrete but the second Bay from the left wouldnt take $1s so I had to move to the bay on the left. Using a card requires a minimum of $5 which was too much time for what I needed to do. The car wash is pretty clean and well lit but I cant speak on whether or not the sprayers put out lots of soap.

Serious one of the best car washes I’ve been too but I’m from California. I went early Saturday morning on the 4th of July and it was empty, no wait. It cost me 5$ for 10min, that would normally be only 5min where in from. They had this turbo dry thing that I’ve never seen before, it worked ok but you didn’t have to pay extra for it. I didn’t vacuum but they had a decent amount. It looks like they had 5 bays and the place was clean. This will be my go to

Put $5 into the far right bay and nothing turns on. No one on site and no contact info anywhere on the property. This place would be awesome if someone would put 15 minutes a week into it.

This is the one at gandy and west shore. Waste of money!! Stay away! The spray nosels are all broken, no water pressure and the air dryer hose has no pressure (a blow dryer puts off more air.) The soap brush doesnt put out much soap and half of the options dont work. Better off somewhere else!

This is a self-serve car wash that had no presoak no high pressure wash no high-pressure rinse in the bay that I was in. My pants got wetter than my car did because the wand leaked. It was a waste of five dollars I will never use this car wash again

Vacuums dont have enough suction, the far right manual bay, took my money and nothing works except the air blower. The second manual bay from the right, nothing works except the rinse and blower. Charged my card multiple times, for a rinse.

Fine if you just want a quick wash with only water. Been here 4 times and every time the triple foam conditoner is out of soap and the high pressure foam only has very little soap come out. I wouldnt come here if youre looking to use anything other than water. Owner isnt doing anything or replying to any other reviewers below me so it says something about his/her commitment to this wash. At that point Ill just pay a bit more at Mister Car Wash for $7 down the road for a full service wash and dry...

Two out of three times Ive been there I put the money in and they have no water. And I see people pulling in after I leave doing the same thing, getting ripped off. Stay away from this place is not good.

Vacuum did not work after inserted credit card several times. No option to use coins. Credit card was billed for each unsuccessful swipe. Maintenance man on site said he could not help because it was not his job; he only handles high pressure equipment. No phone number on site to call for refund and no phone number on internet listing to call. Do not go here...

Do not go to this car wash! Absolute waste of money. Everything is broken. The vacuum is terrible and does not suck up anything. 1 tries 2 different ones. Your home vacuum would be 10x better. All of the car wash features were broke. The spot free dryer is a joke. It would take you ages to hand dry it with this blow dryer especially because the ceiling leaks water on the car constantly.

Waste your money somewhere else. We first spent $6 on the drive-through car wash that didnt work. Then we try the other washing bays. Neither of the ones that we tried had functioning foam brushes and the high-speed rinse was anything but. My vehicle actually ended up looking worse after I visited this car wash then before. The picture of the broken vacuum says it all

No soap. This place doesnt put soap in the high pressure soap. Bring cash (not coins) because minimum card charge is $5 for 10 minutes. Only good for a disappointing rinse.

I put five dollars in the machine to wash my vehicle the most it dead with squirt out water got absolutely no soap whether be in the gun or brush I want my money back and absolutely no phone number to contact terrible business.

Stopped to wash my work van. Only 2 functions operated, high pressure wash and rinse, but high pressure wash/soap had no soap at all, just water. The car wash had no sign with a phone number should someone have a problem. Fortunately I used a credit card so I called card services to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company.

The majority of selections do not work, at all. None of the following worked; Bug Off, Tire Cleaner, Wheel Cleaner, Pre Soak, Foam Brush, Foam Conditioner, Clearcoat Protectant, Or Spot Free Rinse. It’s worth mentioning that their was no actual soap in the “high pressure soap” nor was it particularly powerful and removed basically nothing. Also, the “turbo” dry is laughable.Waste of $7.00. Do NOT go here.

Foam brush button did not work at the wash station second from the left. The brush was missing. The high pressure rinse lacked power. This was a complete waste of 7$.I cant speak for the other stations but the lack of maintenance reflects on the entire station.Needs TLC to improve. Hopefully it gets it given the great location.

I went to this car wash on Saturday and 95% of the wash options did not work. The scrub brush didnt even have soap. This used to be a decent car wash.

If you swipe your credit card it charges you for 10 minutes. And theres only soap and water which youre done with in 2 mins. The fancy things are either empty or just more water. Even the vacuum had no suction. Good bye $6.

Well so dawg i was here the other night at 9 pm no lights on! So much for 24 hours. Has the potential to be the best car wash around but there’s barely any soap that comes out of the low or high pressure wash 🤔🤔🤔 I guess I’ll keep looking for a better car wash.

This place is a straight RIP off.. it automatically charges ur debit card 10 dollars and thats just for vacuum.. and it does it best to make u use debit card by the change machine never working.. I would never go here again..

Horrible tried to wash car in two different washers and neither one worked so I wasted 10 dollars. Only thing that worked was the dryer. Car wash is a joke 😂

They took the liberty of charging my card for ten minutes. Then, the sprayer was broken, and there was no way to get my money back. I had to go to a second car wash to get the soap off. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

3 out of 4 bays dont work. Didnt try 4th one. Homeless guy sitting there told me to use automatic wash. Hahaha, what a joke. No soap. Got 5 minutes of water. Brush hit my small suv really hard n then never touched it after first try failed. Ill be disputing this charge.

Great options. Spot free water best self service car wash I have been to hands down. Most people who go here complain because they dont know how any of it works. I paid 5 dollars for my car for presoak, tireclean, rinse, clear coat protect, and Spot free rinse. Hands down great wash.

This is by far the worst self wash Ive been to. Only takes $1 and cards--wont take $5, or change, and no change machine. It takes 15 seconds to switch modes when you push the button, so you waste time and money getting what you want. There didnt seem to be any soap in the high power spray, and it wasnt very high powered either. I only had two $1 bills, and I didnt want to use a card, so I basically paid $2 to hose off my car.

Please give me refund. Your machine didn’t work. $10

Left a film on my car and had no soap:(3 years later made the mistake of coming again and it was even more pathetic than the first time. Went through the automatic wash and literally the spinning brushes did not even reach the car! Left dirtier than when I drove in. This place is awful!

Horrible. Tried to use the scrubber and it took my money but apparently the scrubber doesnt work. No way to cancel, no notification about charging for extra time. My husband tried to cancel it and it was an ad time button apparently.

Wish I had seen the poor reviews before stopping here! For $10 I got only water sprayed on my car (no soap). Worse, the overhead roller slammed into the back of my car!!  It hit so hard that the whole rear of my car lifted up about a foot, and I seriously thought another car had entered the wash and rear ended me! Now my rear spoiler is damaged. No signs on the property with contact info or website for reporting problems, which is highly suspicious. This place is just an automated money maker for an owner too cheap to give refunds due to his own neglect.

Im giving it one star because I cant give it 0 stars. Its the worse carwash ever. It didnt clean my car at all and it broke one piece that was atttached to my rear door. Never going back and I suggest you do not wash your car here.

Absolutely horrible. Not all the options work and they only have one or two barely functional bays. Their card reader is terrible and there is no way of canceling the payment if the foam brush or something else doesn’t work.

This is the second time it charged me 10 bucks, first on the manual car wash and the vacuum I forgot it did it before. I will not use this place ever again.

I used the self wash area and half the options did not work, plus when I was able to switch to another option it took a very long time to switch and all the while the timer is still going. Not a great place to go to at all.

Worst experience ever, when brush came back over my car, it banged into my car and ripped off the panel that houses my upper brake light. When I retrieved the part from my car, I saw other car pieces on the ground. I am making an insurance claim, and disputing the credit card charge (I paid for the works, but it didnt even clean)I wish I had read the reviews before using the wash. Apparently, I am not the first person to experience this. Like someone else said, it sounded like someone rear ended me when the bar hit my car

Spent 5.00 on a shampoo/upholstery foam brush that didn’t work.

Caused significant damage to my vehicle. Pulled off the trim above my rear window along with my brake light.

I first put $1 to use the vacuum machine and it wouldnt turn on so I figured the weaker vacuum option may be broken. I decided to try the $2 selection but didnt have cash so I used my debit card. Still nothing. Checked my bank records this morning and they have charged me $6.50. Owner please get in touch with me.

This place is such a scam! Im requesting a charge back from my credit card!The mashine was not working. Pulled my car into the wash to have the selected, and only one option of super wash. Unfortunately, for my surprise my car only got sprayed with water and soap on top of it, then stopped working. Seriously!? Now I had to drive off with soap all over my car at 8pm. Lol The most awful experience ever! They dont have a contact number for assistance either. How convinient!?

Automatic car wash hit my car in the rear with one of the rotating arms. A gentleman there said that many cars have been damaged by the auto car wash yet, there are no signs up and the bay is still open. Many of the lights are broken inside the wash too.

The machines dont work properly

The motorized brush at this car was just slammed on the top back part of my BMW, breaking the top portion over looking my trunk window. Who ever services or own this will answer for it!!

Scum bags have a broken payment machine on the automated car wash that has a broken credit card reader and didnt give change for cash payment. They have no website, and no working phone number (some poor womans personal number with a full mailbox) to report issues. They owe me $12 and I want it back!

Oct 5th, 2017 . Drove my 70k 2016 Yukon through the automated car wash . And it RIPPED OF MY SPOILER, broke my back GLASS, TOTAL DAMAGE WAS 1805 dollars . No CONTACT NUMBERS NO EMAILS NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF OWNERS !!! Avoid this place its NOT WORTH THE WASH !!!
