Adrian was very helpful in explaining their policies. Although I was traveling out of state and not able to use them, I will definitely consider them if I need a rental for travel within FL only.

I was unlucky to book the car from this company. Normally if I book the car in the US I can use my car insurance simply calling them and I have proof of insurance for rented car emailed in 5 minutes. For 4 days period it cost 15-20$. But not with this company. If I want to use my car insurance, I have to do it 60 days before to take rented car. But only one qustion: how is that possible? If Priceless cant tell me 2 months ahead of time what car they will give me. System is done the way to rob the customer. They charge me 120$ for 4 days insurance on Nissan Versa. I pay this amount for about 2 months to insure my own car. The same story with tollways. For every used toll they charge 20$ or You have to buy the plan and pay for every day using tollways. Why customer just cant pay for the tollways he used amount it really cost? They charged me 250$ security deposit, week after its not returned to my card yet. I would not recommend this company to nobody. They are swindlers. Please stay away
Very disappointed in this car rental company. First of all, they were a bit hard to find. Signs were not very clear. When we went to the counter we were greeted by a young gentleman. He was getting all the paperwork prepared but was delayed from having to call my insurance company for proof of insurance. This is the first time I have been asked for this information. At all other car rental companys I am insured with my credit card. In the end he could not get a hold of them and took my word that I had insurance. Then they give you a waiver to sign and on it there is a fee of 9.95US per day for a toll pass that you have no choice but to purchase if you are not a US resident. Nowhere in the agreement on there booking site did they disclose this information. We had no intentions of using a toll road and were told if we didnt pay, we wouldnt be able to rent the car. To me this is very deceitful. I would have never rented from them if I would have known this prior to booking the car. It cost us another 70US for nothing. Then when returning the car there were no signs on the 3rd level as to where the car was to be returned. I had to ask another rental agency where i was to return the car. Once I parked the car, there was no one there to check me out. I had to go back down to the rental booth and hand in the keys. All the attendant asked me is if i had gotten into an accident and that was check out. This is a very mickey mouse operation with poor customer service and deceitful charges. They have lost me as a customer, lesson learned. If i could have, i wouldnt have even given it a 1 star rating but had no choice.
The car was fine. As the person below stated, i was also hit with the toll pass that cost me a lot of money. My biggest gripe is that a week has passed and my deposit has not been returned. I need my money. I called Expedia and they said my money would be back in my account by 5 pm. It is now 943 pm and still no email or money. I am very upset.
