I had so many good experiences working with Omnia. Every time I have questions, theyre always a phone call away. Shout out to Cindy, Linda, and Tonya! These ladies are wonderful and helped me break down more information on my team.
Customer service is responsive. Assessments provided a good tool to help focus some of our interview questions. As with any behavioral assessment, I would caution employers from relying too heavily on the analysis provided, but it does provide a helpful bit of additional context. I look forward to diving in with our existing staff to explore workstyles.
I find this tool to be the best one I have used for employment assessments. The tool provides in depth information to help select, on- board and coach/develop team members. The team is responsive and more than willing to review assessments to help with decisions.
I have worked with Omnia for over 20 years. Really helps in the hiring process. The online testing is so easy and helpful.
Fantastic organization to work with! The assessment tool we used for our board members was easy to complete and the results were very accurate. Keather Snyder was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use The Omnia Group in the future for our hiring and staff development needs.
We use Omnias assessments for hiring in our business. Very valuable. Customer support is great too.
The Omnia Profile 8-column custom report was pretty accurate. The assessment was simpler than most personality tests I have taken. The reports best part was the analysts thorough behavioral dynamics summary, remarks, and development suggestions. The EPIC levels the report showed was epic, indeed! :) Highly recommend for organizations for pre-employment testing, promotions, and employee development.
My organization has been using The Omnia Group for over 7 years. They have great service, are reliable, and provide great volume for the cost. We have adopted using their profiles not only in our hiring practices, but also in talent reviews and succession planning throughout the company. I would highly recommend using Omnia.
Been employed here almost 30 years. Took the Omnia profile back then and it is still relevant for helping to put people in the right seat in the organization and assist with managing to peak performance. Simply put - Top notch people and top notch products and service.
I used to be a software developer for the Omni group. I have a degree in computer science and a degree in sociology. As a result my time with Omnia was an excellent fit. I had a chance to bring both my sociological training and my computer science training into play my entire time there. It is my professional opinion that the Omnia Profile is one of the most accurate products of its type. Unlike other profiling tools this one does not collect any information that is not accurate and it does not throw away any accurate information. Also, other products on the market do not do an analysis of the job position that the company is looking to fill. Omnia analyzes not just potential candidates but the position that they will be filling, to assess the suitability of the position and the candidate. When providing their assessment to the customer Omnia also includes suggested management approaches for the individual based upon the individuals profile matched with the companys position profile.match within that particular company between that position and the prospect. TDuring my time there I only found one category person who was not accurately assessed by the Omnia profile. That category is people who have been adopted. Very few people in this country do get adopted so the impact that that has upon the general usage of the Omnia profile is very minimal. During my time there a way could not be determined that we could improve the product in that area. It has been a number of years since Ive been a part of the company so maybe they have since then found a way to address that one category. One of the things that makes it difficult to address that category is that a fair number of people who have been adopted do not know that theyve been adopted such as was the case with myself. When I first started on the I did not know that I was adopted. At the age of 44 I learned that I was adopted as a very young child. As I learned more about the impact that being adopted has upon an individual it made a lot of things understandable with regards to discrepancies between myself and the Omnia profile. It is my opinion that there is not a tool on the market that can address the category of people who have been adopted so from a market position standpoint there is no product out there that has the upper hand on the Omnia profile.
The omnia group is terrible. I was looking for a survey based assessment company for job interviews. I went through what an interviewee went through and was bored. I just started clicking stuff to get the assessment over with. Do not use this company.
Great place to work.
