PCS has been an encouraging, team oriented and progressive company. New management has improved the quality and professionalism of work and employee engagement. PCS has quickly implemented new ways to ensure the safety of their employees during this pandemic.New training criteria have been implemented, manager engagement has increased and employee incentives have continued to be essential for all employees.I am glad to be part of a company that is promoting growth, financial gain and open communication.
As a provider for PCS we have provided services for this company on multiple occasions, but they never follow through on the terms of their contract and provide payment for services provided. They are not very professional to deal with. I have to send them multiple emails requesting the status of payment, but they give me the runaround and even ignore my emails sometimes. I am giving this review as a last resort because I don’t know how else to reach out to them. I don’t think it’s ethical for them do do this without any remorse towards their providers. They quite frankly don’t seem to care. At the very least all they can do is be give honest answers that are truthful so everyone is on the same page. So please consider this before contracting to provide services for PCS. I never, ever leave negative reviews for companies because I love to give everyone ample time to prove themselves, right their wrongs and I am forgiving. But PCS does not seem to care so I had to write this in all honesty so everyone who is considering working with them is aware. Have a blessed day all!
We provided hearing aid services for a patient. PCS received payment months ago and has not paid us. They will not let you speak with anyone in accounts payable. The people that you do reach do not return calls!! BEWARE!!!
Horrible company to deal with. We installed a ramp & grab bars for a patient of a case manager that works with them. They made error after error. Sending a wrong PO with incorrect pricing, then accused us of wrong pricing. They requested grab bars on a Thur, we installed them on Monday like we told them we would do. Monday afternoon after grab bars were installed they requested a ramp. Then refused to pay a second trip charge. Job is 2.5 hours away. Its now been 4 months and they ignore emails and havent paid a dime.Do not work with them so many other companies that offer the same services and 100 percent better customer service. Try VGM/Homelink, SMS, One Call Care or Optum. Dont make priority care any type of priority.
No one cant help me with my contract i asked for brandy brown and she was very rude,she doesnt have any idea about her work
Drivers who do not obey traffic laws such as wearing seatbelts, using turn signals and looking over their shoulders when changing lanes . Complaints about specific drivers and requests not to have them back were ignored. It took 6 days before anyone called to find out what the complaint was about and now after a total of 3 weeks from the time of the complaint, not one thing has changed. Drivers reek of cigarette smoke and refuse to use GPS on drives because they know the area so well. My husband has been late for appointments and had a drive take 30 minutes longer because the driver did not want to go down a specific street because of the time of day. They are extremely inefficient and ignore their customers needs. This companys name should not have care in it. We are forced to use them because of Workmans Comp. I would NEVER choose this company. BEWARE!
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Records phone calls, plays 2nd party hand behind the scenes, hires workers not fluent in English, very bad record keeping. If I could give the a negative number, I would.
As a medical provider I have only had bad experiences with this company. I first get a call requesting a reduction in pay for services, then I have to wait for over 60 days to receive payments, and then i dont get paid within the time frame of the contract. I call to find out what the problem is and they have lost 1/2 of the claims that were sent in. I start the process to find out what is going on with claims and have been disconnected 4 times so far, transferred to multiple extensions and departments and have still not been paid for services from 5 months ago. Very disappointed with this company.
