Awesome Service! They do a great job and have supplied 75% of our Team Members. They have high quality candidates and even do their own in-house training. Every now and then you may get someone that isnt up to par but just let them know and they will replace them that same day or the next. I have worked with a number of staffing agencies in the past but none like BG. I have used them for the last 3 years and they truly are an Exceptional Staffing Agency.

As a License Realtor, I thought it would be a shoe in to get into Apartment Leasing. How wrong I was, finally after attempting to apply online directly to property managers, I learned I needed experience in this field. So the next thing I did I went to several apartment complexes and was told the best way to get into the leasing business is to work for BG Staffing. I right away sent them my resume and in two weeks I was working assignments as a BG Temp. While working these positions, I quickly realized....I did not have the necessary experience needed. So if you plan on going into Leasing, which I love by the way, I strongly suggest applying with BG Staffing. Not only do you get hands on experience, BG Staffing offers a training program to help you understand our laws in Fair market and provide you with great tips in being the best you can be. Kiddos to BG I love you and always highly recommend you. Yes, there are other competitors out there...but dont waste your time. BG Staffing is far more professional and they really care about your success!

This is the worst company to work for! The little pay and little training they give you isnt worth it. Its called BG multifamily, more like BS multi-liars. I would never ever recommend anyone I know to worth for this company. When you come in they are all nice and sweet and say they are their to help you with anything you might have questions about, they give you a 1 day (4 hours) training which isnt enough to train someone who has never had this experience in this type of work. Dont believe once your out of the office they can careless! They have a high turn round for employees because a lot of people quit and find something better! Hell walmart pays more with real training and less BS. Now, im an office manager for a dentist office making twice the amount this BS company pays you. Trust and believe there are other companies that will train you properly with better pay than this one, stay far away from these clowns!

Empese to work with BG in 2009 in austin texas when what the company called bg personnel services the mark magnificent person recruiter in 2015 I moved to florida,tampa found out that here too there was this company I contact to recruiters and start to work immediately, through the years I worked with this company as an excellent form Cadre maintenance in complex apartments, I tell them that start like as porter up to the manager in maintenance. gracias position thanks to this great company that formed me and I helped get the american dream. espero continue to exist for many years,gracias jesus serrano,gracias mark, gracias a todos .
