Sam gives me hope that my hair can still look good on my head. Just when I’m on the verge of shaving off the remaining hair I have, Sam works magic I have never seen from any other barber. He is a great character and makes everyone who comes to him feel like family. I’ve struggled with finding a trustworthy barber in the past but these last 2 years going to Sam have been the best barber experience I have ever had. I always leave his shop feeling more confident than ever and can never thank him enough.

Its taken me a while to find a good barber around USF, but he is a professional and friendly barber, he knows how to cut quickly and clean. He identified problem spots (like cowlicks and thin hair) with my head and hair to give a great cut with these things in mind. I definitely would recommend.

I’ve been coming to this barber since I started going to USF (2 and a half years at time of writing this) and I wouldn’t go to any other barber. Always gives good haircuts and he even knows what I want without me having to tell him. Really friendly guy, as well. He’s also very close to The USF campus (in Tampa), so it’s really convenient for myself and other students.

Wow!! I took my son to get his hair cut for school and I can’t believe the amount of detail on his hair cut. He is very creative and quick. Although he was very busy still kept very calm and friendly. We live in Orlando but willing to travel to Tampa to come back for my sons next haircut.

They give great haircuts. I, with trepidation, went for my first haircut since COVID19. There were no masks and there was another customer getting a haircut right next to me. If the state puts out rules, they should be followed. I wore a mask to protect those within, only removing it to actually get my haircut. I would go back if I can’t find reasonable clippers myself and I knew masks were being worn/that I was the only customer in store.I can only hope nobody in there was infected.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for about two years and have never once gotten a bad cut. It’s honestly just a really good haircut that isn’t too expensive.

My son Raymond is 3 years old and had his first hair cut here today. I was terrified but he allowed me and my husband to feel so at ease (mainly me). He was so great working with our son, had him relaxed let him pretend shave him to get him use to the the tools played joked around had him laughing. Sam knows his business and is great at his job. His passion and commitment is so dedicated. And Rays hair cut was great he looks so good he was so comfortable with Sam that he didnt cry nor move not once during the whole time.

We had a terrible experience there. The first time my boyfriend went to the barbershop, he felt good so we went there again. But the tragedy happens the second time. That was Sunday afternoon about 5pm while about 5 people were waiting for the barber. Therefore, he rushed cutting my boyfriends hair. The most important thing is that his clipper cut his ear. So the result is his ear starts to bleeding. while the barber kept emphasizing that it was just a small cut. But what I saw is the blood on my boyfriends ear and shirt. We’ll never go there again!!!

Most Amazing place.It all started years ago with my special son Charlie, as I was driving home one day, I passed by here and stopped as I was running short on time yet needed Charlies hair cut.As soon as I pulled up and went in Sam immediately took Charlie from my arms to assist as he does not walk ...I was truly taken back by his sincere kindness in assisting me and till this day Sam still continues without asking to take Charlie to and from car ...Truly blessed to have met such an amazingng gentleman who cared so much in assistance without question. I was brand new to Tampa and was in need of a new barber. I had seen my previous one for roughly 4 years, so needless to say I am very particular about my hair. Sam greeted me at the door as if I were family, and has been taking care of me for the last year and a half.
