Izzy is the best barber in town! Hands down period. Support your local veteran owned business. I come to him every week and have been for the past 6 months. He pays attention to detail and is a master at his craft. If you want to look your best and not worry about getting another bad haircut, then this is the place you need to go to.

The most unprofessional thing I’ve experienced in a long time. I’m from out of town and had my appointment booked for nearly a week. The guy texts two minutes before the start my appointment saying he’s 30 mins out and has to reschedule because he has other appointments. How does that work??

Matthew is an awesome barber. Literally coming back to Tampa for another cut. I recommend this shop, the atmosphere was super cool, the beers were cold and a nice feature to a great haircut and line up.

I was in the market for a new barber and Wes was ready even earlier than my online booked appointment (which was SUPER convenient). As a first time customer he made me feel like a client for a while. He was absolutely meticulous with my haircut and my shave. The man is an artist and offered good conversation along with a stress free and relaxing experience.

Man am I happy I found Hyde Park Barber Shop. Izzy is a master of his craft. I went in with crazy “quarantine” hair and after my appointment I was looking normal again. Izzy got me all cleaned up and my hair was looking better than ever. I had made an appointment using his website, which was very easy and convenient. He got me in the chair right on time. Absolutely fantastic haircut. Izzy is professional, friendly, and detail oriented. I was not able to clearly articulate what I wanted but he knew exactly what I was trying to say. I came out of the barbershop feeling like a new person and definitely plan to go back.I have had my haircut at other “men’s grooming salons” and barbershops all over the Tampa area. Not only did I get a better haircut here but it was also less expensive.

Best barber in Tampa. I had Wes and I was amazed by his skill. Best haircut Ive ever gotten. Ive told every single barber I dont like with small side of my hair and they all just overlook it. Wes went above and beyond and made it 10x better than I could ever imagine!

First time going to this barbershop and booked an appt. online for 11:30. The barber didn’t check for any appts. and seemed to select one of the regulars instead of who booked an appt.Wasted my lunch break.... I was looking forward to trying this new spot, too! Hyde Park Barbershop, is a hidden gem. Izzy cut my hair and did a phenomenal job, not only that I got the hot towel treatment, cold towel treatment, eyebrows n my beard trimmed up, for a great price. He took his time was professional and I would recommend him to anyone in the area to check him out .This guy is serious about his craft.

Izzy is a cut above the rest. He can take what you want, and elevate it above your expectations. He understands what you want, and translates the cut to look good. It took me a few wrong places in the beginning, but I’m glad I finally found Izzy. My go to for as long as I’m in Tampa.

Very Easy and accessible location. Upon arriving barber Izzy was ready and awaiting my prescheduled appointment, so there was no wait time. He was very knowledgeable as to what I wanted making my experience even better. My haircut came out better than I imaged, within no time and at a fair cost. We just moved from NJ to Tampa. Tampa just opened up from the VIRUS and every haircut spot is booked solid. Very frustrating! We found Hyde Park Barber Shop on Google. We were able to set a family appt for all 4 of our boys. Great conversation, great service and great haicuts. The owner, cut all our hair, turns out he had just moved his family down from Jersey last year. If you enjoy a real barber and great barber shop atmosphere then Hyde Park Barber Shop is your place. We will definately be regulars moving forward.
