My cuban people this is a shame. My son got a very nice haircut last week. The next day he woke up like this. It looks like the barber didnt use a new blade. Please, we are in the U.S. Dont be so cheap...

My personal experience do not go here if youre not Spanish or speak Spanish like others have stated. I entered the establishment and not one barber ask may I help you or somebody will be with you shortly. After a few minutes I just got up and left. Ive been to barbershops in Colombia and the DR where the language barrier is there but they still made the attempt to greet me.

It was supposed to be open on Sundays until 2pm. However, we lost our trip because it was closed. Waisted time and gas.

This place has been my sons barber spot for over 3 years. The guys here are amazing and are very detailed oriented, but a special shout out to Charly, who has been taking care of my son, since he was 1… wouldn’t recommend any other barber shop but this one for you to go hair needs.

I took my 9 yr old son. Our barber did great work and paid attention to detail. We also played ping pong while we waited. The environment was nice and the staff was friendly. We didnt wait too long for a Saturday afternoon.

Ive lived in Town n Country for 4+ years. Ive been to 2 other barbershops in the area and this one is by far the best one. Less wait times, excellent customer service, and great friendly atmosphere.

Dont go if you dont speak Spanish its like getting a hair cut from some spenish country since they dont understand English its so hard to make them understand what type of hair cut you want and I had to tell him 3 times that hey you have cut so much from side just cut some more from another side to even them up I had to tell his buddy to tell him I want him to do this he still done nothing of what I ask it was terrible experience

Walked in and barber said he was done for the day when closing time was 3 hours away

Great work. I had not had someone do such a great clean up of my eyebrows in about 4 years

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (WAITING FOR ANSWER)I went there yesterday night to cut my hair, they did a very good job in the front and when the barber showed me the back with a mirror I couldnt see the bottom, but thought was good and didnt pay attention. The price was $ 15, but I gave him $ 20. When I got home my wife liked, but she looked in the back and said why you did that in the back ?, and I said, what? I didnt ask them to do anything in the back. Then she took a picture and I could see that was very bad V shape nothing to do with a Moican as you can see at the attached picture. So, I went bak there this morning, but the person who cut my hair was not there and would work only in the afternoon, but I couldnt wait, couldnt go to work with that thing. So, I asked the other guy to help me. Ive called the other guy, and said, ok Ill fix it. I did a great job. But, after I finished I asked me for another $ 15, and I said, man I paid $ 20 yesterday for the other guy, and he didnt say anything, and was waiting for the money. I gave him the $ 15 and said thanks. I hope the owner or manager reads my review and take some action. Its not about the money that it cost me ($ 35), its about Customer Service, it was the worst customer service I had ever. Ill still keep recommending people to them, but after the service, make sure it is as you asked, because if you need to go back for a touch up or fix something wrong, they will charge you again, what I completely disagree. The person responsible for the business was not there this morning, but Id like to hear from you your opinion of this situation, and maybe it will change the way I think now of your Customer Service.
