Great service. They Know a lot about German vehicles, I have a 328

I went to Ludeks shop because I had some lights come up on my BMW 328i.He took in my car, and after some hours later, called that I had two issues with my car:1) Front ABS Sensor was out.2) DMTL Emission pump needed to be changed.He quoted me around $740 in parts + repair costs.After I told him that this is not in my budget to pay for such repair costs, he then turned around and told me that I needed to pay $120 diagnosis fee because I wouldnt want to fix the car at his shop. Something I was shocked about because he was NEVER upfront about the diagnostic fee. (if there is a flat fee for diagnosis, then please state it UPFRONT to the customer not later on - its very shady to do business like this)I took the car from his shop, and took it to another shop down the road, where they were able to fix both issues at a cost of $200 (thats $540 less than what he quoted me!!!)P.S. The diagnosis @ his shop means that he uses an OBDII reader (you can find for $10 on Amazon) to get the error codes (5 mins job) & then relay them to you on the phone. (he charged me $120 for this service)

Great place. Ludek is very friendly. My car was fixed fast and the price was great.

Lets face it. I cant fix it. But Ludeks can. What we thought The issue could be and what it was saved us over 60%. They are knowledgeable, honest-- thats huge for me-- and friendly. I will not go to the dealer anymore if I dont have to. Ludek obviously loves what he does. He has been there for 29 years and there is a good reason for that. Small business doesnt thrive by providing substandard service or product. If you want quality service all the way around please call them. They will not disappoint.

Ludeks is fair, reasonably priced and most of all very knowledgeable. They do it the way Id do it if I had the time and the equipment and the expertise. Highly recommended.

Just called this place and the guy clearly has a temper problem. I asked a few questions due to my lack of expecience with car installments, and the guy on the phone (most likely a manager) instantly started to yell at me through the phone. If a guy cant handle a phone call, I highly wouldnt trust this individual to touch my vehicle, he would probably messed up my vehicle out of frustration because he has personal daddy issues or whatever. Based off a phone call I can already tell what kind of establishment this company has. IM OUT.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly

I was at Ludeks today to fix my BMW 328i. He is very honest, straight forward, and will tell you what is the problem. I was impressed with the diagnosis, how fast he was to fix the problem, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend him. I am a woman, and usually people tell me lies about what the car needs. Not at Ludeks. It was worth the drive from Clearwater.

Im sending this on behalf of my father, he is 85 and uses Ludeks for his Mercedes based RV. Ludek always gives him the straight scoop on what he needs, what he can and cannot do, and honest recommendations. Besides the fact that they are honest and helpful, they are also nice people. Ludek even helped out when they were in Wyoming and had an issue on the road. He makes my father feel confident out on the road, thats worth everything. Thanks to everyone at Ludeks.

Autozone computer test told me more. He recommended an engine overhaul scare tactic, yawn. 2 min mass air flow sensor swap at home, priceless. Just keep driving.

We called and spoke with Ludek to get a quote for our air bag/ coil springs convention for our Range Rover. He said it would take no more than 4 hours. When we received our parts and called to make an appointment, the guy who was there (Ludek was on vacation), said it would take at least 8-10 hours! We told him what Ludek had said to us and he said we must have spoken with someone else. Too bad there are bad employees. Ludek himself seems like an honest guy.

My hard top cover failed to close and operate: he charged 100 bucks to manually close it and diagnose it: hydraulic pump to be replaced est tot cost: $3000 .After research i tried first replacing the salmon relay,$5 at a wreck in palm river AND MAGICALLY TOP COVER STARTED WORKING AGAIN SMOOTHLY!Selx eplanatory right?

I have not used Ludeks yet but i got it from the guys on volvospeed that Ludeks is a reliable or good indy shop, especially for volvo or other imports...pay it forward my good people...pay it forward when & where you can!jefhonvolvo for life.

Quality service - Ludek takes the time to explain and show the issues, not just tell you. Not cheap but definitely great in terms of value.
