Kudos to Service Manager Mike Gillespie and staff. My 2021 car wouldnt start . Only had the car since 02/21. Called AAA and it was the battery. Called Mike and without hesitation he said I got you, bring it in. Less than 2 hrs, my car had a new battery, oil change and complimentary car wash.Thanks again for the timely service.

I didnt have an appointment but I knew that something was going on with my battery in my car . It was acting funny so they told me to bring it straight in. I went down and even though they had a lot going on and the place is very busy, they checked my battery immediately acknowledged that yes that battery was getting pretty week and took care of replacing it and got me out of there and I was very satisfied with the service. Ive been a AAA member for 14 years. I do want to say that having that car care center there is wonderful because now I can have my car serviced with confidence.

Kevin is a brilliant young man with an excellent attitude and work ethic. There’s not a question in the world that to big for this man, an absolute wiz on the phones and operates google better than anyone I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Did title work on new car purchase at tax collector office. Amazing staff, on time with my appointment in and out of DMV in 20minutes.

My ABS went out after a car wash...yeah, older car from the North...they did an amazing job keeping it to the minimum cost and were great on their responsiveness. Dan and team did everything they could to keep the repair cheap and also make sure that everything is good.

Dan and the team at this location are absolutely amazing!! Last night I got caught driving in a bad storm and flooding and as I was pulling into my destination I felt and heard scraping noise and a bunch of metal was hanging down from the bottom of my car. Not sure what was in that huge puddle I drove through but it messed up the bottom of my car. I had AAA tow to this location and they fixed it the next day so quickly and even put air in my tires! They hooked me up! They were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be back in the future if I need anything else done to my car! Thank you so much!!!

I love triple A they always have my back whenever I need anything auto related. I had a flat tire on the side of i275 mid work day and Josh at the Westshore location completely hooked me up - got me in and out of there with a tire patch in less than 30 minutes! Ive been coming here for oil changes since I moved to Florida about 1 1/2 year ago. I realized I had a screw in my tire due to a slow leak I could see on my dashboard. I called and got Josh in Service. Hes absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Concerned for my safety he advised me to over fill my tire with air and got me an immediate appointment even though he was booked.Josh went above and beyond!!! Thanks so much Josh. Prior to going, I was not aware that AAA had moved, but I easily found them due to the line forming outside prior to the DMV opening. Staff there are helpful and friendly.

I had an appointment for 12 noon on a Saturday morning for a tire rotation and Josh got me in and out in 15 minutes! One of the best experiences Ive had taking my car to be serviced. Also the lobby area is very clean and nice... I will definitely be back for future service on my vehicle.

Went in for the registry... One guy that works there hates his job... But someone else went above& beyond to help and the second rep John, was awesome, there wait time is awesome!!!!

Work was done quickly. Photos of problems were sent. Not sure if all the work done was totally, critically necessary, but new parts and work was done and looked good. Was clean and organized.

Chester and Dan are Amazing ! They both helped me so much with my car issues and helping me fine help a shop that could help me with the work they couldn’t do.

They were absolutely amazing and accommodating. I took my vehicle to the dealership and they had it for a week and couldn’t figure out the the issue. This place figured out the issue and fixed my car within 24 hours of it being dropped off! Great customer service. They definitely have earned me as a loyal customer.

My wife locked her keys in her car and Called AAA and they turned her away telling her a locksmith would be cheaper due to her needing to pay and additional 60 dollars for a expedited membership processing. We ended up spending more with a locksmith for a 1 time incident. Later down the road I lock me keys in my truck but since my wife was turned away I didn’t have AAA and once again had to spend 150 bucks on a lock smith.I use to love AAA but now they can go shove one where the sun don’t shine.

I initially deleted my review because I felt bad. But in the end I want others to be aware. I took my car here first. They quoted me $850 for a new battery ($50), new drive belt ($25) and a new alternator ($100).I then realized I knew a mechanic, so I told them stop the work. They charged me $125 to open the hood of my car and call it a day.When I get to the new mechanic he tells me that I only need a new drive belt. That he can remove the broken drive belt fragments from my alternator with his bare hands. And the job cost him $25. I still have my alternator and battery you told me was broken.You also took parts out my car and didn’t put them back, probably hoping that I would return, but my trusted mechanic went to a Nissan dealership and got them for me because he’s well connected.Watch out. These are the most friendly con artists I’ve ever dealt with. I got a refund by contacting my card company. What I recommend is go on to where they sell used cars and find yourself a gig mechanic or a private mechanic who won’t jerk you over. The key is to find a mechanic who comes across as extremely honest and tells you what’s really broken. If he tells you there is a lot wrong with your car be suspicious.Update: still using the battery and alternator they told me was dead all this time later. Amazing.Update 2: the battery and alternator you told me were dead just took me from Tampa to Los Angeles and back. How does anyone trust this business?

OMG this place was so helpful. I literally was just wondering about something on my car and Dan was walking by and when I asked him about my car he literally asked me for my keys and helped me out right then and there. DONT EVER pay for this service if you are in need tow services IN A PARKING GARAGE!!!!!! Way past tired of waiting 8 hrs, or more for a tow truck that never shows! Ive missed 2 garage appts in the last year, & about to miss another!!! Called 9:18pm, its now 8am, still no tow truck!AAA sells a service that provides- ZERO RETURN. AVOID THIS SCAM BUSINESS.Now saying truck will show up after 12:30p, 15.5 hrs +, & not buying the lies anymore.As high-rise, after high-rise gets built you think they would have incentives to bring companies that have the capacity to tow vehicles out of parking garages. Higher an independent the company. I AM NEVER BUYING AAA AGAIN! Wish I knew this, why I am sharing with community. Good Luck!

So our first horrible experience was 2 weeks ago when we went in for our scheduled appointment at 4:45. The clerk I believe named Shirley was very rude and wouldnt allow us to finish both registrations we needed to because of the time and we mentioned they were the ones that set the appointment time for us.Today we go in to register another unit and the same lady gives us a hard time because we set an appointment for titling and not registration which is pretty much on the same screen.Bottom line is if you dont like what you do for a living go find something else to do in life but if you work in a business environment make sure the customer is treated right and has a good experience. #DmvOnWestShoreSucks

So from the beginning of my visit I could tell this place was top notch. The lobby was very clean and they fit me in mid day right away. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! Triple a drivers are scam artists just dropping vehicles off at triple a preferred vendors!!! All my son needed was a tire change!!! What the driver did to my son will not be forgotten. He took his house keys, car keys and left him stranded on I-275!! This was done by one of your drivers, I have spent the entire day trying to speak to management while I get hung up on. My son is a type 1 diabetic and has his entire medical supplies in the vehicle which we can’t access since they stole his keys. This is truly unforgivable!!! I recorded my past 4 conversations and plan on sharing them with my attorney as well as the BBB for further investigation

I have had AAA for many years now. This brick & mortar Care Plus location opened up right down the road from my house, but I had not yet used it, until I got a nail in my tire and had to find a super close place to get it fixed asap. Immediately thought of trying this close AAA Care Plus location.The guys were awesome to work with, and although they were busy that particular day, they were able to squeeze me in on my mini tire emergency and get me on my way. Ample parking lot, everyone was COVID safe wearing masks, and the customer lounge was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Will definitely use them again and will let all my friends and family know how easy their location was to use.

Came for the tax collector office. Appointments are needed at the time. Staff was officiant, friendly and helpful but I definitely recommend arriving at least 15/20 early for your appointment.

Had a nail lodge into my tire on the way into work. Met Josh at the front desk and he told me he would get it fixed in no time. Within an hour Josh had my tire repaired and and best part of all he waived the charge. World class service and professionalism out of Josh. Thank you Sir!

Two weeks agoI was in Surrey Virginia, Where, i was ran off the road,by 18 wheeler. I was stuck in the mud. My anxiety was past 10, tried to call AAA was unable to get through. For my last visit - I was amazed how quickly they resolve what was wrong with my car! Been comming here for years love this place tried to go to brandon dmv and plant city and wait lines were 3 hours i drove 30mins to this place and was in and out in about 25 to 30mins i have never waited longer than that service is excellent the employees here are actual people greet you and help you out as much as they can are generous and respectful unlike the trashy people working they look down at everyone the state dmvs they are rude and dirty, plus check out AAA services while you wait.

Wow!!! Had been passing by this place repeatedly on my way to work every day. Had a bad leak in my tire so went in today to see if they could assist. They were completely booked for the day...but Josh told me he would work me in...and he definitely did. The problem was a little difficult to pin down, but they “nailed” it. LOL. No pun intended. They had me set up and ready to get back on the road before I was even off work. Will definitely be using their services in the future and would definitely recommend!! Five stars!!

This has been by far the most phenomenal auto service I’ve received. The staff here truly cared about my situation and provided beyond exceptional care for my car issues— especially Josh Pless, it was truly a pleasure working with you! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

They have helped me out a couple of times. Recently I got major service done at the car dealer and they said my battery was reading bad. Their price for a new one was high and I took it here because they were cheaper and told them I thought I needed a new battery. They found no problem with the battery and passed up an easy sale because I was prepared to replace it if they said so. I appreciate the honesty!

I had my teenage son take my car in for an oil change and when I saw the receipt later, I knew they had put the wrong oil. First, I made a point to ask the person when I made the appointment did they have a synthetic blend and he said yes. When I called on Monday and spoke with Josh, he stated yes they used conventional oil and he knew exactly what car it was and he looked it up to make sure it was fine. When I ask why didnt he ask what type of fuel he stated again the conventional oil was the only they had and they where out of stock of the others. It wasnt until I ask him why didnt he say anything he said my son said he wanted the $19.99 oil change. First. The coupons also had synthetic or synthetic blend as an option and I highlighted synthetic blend next he didnt ask because he didnt have anything else. When this first happen I took it as some kind of communication problem and I am sure part if it was. They didnt ask and my son assumed they saw the synthetic blend highlighted but it wasnt until I called and he said he knew exactly what car I had and he went into this explanation of why the other oil was used that I knew that they knew what they were going when the conventional oil was put in. I used the shop because I have had AAA for a long time but Im not sure if I would use them again. I do know that switching the oils should not create a problem. However, Im just not please on how this was handled.

The front staff did a great job of describing the issues with my car and worked hard to do the job right the first time. Josh really took care of my fiancé and I. Great value with excellent service. A garage you can trust is doing the job well!

I Just called today to schedule an appointment for one Michelin tire replacement for my Ford Mustang. I found Josh to be highly professional, kind and helpful. They are ordering my tire and will call me to schedule the appointment. That works and I am very happy. I was not in a hurry so this works great. I took my Jeep to AAA on Westshore for expensive repairs that I was told were needed by other shops. I had scheduled the appointment with Josh previously. The mechanic ran the diagnostics and Josh happily came to tell me that my Jeep was fine. No repairs needed. I found the customer service from the front desk to the repair shop to be excellent. Josh was well mannered, professional, and knowledgeable. I saw how they worked as a team. I will not go anywhere else for repairs. It is a full repair shop. Also, there is a passport photo, taxes, travel, and DMV on the premises.

I had my car towed in because it wouldn’t start. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and were able to give me a call within a couple hours to let me know it was a starter. They were able to get the part the same day and even had after hours pickup setup for me! Great service, I would recommend this to anyone who needs any type of vehicle repair.

I have been taking my vehicle here for almost a year and the customer service, turn-around time, and quality of work is exceptional! Repairs are always in-line or below other shops with minimal delay in getting the parts needed. I would strongly recommend... plus the location is convenient for anyone working in the area.

I was very disappointed with this service. I brought my car in for a special called Seasonal Maintenance (they offer 3 levels...I chose the most inclusive) regular price $284.81 for $99.95.Included:1) standard oil/filter/lube ($29.95 value). My Prius requires synthetic so I expected to pay a little more but I was shocked to see the cost for this service was $71.08.2) 4- wheel balance and tire rotation (value $49.96). This was not listed on the receipt so I assume it was not done.3) Multi-point inspection and battery check w/printout (value $50). The receipt shows a place for this result but it is blank and I received no print-out. None of the other inspection results (4) Brake Inspection (value $39.95) I assume this was done as it was listed on receipt. Receipt result area was left blank.5) Alignment Check (value $39.95) I assume this was done as it was listed on receipt.6) $25 additional service voucher. Fine print says I could use voucher for this service call but tech told me I could not use it for this service call...he said I could use it next visit but he didnt give me a paper or email voucher.7) Two front wiper blades (Value up to $30) Receipt shows unit price total I paid for both $52.91.8) Cabin Air filter (value up to $20). Receipt shows unit price I paid $25.73.I believe the inflated prices listed for oil/lube/filter and windshield wipers was in order to bring the total up to $113.40.

Car broke on veterans. The towing company took it to this shop. They fix the car (I dont know if the price was good or not, I am not a mechanic). They had to take out the air conditioning to fix the problem. They provided a warranty on the air conditioning. Two weeks later the air conditioner broke. Took it back to the shop. The broken part was not covered by the warranty. Very convenient. Had them fix it anyway. Now two weeks later the car is broken down again. The car has more issues now than before going to this shop. I dont know if they are incompetent or they are stealing from you by breaking your car on purpose or its all unrelated, but not going back here ever again.

This is a wonderful facility with the best staff! Logan helped me understand what was wrong with my car and helped me fix it; And he got me an amazing deal! I recommend this place to anyone that wants top of the line service as well as short waiting time. I’m very happy with my experience and with the impeccable customer service!!!

My son -n -law had his 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan towed to AAA auto care West Shore, they diagnosed his engine problem, found a excellent used engine, had to transfer heads, manifold and several parts and components from several used motors, to make one exact replacement of the original engine that had gone bad .Despite the delay, Service Writer Josh, along with Mechanic Matt and several other Mechanics, teamed up and made things happen!!!The new used replacement engine was a total success!!!Thanks again to Josh, Logan, Dan and all the mechanics @ AAA auto repair West Shore, for an over and above experience!!!!You guys are the best !!!!Thanks for your sincere honesty and upmost integrity!!!!I sincerely recommend this repair shop for all your auto and truck repair/needs !!!!Thanks again guys for an outstanding job !!!!
