Incredibly impressed with Ralphs Auto! My 2011 Camaro ended up breaking down on me in the middle of rush hour. Found Ralphs Auto on google, called and he said he would be closed but to leave my car at the shop for the night. After EIGHT horrendous hours dealing with the tow company and physically getting my car towed to Ralphs, they had my car up and running by 3pm the next day! Courteous, honest, very reasonable service. Thank you for being there when I needed help the most!

Just plain stupid

I took my Hyundai Sonata which was having starter issues. This is a common problem with this model after 60k miles. They did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money. I would recommend to all.

Great service and will honor warranty

Took my car which is a pontiac in for an alternator I was satisfied until I got home and hit a bump and car kept cutting off. Took it to mechanic to find out my wiring was not put back properly due to they have to move stuff to get to alternator take it back for him to curse at me with my 7 month old in my hand saying she to young to understand to him trying to add up more money for me to pay I told him my wires need to be tighten thats it so Im letting my husband handle it cause Im stressed standing out there in the sun with two young kids for the bs
