I have to say that all the personnel in Wexford Apartments starting from the manager to leasing agent were great . They really care about making sure we know what is going on with our application. I’ve lived here for 4 years and I’ve had no complaints. They always answer the phone & respond quick to emails. They have the best employees they all play a part in keeping our community safe & A1. Especially the office Manager Janice she’s a problem solver any issues she’ll handle them ASAP

Pros: the apartments are large and spacious & Natasha in the office is helpfulCons: Thieves in the area (breaking into cars and stealing catalytic converter‘s off your vehicle & they will not place cameras on the premises), the pool is never open, I live on the 3rd floor with volted ceilings & need a ladder to reach smoke detector (been waiting 3 weeks for maintenance to replace the battery, which is beeping so loudly that customers from my job on the phone are hearing it and bringing it up. 90% of the time they don’t answer the phones, I’ve been here a year and they’ve had 3 different managers and to many to count employees who work in the office, their priorities are messed up (they paved the parking lot (which didn’t need to be done and power washed the sidewalks, but can’t keep the pool open nor place cameras in the area to keep their tenants and their tenants property safe) the accounting person in the office is rude (when a part off my car was stolen, I asked if they are ever going to get cameras. To which she replied “no” and then proceeded to tell me how some of their employees live here and she didn’t. I guess as long as it’s something she doesn’t have to worry about happening to her she doesn’t care! There is ONE dumpster and many tenants on the weekends the trash overflows and you can’t get to the dumpster (if you leave it outside your door waiting for them to clean the mess they’ll place a $100 fine on your door saying that the garbage needs to go into the dumpster.Let me add that I’ve lived here for a year and NEVER been late with my rent.

New people in the office are horrible!l what happened to management? It was so much better before. Never had a problem in two years living there until the new management came in. Please fix it.

I live here and management is amazing. They are always willing to accommodate you with whatever needs you have. Maintenance also keeps the grounds clean and up to date. Everyone is friendly except for the one new lady in the office but honestly I havent had enough experience with her to make a judgement. Shes probably adjusting and trying to set clear boundaries with her new tenets, you know?

I would really love it if they add a shade on top of the pool, it is very hot and it really burns you! This would be very helpfull! Other than that, Wonderful!!!

Wexford has given me an opportunity to be part of their community. My first and primary contact has been Yen. Amazing professional kind and helpful person. I love her disposition. In addition, all office staff has been great. Maintenance is constantly cleaning picking up trash making sure the property looks beautiful. We have private security patrols. Rules are being enforced leading to cleanliness. Service request are processed in a timely fashion. I have come in and out at all hours of the night with no issues nor fears. The main reason I am writing this review is because when I moved here I read the reviews and was a little hesitant. Thank God I followed my own instincts. I love living here at Wexford. Thank you.

I visit this location a couple of times a week in the mornings. The crew is very friendly, and the service is fantastic. Kudos to all of them.

It takes time for office to complete an order they put into request the process is a little slow all around.. But when maintenance comes its all business.

I really love the property. I love my apartment. The property manager and the staff are super attentive to your needs. The new manager is doing an amazing job. Me and many other residents see the changes she has made and we are very appreciative of her and her staffs details to fix the property. Jeff the maintenance supervisor is amazing g and a very hard worker. He is always around the property making sure everything is done. Thank God also for the security. Even though the rude tenants and their visitors are out of the staffs control, they are doing great. Thank you team Wexford.

Ive been apart of the wexford family for about 3 years and ever since theyve had a change in management ive been seeing ALOT of improvements around the community like more lighting in the parking lots security to name a couple examples and as always maintenance is always quick in response to my work orders.

Great response time.

Wexford apartment homes were nice, now there is trash all over the property residents leaving broken down vehicles and the trash is always overflowing. Why have a gate when it is never closed. Now we have homeless living in the woods back by where I live. We need to have security all day and night. The new manager Janice is very nice, and so is the staff but it is not the same when I moved in 4 years ago. The apartments are ok the refrigerator is way too small for a family of 4 and my right front burner on my stove keeps catching fire.

I have been staying here since october and my living experience has not been the best. Ive voiced my concern about the same neighbors being disruptive throughout the day/night over 5 times now and the leasing office still has not done anything about it. Its even at the point where maintenance complains about the same neighbors. Ive reached out to the manager & the manager never even wrote me back. I shouldnt have to complain over and over again its very dissatisfying as a resident.

Ive called a total of 6 times within two weeks and never got an answer. I also left voicemails, no calls were returned of course. I even went to the office which the doors were locked but there was no sign saying they were close just the hours (mon-fri 9-5) it was 2pm. I knocked on the door twice and no answer so i went toward the window to see if anyone was in there, of course it was a man in there ignoring me knocking. I politely walked away very unprofessional Im not even interested thank you for showing me how unprofessional the office is before i moved in.

Nice location and quiet area. You can get anywhere in about 20 min due to you being so close to the highway. The casino is near by amd youre only 20 min from shopping in either direction. You can get to I-4 or 75 or 275.

Horrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phone been calling since November and haven’t get any call back when I when to the apt around October they told there is no apt available at the moment they ask me to call back in November and I been calling since then and don’t get any response... this is ridiculous why you have a office full of staff when they not doing there job THIS IS SAD

This place is horrible! The manager is rude just for little reasons. She takes pictures of the kids without their parents permission. It’s illegal!

Love it here staff is helpful and friendly. I will reccomend to friends parking and garbage is the only issue but that is the residents just throwing trash everywhere

Ive been here for three years and I cant wait until my lease is up. When I first moved in and the building was owned by Wilson everything was great. Staff was attentive and maintenance responded stickry and accurately. Now, with this new company it seems as if they are more worried about fining the tenants and the outside maintenance rather than keeping this community safe and a place we would like to live. First off, they tow without any proper signage to let visitors know where they should park. Sending out a drawn copy of the parking lots with arrows isnt an efficient way to inform tenants on parking. Secondly, every month pallets are sent out to inform tenants that none should hang around the stairs. Every single day I have to walk past men smoking and blocking the walkway. This is a building directly behind the office. Also, kids are constantly running in the street. The apartment itself is nice but because of the constant ppl hanging around outside there is always garbage in the hallways. My car has been broken into twice by the way. Management did nothing but inform the tenants that there have been a series of break ins. That may decrease if there are more lights in the parking lot and if they would finish kick out those people that break the rules. M Last but not least, there is always mountains of garbage outside the trash compactor. Instead of paying for one more dumpster, we have an entire complex throwing away garbage in one place.I used to love living here. Now I dont feel like this place is safe for myself or my kids. If management practiced what they preach, I would definitely renew my lease.

I will not resign my lease with them. They charge u $100 for trash when the trash is always full. They never come fix anything. The only good thing is water is included and rent is cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for

It’s just me and my 4 year old son and my first year here was perfect. I had no complaints except for miserable tenants who complained about kids (not mine) being outside which is kinda ridiculous to me but whatever. Girls in the office were polite never seemed to have much of a attitude especially Ariel. I like Ariel. But it all took a turn for the worst. You can no longer pay rent by money order, you have to use money gram if you don’t want them with your routing and checking info. MG charges you $3.50 to pay YOUR rent not to mention if money gram is not they’ll charge you a 50 late fee even if it’s not your fault. I called maintenance to fix a light in the kitchen. They came 3 days later after asking me to allow 24-48 hours which is understandable. The light blew the same day. I went to the office to report it and a new chick said they’ll handle it. It’s been a whole week and 2 days and i still have no light inMy kitchen and they never answer the phone. I work so of course i can’t keep popping in the rent office on a daily basis. They don’t care about mold because i also reported that in my work order along with my leaking AC. But if my rent is late i bet I’ll get a note on my door. Wexford please do better.

They never answer the phone takes them months to even fix any maintenance supply in your home have upstairs neighbors who repeatedly make noise complain to them they haven’t done anything since just horrible staff . I’ll pass by the office see them inside an they won’t pick the phone up . Not a good place to stay just need to tear down these apartments even with new people they still suck poor everything ready to move quickly as possible.i wouldn’t recommend staying here .

When I first moved here I mentioned the reviews and they said nah dont worry about the reviews it was just a bunch of angry people who got kicked out well Im here to tell you people that Ive been living here 1 and 1/2 years and the negative reviews are 100% true!! All of them!

I’ve been calling since about 9:30-10 I left a voicemail and still no call back. I’ve called multiple times because I’m actually interested in their apartments and let’s just say not even worth getting a call for them if it’s already 3 and they still haven’t called me back I could only imagine what the matience would be like. I pressed to go to a maintenance call and told the lady I’ve been calling for hours and she was literally no help. Lol what a joke

I have been living in Wexford for about 6 years now and has witnessed the community go from stable and clean to disturbance filled breezeways laced with screaming children, adults, and barking dogs. The trash compactor from day to day could range from a few cups to an entire apartment full of furniture just sitting out as if at a yard sale. The community as a whole has diminished from an occasion where the sheriff being called out to the sheriff being here maybe 3 times per week. The children are disrespectful, the tenants have no respect of thy neighbor, and management has sooo much to deal with I dont know if they will ever get a handle on things. This will be my last year with Wexford... The community dynamic has gotten to be too much of a trash riddled zoo.

Dont believe the response from the owner comments its the front office trying to do damage control when I contacted corporate office they said they knew nothing about the comments or the problems goin on here at Wexfords thats why each comment from the owner says stop by front office to solve problems you may have because its them trying to do damage control so they wont get in trouble by the real owners so sad you guys have to resort to these tactics instead of just fixing the problems... #Smdh #DontWasteYourMoney

My apartment wasn’t too bad, you could see the spots were they repainted not very well and the carpets need to be clean prior to an new resident moving in. The neighbors are really loud and not considerate of others around.

I hope the new owners run this place better.

I have been living here for a year counting March 2015. My apartment flooded due to a broken water valve in the washer the office provided for use. I called the next morning to have them come out and vacuum up the water and give me a dryer for the floor. Not to mention I was given one floor dryer for my living room, washer and dryer area and my master bedroom. The maintenance man came out and stated he would fix the water valve. After I was advised it was fixed. I attempted to wash clothes and the washer flooded again. I called the emergency line. Maintenance came over, vacuumed up the water and advised they needed to replace the washer. At this point my floor never fully dried from the first time it flooded and I started noticing a smell. My Boyfriend got sick and so did I.I contacted the office to let them know that my carpet has to be mildewed. I was told The smell is just dirt. Not to mention the carpet was cleaned due to me renewing my lease. How could it be dirt? They dont want to replace my carpet because of the cost and dont care about my health. This morning i was told Mildew doesnt smell. We can deodorize the carpet The smell is probably from the carpet being damp and not drying properly. Which would cause mildew. Im not satisfied with the way that Im being treated. Today makes 10 days that this has been going on. I have not been able to stay at home because the mildew is making me sick. They are so worried about the cost of the carpet versus the health of their tenant. Horrible. If something isnt done I will terminate my lease and get a lawyer to prevent having to pay for early termination charges.

Excellent cleanliness, order, friendly, animal lover, good location, attentive. If you ask for recommendations, I suggest that they make an exclusive closed space for the dogs to run, play and share without having the collar. Why the complex is complete has everything.
