We went on a tour during a rainy day in Florida, yet everyone at the leasing office was amazing. The community is beautiful, has great amenities for families and is gated. The inside of their demo was beautiful and the balconies are great sizes for swings. Its also a big community, so something to beware of if you prefer smaller. This was our 3rd choice after viewing other properties because of price point only. If all the prices were of similar value, we would have leased here.
I am so grateful to call Seasons at Westchase HOME. From the staff, to my beautiful apartment, the amenities and the maintenance personnel - Everything is an absolute peace of mind and a great place to call home. If I ever had a maintenance concern or question, I get a response immediately regardless the time or day of the week. The Front Office Staff including management has always been very helpful and responds quickly. Everyone here at Seasons at Westchase feels like family and I love this community. They are constantly upgrading and updating the property. I had no hesitation to renew my lease and here I am year #2 at this beautiful, luxurious complex.
Seasons at Westchase has been our home for the last 3 years, will be 4. (just signed our new lease) The value, courtesy, amenities, attention to maintenance requests and personal care that you receive at Seasons at Westchase is superior. Brenda in the office is always so happy, positive and will make things happen. She has really taken care of my family over the years, I have grown to value her friendship as well. Angel who my family refers to as the man has been on top of every maintenance request submitted without hesitation or complaint and always with the highest workmanship.He and his staff take the time to wave, say Hi, ask how you are when passing in the halls etc. That is refreshing in todays times. It is the little things that set places apart. The community is quite, children have a place to play outside away from the busy streets, families walk together, pets know each other. In my building there are families that have resided her longer than we have. We are truly a community. I recommend living on this property hands down!!
Moving into this community has been an amazing seamless experience from beginning to end. Brenda was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions! Everyone I have met in the office and in the area have been friendly and welcoming. Everything was exactly as expected and I have no cons.

I have lived here almost a year and a half and can say nothing but wonderful things about the management and the maintenance crew. Brenda the business manager was instrumental in helping me transfer apartments as she worked very hard to find me one in a very short period of time. I love it, and she and her team have worked very hard to make everything the best possible through the pandemic. She is willing to work with you and listens. The maintenance team is very courteous and gets things done without making you wait too long. Everything is kept up super nice, and they listen to the residents about the needs and wants. Hats off to the team at Seasons at Westchase. Highly recommend their very beautiful and spacious apartment homes.
I brought my sister’s family to look at different apartments in the area to move here. Brenda at Seasons was the only one that took the time to show us around & to answer all our questions without acting like we were bothering her. We came back again to take another look and again so kind to us. Plus, my sister fell in love with the apartment.
The staff, grounds, maintenance, price, amenities are all amazing! We love our lake view! Our apartment is so spacious and everyone takes care to ensure we have a nice place to live. Close to the beaches, not far from downtown, around the corner from a huge mall, it’s fantastic!
Georgie helped me tour the complex and a 2 bed room, gave me all the floor plans and answered the multiple calls and questions I had. She helped me do an application, and she is awesome! Highly recommend her, and I am looking forward to moving in.

I’ve been a resident here close to two years now. We never ran into issues, the apartments are upgraded and really spacious. This is a quiet neighborhood, kid friendly, the amenities are gorgeous as well.Management is awesome, specially Brenda, she is such a caring person. Goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. I consider myself a very needy tenant lol, and she is amazing!!
I have been moved here last month and I have wonderful experience in community.Brenda is very helpful always and responsive to queries.She made my move in very smooth and quickly helped me to fix my issues. Seasons at WestChase is very neat & clean and very secured community with advance amenities like gym, kids play area . It has big swimming pool . Residents have adoption to take walk around the community lake . Elementary school is highly rated. Surrounding has lot of grocery stores and pharmacies also. I love this community.I wish I could give more than 5 star😊
I relocated to this area in 2019-2021 . I didnt know anyone. However, the Professionalism that I recieved by Brenda was awesome! It made me feel like I had a family member near. After a months long search for the perfect first apartment in Tampa after moving from the northeast I found Seasons at Westchase while visiting a competitor close by. I loved the demo apartment and wanted that same layout. I worked with Brenda for weeks to get the right view and apartment and she was the best! All the staff, but especially Brenda were great and this was during an odd time where the main office was closed due to Covid-19. Everything went seamless and the staff didnt miss a beat. Highly recommend and make sure you connect with Brenda!

Very positive and friendly!I would also like to comment on Angel. He really cares about Seasons at Westchase. A few months ago, our microwave caught on fire! It was scary. It happened in the evening and the very next day, Angel was here and he took care of it!Also Carla always does her very best to do everything she can for each person who lives here. She doesnt have an easy job, especially during this difficult time. As soon as she came on as manager, I noticed a positive change here! Great job everyone! And Thank You!

Dont fall for it guys. Stay away. Very poor construction/wall material and Staff is not cooperating at all. Resident live above us made lot of noise and jump around house. We complaint couple times but leasing office said they cant help much there. Very light quality construction, where you can here if someone walking above your floor.Also staff manager(Brenda) is rude to resident at times. Internet provided by leasing office (mandatory) had lot of issues w.r.t. connection getting broken and devices didnt get sync up or wifi time out but no resolution. Never experienced such bad services and rude staff other places.

I’ve used to live at this apartment complex a while ago when it was still transitioning from Century Falls to Seasons at Westchase and enjoyed it very much. The price was good and the pool area was the best. Don’t know how it is right now but in my time i really enjoyed it.
I have resided at Seasons at Westchase coming up on one year. Despite the pandemic causing amenities to close (pool, bbq grills and gym), the complex is always quiet and the grounds are kept clean. The tenants are very respectable too. The Rental Office staff and Maintenance team are helpful always riding around in their carts making themselves visible. Ive spoken at length on multiple occasions to Brenda at the office and have placed a few work order request. She has always taken action handled my concerns with care. The office changes receptionist staff often it appears but they all have been nice to me. Now there is another new person named Anna I believe and she is very personable when answering the telephones extending her assistance. Always nice to receive a pleasant voice.

A year after i can say i keep the 5 starts and if i could, id add more.Starting with Brenda Marcano who is the Assistant Business Manager, she has always been very professional, helpfull and courteous. She has always given me a solution any time i have needed.The maintenance team and the communication between the leasing office is amazing, they fix everthing really fast, Angel and Hector are super nice and professionals.I have to move out after two woderful years living in this community, and definitely i will miss this place so much. It is always clean, calm and safe. So if you are looking to move in Citrus Park area, consider this community at the top of your list!!!

While my girlfriend and I worked mostly with Kim, the whole team was incredibly helpful in answering any and all questions we had while also responding in a timely manner. When we moved in there were a few things we wanted fixed (nothing major at all, just some minor touch-ups) and the maintenance team responded within only a couple hours and fixed everything while being incredibly kind. They did not rush and made sure we were completely satisfied with their work, ensuring we had no other issues.
Beautiful apartment complex. Our apartment is very spacious. Our office crew, Brenda and Carla are amazing, very nice and professional. Whenever we come in the office, even if its just to say hello they welcome us with open arms. Our maintenance crew Maikel, Hector and Angel are also amazing as well. Whenever we have an issue large or small they take care of it immediately. If there is a way to rate this on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give everyone here a 20.
I recently found a leak inside of my closet as soon as I told the property manager Carla, she had the maintenance supervisor Angel over in my apartment in a matter of seconds! Once I was able to go back home my apartment smelled so fresh, like brand new. The whole team at Seasons at Westchase are AWESOME! The whole property is beautiful, clean and cheery, I feel very happy to be part of a wonderful establishment. The pool is gorgeous, the gym is astounding and its so peaceful when the fountains are lit up at night! Thank you for making my home a place I love to be at
All though this place is a bit out of my price range, I still had a good experience in the office with Brenda. She was very nice to me, I really appreciated her patience and politeness. She was thorough with all the information she gave me and she answered every question that I had without a problem.
The Staff is outstanding, beautiful community, and top public schools, I was looking for a place for my daughter and I for over 2 months and could not find the perfect place, i wanted to ensure safety and also somewhere we can call home. My first impression on Seasons Westchase was they were very professional, patient, and made the entire experience very smooth. Brenda the Manager worked diligently with my application and was able to submit everything with a quick turnaround and her first words were Welcome home! Kim was also very helpful with showing us around the property and had such a positive attitude about everything. Thank you Brenda and Kim!
I recently moved to Seasons and Ive been here about a month. I am nothing but pleased with this complex and this area! Despite the pandemic making everything a little more difficult, Brenda and Latrice made everything so easy and were extremely professional, helpful and responsive. As far as the property goes, there are so many positives.1. I have to give it a 9/10. Beautiful exterior with pretty lakes and landscaping and pretty interior. High ceilings, crown moldings, big patio, large bedroom, and I am in a non-remodeled unit and its still beautiful. I havent had any issues with bugs or mold or anything of that nature. (-1 for some chipped paint on the outside, minor things like that.)2. Because of the hours I work, I never have an issue finding super close parking, but even if I come home during prime time (5-6pm) I never have to walk super far to my building ever.3. Apartment upon move-in was very clean. Walls didnt have any wear or tear, paint was fresh, everything was cleaned and in working order.4. I havent had any issues with anything not working, aside from the first day I moved in I accidentally broke the blinds. I submitted a maintenance request with low priority at like 2am and they came and fixed it the very next day by noon.5. Complex is super quiet, in my building at least. I cant speak for the other ones, but all the people that live here seem to be respectful and courteous.6. I havent gotten to use many of the amenities due to Covid except for the pool, which was super clean and well maintained. 10/107. Location of the complex is 11/10. Every restaurant, store etc you could ever want or need within 10-15 minutes and lots of little shops and bars right down the street! Absolutely love this.8. As far as price goes, I suppose it depends on your unit but the price of my apartment is 110% worth it for the amenities included, the condition of the complex, responsiveness of staff, location to everything you could need... the list goes on.I honestly cant think of any negatives, definitely the best place you will find in this price-point in this area. I would recommend to anyone!
THE MOST unprofessional apartment complex. You would get more intelligent and helpful staff at a motel 6. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. New management “Seasons at Westchase” is the WORST management company I have ever experienced. Not one person that works in the office is even slightly qualified and they make it very obvious. Anytime something is wrong it seems they find any excuse they can not to help you. Hundreds of dollars in extra upgrades I do not have in my apartment have been charged on my rent since they took over and they refuse to take them off. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company immediately after I have moved on. Everyone working in the office should be ashamed of themselves, seriously the most rude staff I’ve ever had to deal with. I have contacted their corporate/main office and hopefully they are more professional. Anyone reading this please understand that this is not even slightly an exaggeration. I wish I could given a negative amount of stars. If you plan on moving in here with the current staff, have a lawyer ready.
The maintenance is weak. The lights on the main drive in go dark often and not repaired. They are out at this time. Very unsafe for those walking their kids to the bus stop. Lamp #5 has been out for months.

I lived there when it was called Citrus Fallsthey were beautiful then and remain mymost POSITIVE memory of living in Tampa!I hated Tampa, but LOVED these apts, it was like an oasis in a dismal desert!!If I ever moved back,there, I most definitely would move right back to The Seasons atWestchase!!
Brenda in the office has a great level of rudeness, she does not know how to listen, she interrupts constantly and even gets mad and defensive. Would love to speak to the actual owner of the community.
After having lived here for over a year, I can honestly say that this is a great place to call home. From day one everything/everyone has been consistent. Maintenance is always quick to fix any problem whether its changing a light bulb or fixing a bigger issue. They make sure the inside and outside of the apartments stay nice with landscaping, pest control, etc year round. BIG Thank you to Maikel, Hector and Angel for all their hard work. I have yet to meet an unfriendly staff member. Everyone in the office is Friendly and professional. Ive never lived in any other apartment where the office staff cared so much for the people living there.
I have lived here almost 3 years and while this place has had its fair share of management issues, the current team is by far the best. They are doing a great job maintaining the property and keeping everything looking good. They enforce the rules equally so that the pool area remains family friendly. I honestly have not found a better place to live in Tampa. We love it here!
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Century Falls. I love the water features and pool area, very calming. Management has the best interest of the community in mind. Residents are friendly and fun to hang out with. And they have a Cares team that is always doing something fun for the families that live here!
Nice resort style apartment living. Grounds are beautifully manicured. Nice pool. Beautiful lake with fountains. Maintained well. Apartments have nice structural design to them. Built in 2000.
So happy that they’ve changed management and replaced rude people in the office. I love the complex and they do a great job at keeping the property clean. One thing that I cannot stand is that they leave gates open almost everyday. Not sure what’s the point of having a gated community if gates will be left open most of the time.
This is a beautiful place to live, very peaceful and friendly. The manager Chris is awesome! He really care about the community and is always willing to help if he can. I would definitely recommend living here!

The new ownership is less than helpful. Im currently deployed, and management tried to tow my daughters car because it had a flat and hadnt moved for some time, also my 6foot trailer, without notice. My wife has SEVERE back issues and was told to fix it by 6 pm on Friday the 27th of September 2019 or it will be towed. Plus it appears that they are trying to pull a fast one and try to make the military clause (which is a law) to protect service members, null and void by telling us we are still going to have to pay the full amount. Now I have to talk to JAG to get this sorted. I dont recommend this place at all. The management is very cut-throat and give off a vibe they do not care, pay us.

I feel I need to write a review to save people from making the worst decision of their lives, which would be renting an apartment from this place. The apartment complex signage and first appearance is visibly appealing, but once you are a tenant of this place, complete nightmare. Upon my move in day my apartment was not ready, which makes for a nightmare when you’re moving across the country. From there I had multiple request for service items that needed to be done (lightbulbs for the track lighting, blinds that did not work, etc). Repairs were not done after 9 months when my lease was up. They stated on various occasions that they were short staffed. Also the pool area is a resort style that accommodates a lot of ants as well. You pay for pest control with your monthly rent, but when asked they state they are to busy to schedule pest control to come out. Valet trash service every night, but the apartment complex forgets to pay the dumpster people so you’ll have mountains of trash outside the dumpsters for weeks on end. Nice gym area that overlooks the pond, but don’t try and get your cardio session in. I think out of the 3 treadmills they have, 1 works. When addressing the staff they will say things have changed, under their new management. This is their go to line..... nothing has changed and they have been their for at least 3 months. Their service is actually worse, which I am impressed. I didn’t think beating out the old management group with poor customer service was possible, but they proved anything is possible. Please stay away from this place.
For now all I will say is read the reviews, here and other sites. Also take numerous tours. Be very, very observant. There are some fundamental issues here and they can be fixed. Will they? I do not know. But hey the fountains and the little bridge is nice.

I went into the leasing office earlier because I needed to address an issue with a security deposit from my last unit and Liz was very helpful. Working with her is truly a pleasure.
I moved in recently and so far I love it. They are always there for you asking if you need anything. When I needed something fixed it was fixed right away. They even have a contact person that calls and checks on you right after you have moved in to find out how things have been and that person gives you a number to call if you have any problems with management or anything else. They have community events for you to attend. All of the staff is helpful and friendly even when they are off duty.
Save yourself money, the staff here are entirely incompetent. Lack of communication, lack of service repairs, towing vehicles from vets, saying my cat wasnt on the lease when Ive paid 250 dollars every year (for 3 years) for him, etc. I could go on, but the point is avoid this place
Ive been here a few years and I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone new to the area, the turnover in the front office is ridiculous. Management company changed and so did the customer service, the staff is hit or miss depending on their mood. The front gate NEVER works. We pay for a gated community that is never gated. The trash area is always an eyesore full of furniture and waste. The walls are paper thin I can hear my neighbor snoring. Now they want to implement a walk-through for the first time ever. Ive contacted the front office twice about mold they come in a paint over it. My neighbors dog sits on the patio and barks at everyone that walks by nothing has been done when you complain. The only decent thing about it is the low move in, oh you must have renters insurance, the water is ridic which includes valet trash and on occasions they dont pick up your trash but you must pay $30 extra on your water bill for this service. Patiently awaiting my lease expiration date.

Save your time save your money unless you plan to walk two buildings each night to find a parking space. Not enough parking space and no one seems to care good luckwith your groceries at night having to walk to pass two buildings

THEY WILL RUN YOUR SCORE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY WHEN YOU GET DENIED AND THEN DIRECTED TO TRANSUNION TO DEAL WITH IT, YOU FIND OUT THE SCORE THEY GOT WAS FALSE. WHEN YOU TELL THEM THIS THEY START TO TREAT YOU LIKE A NOTHING. THEY SAY SHOW THEM THE PROOF FROM TRANSUNION AND THEN DO NOT ADHERE TO THE FINDINGS. THEIR PAPERWORK SAYS RAN THROUGH TRANSUNION, BUT THEY KEEP THE IMPORTANT PART OF SO CALLED TENANT SCREENING . DO NOT WASTE 275.00 HERETHE ONLY ONE WHO REALLY CARED WAS KORBIN.

As stated before, you are paying for a gated community when the gate doesnt even work. The fun has been broken in my bedroom since Ive moved in and they have yet to come fix it. You put in a request for them to spray for sugar ants and they will close your request online AND ITS NEVER HANDLED. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here. I hope this helps someone out and you live somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could.

These apartments are really nice. The grounds are beautiful & managers seem to take pride in their community. The leasing agent who took us on our tour was friendly and gave us alot of good information. She wasnt pushy about moving in or rude at all when their pricing was over our budget. They are fair priced for the area cuz they are in a very nice, convenient area. Theyre still over $900. Compared to others in the area, thats fair. You will be paying extra for the location here.
Excellent location..Westchase area is beautiful. The staff here at century falls are rude and do not know what there doing. Apartments are nice but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other neighbors. Our upstairs neighbor has 2 pit bulls which I love but you cant have them here,and are rude and noisy. I reported them 3 times and the office hasnt done anything about it. pay a lot of money here and the staff treats you like your nothing.I cant wait untill my lease is over!!
Horrible. I am much happier now that I do not have to deal with the incompetent management staff. Management has turned over multiple times in last 2 years. Each time it gets progressively worse. When I moved out they put an eviction notice on my door because I did not pay for the whole month because they forgot I was moving out even though they gave me the prorated rent amount and it was paid on time. Moved out 7 weeks ago and I am still trying to get them to refund the late fee that was assessed even though I was never late and the water bill that was previously paid. I am still getting bills for rent and requests to complete survey for service requests that were initiated by new tenant. I have lived at at least 20 different apartment complexes. This was the worst experience by far.

Well I guess since Upper Management does not want to do anything as I promised...here it is .... I am sorry it came to this!Where would you like me to begin.Well as you know we had Comedy Niteon Friday the 17th of Nov.We were served one hour before the show pizza, soda and of course we had beer and wine. So, Century or should we say First Community allows alcoholic beverages at their events. Do you have insurance to cover this? Just in case of an accident? HMMMM????Well, YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER can do NO WRONG we guess. HE STATES...The event was to be from 6pm to 9 pm. However, YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER does not care for the residents who reside in the building..he, his wife, courtesy officer and girlfriend did Karaoke til almost midnight or just after.For a resident to call the answering service to ask the to ask the courtesy officer and the PROPERTY MANAGER to tone it down after 10 pm THAT IS DAMN BAD. Then he tells residents..IT WAS A COMMUNITY EVENT and laughs...the community event ended at 9 pm.It became a PRIVATE PARTY FOR HIM, HIS WIFE AND COURTESY OFFICER AND GIRLFRIEND. But, it went on....a resident made a recording of the noise who just moved in. YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER once he starts to drink and gets DRUNK IS VERY LOUD AND VULGER. ALL THE TIME AT ANY FUNCTION HE HAS...(CLUBHOUSE, POOL TALKS ABOUT RESIDENTS TO OTHER RESIDENTS ...AT THE LAST FUNCTION WHO IS GETTING EVICTED).Then, when YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER decided to go home (FRIDAY NIGHT)about midnight or so and to FINALLY LOCK UP THE POOL...and residents had complainted about a resident who his dogs barking all hours of the nite waking people up (which YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER) HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS AT ALL!!RESIDENTS ARE LEAVING BECAUSE HE DOES NOTHING ...EXCEPT GETS KIDS OUT OF THE BASKETBALL COURT.BUT, NOT OUT OF THE GYM, POOL AREA....THIS IS THE END OF Part One of the complaint.. part two is below please keep reading...
Two weeks ago, my husband and I were looking to rent here at Century Falls. We are newlyweds and were excited to begin planting our roots in a new part of town as we are currently in the Riverview/Brandon area. We searched 3 other apartment communities in the Westchase/Citrus Park area, Century Falls seemed to be the best fit for us.Before visiting, the online reviews set me back a bit. Everyone seemed to have mixed opinions which I defiantly took them all into consideration.Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the beautiful entrance as well as the convienice to local shops and restaurants. Once at the entrance to the apartment community I notice each window needed SERIOUS pressure washing, RED FLAG #1 (which I later realized was an issue here after touring the pool areas and etc.)Despite my first red flag, I continued to be hopeful this was going to be home one day. We looked at our desired 1BR 1BA and LOVED it. Painted gray walls, open kitchen, crown molding, updated appliences--seemingly perfect. RED FLAG #2: Wasps everywhere. I couldnt even get into the golf cart to return to the clubhouse without being chased by a wasp. Frightening. Do they not have pest control? I shrugged it off considering its summer.RED FLAG #3: There are loose bricks all over the place! I even tripped on one during our clubhouse tour. Management is aware. I assume this because our leasing agent warned us of a loose brick.RED FLAG #4: The gate is truly broken. Upon asking if it ever is closed, an agent informed us a resident hit it and it broken. She stated they were waiting on insurance to come though to fix it and it would be fixed soon. My husband and I believe she lied to us. There is a review here from about a year ago stating this has been broke for a while. We arent going to pay for a broken gate. No way.Though there is clearly a maintence issue here, we loved the area and were willing to give it a chance. 2 weeks went by, we were in the area and decided to give them a call to see if the unit we wanted was available on the floor we desired: 3rd floor. To our surprise, YES there was a 3rd floor unit with the view we desired. We took a look at the location of the unit. DEVASTATING RED FLAG #5: Not only were there wasps and bugs everywhere upon going up the stair case, there was a HUGE HUGE pile of DEAD BEES before walking up to the 3rd floor!!! HORRIFIED, that was our final straw. We were so sad. We were ACTUALLY planning to sign THAT DAY!Please, use your caution when considering this a place to live.To management, if you choose to comment know our experience was a terrible one. We do not plan on coming to your office to talk about it as youve mention this upon other reviews. We can only hope that one day you begin to SHOW that you value and appreciate those who choose to live in your apartment complex and will do your best to keep them safe, by utilizing pest control for an example, fixing your gate, and also fixing those terrible loose bricks that seem to be everywhere.Again, please use caution everyone.Thank you for reading, we hope it helps.
I was soooo excited to move in here, ask anyone! But now Im just counting the days to leave. For the amount of money paid to live here its crazy that I would have to rate a 1.It always smells like sewer and when people come over they are appalled at the money spent to live in a place that smells like a dump.The fridge stopped working and my groceries were ruined and did anyone care after I was told I was get a gift card to help replace it since I called multiple times the day before and no one showed up until the end of the day the next day. My ice machine hasnt worked in months.. and Ive mentioned it a couple times and gave up on them so now I buy ice at the storeThere was a time my electric bill was ridiculously high and meanwhile the thermostat wasnt working properly and the vents in almost all rooms were shut so it just kept running all day long since it could never catch up.I had ants everywhere and insects I had never seen roaming around everywhere and it took pest control two times to help the situation but its still going on...Its just so sad how my excitement turned into pure desperation to see the lease expire!
The apartments, amenities and pool area is fantastic.
Horrible place, they seem to neglect phone calls and always an maintenance problem. Great location, but thats about it.

This is a quiet community but the smell of burning animal waste in the next field over makes this place very undesirable.
When i look for apartments i always look into the reviews. because i moved somewhere once and i thought hey i use to stay here when i was younger and its not like that plus i knew someone that stayed in the apartments. but the reviews was indeed correct so now i ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS!! thanks for the reviews

The place is very nice the attention is excellent Brenda Marcano is the person from the apartment office who attended me when I went to rent the apartment she was very friendly, attentive, very good treatment with a lot of respect and very professional I recommend Brenda a lot of excellent work what does it do with us residents I highly recommend the place.
