I just moved into my new apartment here, and love it. I moved from out of state and the team here made the process so smooth. Especially Ashley in the leasing office. I had a few things delivered early, and they where nice enough to bring them into my unit took photos and sent them to me to show. Even after move in Ashley has checked in to make sure everything has gone smoothly for me, and everything is to pare with my unit. My first day i did notice a few things that needed minor repairs. Called up to the office and they came out and fixed everything within an hour. Beautiful property, and upkeep on the lands. All the units are fully updated and beautiful. More then happy I selected this apartment over others in the area as my first Florida home.

I’m new to the area and just took a tour at The PARQ and I had a great experience! The staff is very friendly, nice and extremely helpful, they made my experience less stressful and made me feel very comfortable. They were able to answer all of my questions and helped me get added to the waitlist, I was very satisfied with my experience today with the entire staff and especially the leasing agents! Very professional!! I’m so excited to move in! If you are looking for a great place to move this is the place to for you! The apartments feel like home and there pool is beautiful!

Been having nothing but issues. This time around was just ridiculous. We called at 11:30am about our A/C not working and needing pest control since pest control is part of what we are paying for. Staff member calls back because she forgot what our work order was. So, we explain that we need pest control and A/C guy. We get told that the guy to fix the A/C was on lunch, which is fine, and that he will come by after. Pest control comes around 12:30-ish PM and does his job fine. So, I get home from work at 8pm just to have my apartment sitting at 76 degrees and counting. The A/C guy NEVER came and the A/C was still broken. Nobody called, nobody attempted to reach out to us, and it was a terrible experience. Luckily, I called the emergency line and the A/C guy came out around 9pm and fixed it. The A/C got fixed but the principle behind it all is that staff is clearly not paying closer attention to what theyre doing. This isnt even the first issue weve had and we have only lived here for one month...

We have stayed for a year, soon to renew. The community is nice, and family oriented. The apartments are rather large and in a convenient tucked away part of New Tampa. Plenty of guest parking here as well. The residents are great, I lost a wallet (a rather expensive one) and it was found and returned to the leasing office. The staff there are great and very friendly! Looking forward to the finished renovations to the amenities.

I dont reside here, however just based on the customer service I received from Ashley they are definitely 5 star! Im in the process of moving and am trying to secure another home. Its been very difficult to find any place with availability. Even though, they too, did not have the availability for the time-frame I needed, Ashley was overall very informative and most helpful!!! SO much different than many of the other experiences Ive encountered at other properties...hell even including the one I live at NOW!! Just wanted to let her know that it means more than anything 😊

Great, quiet place to live. My apartment was in the back with a view of a pond and some nice greetings from birds and cows from next door. The balconies are the biggest Ive seen in most apartments in the area, the apartments are huge too. I cant complain about the cost increase, as it has increased at every place in that area (and most without renovations). The renovations so far looked great, but I want to move closer to Orlando (only reason for leaving). The new management/office staff are wonderful and always get back to messages within 24hrs!!

We just recently switched management companies and my experience so far has been phenomenal. Cody and Josh have been nothing less than professional, kind, supportive, and have gone above and beyond to assist. The renovations surpassed my expectations. I struggle, like most, financially. And have aggressively seemed other rental options before my lease expired. The square footage, layout, service, and expenses all brought me back to my apartment of over 6 years. Even though management is juggling all that is necessary to ensure renovations do not inconvenience tenants, my 3 work orders were complete on the same day entered. Blue water Builders,who are managing the renovations, took the time to check all work and, with much sincerity, want to make this process painless. Did I mention how gorgeous these upgrades are?!? Stunning.I am grateful because it’s so rare that we are consumers, are satisfied, let alone wowed.So thankful to you all.

The entire leasing team is incredibly responsive to any issues you may have. Ashton Oatis was our leasing agent and was just such a phenomenal person to work with. I am loving the new renovations. The apartments have great, unique layouts that are huge compared to other apartments in the area.

I would first like to say thank you to the amazing staff! The property manager Cody and the assistant manager Josh as well as both leasing agents Ashley and Ashton are very hard working and always live up to what they say. They strive to make sure that all of our needs are met and the updates are amazing they really give it the luxury feel! Maintenance is absolutely wonderful, any work order I’ve put in has been addressed in a professional and timely manner. I am so thankful to live somewhere that truly feels like home and it’s thanks to the wonderful team this complex has!

I have seen 2 management companies take over prior to the new management company that came towards the end of 2020. I must say every change they stated they would make, they have! Did I mention the Professional and Phenomenal Manager, Cody Jennings?! He is truly outstanding and he strives to make sure you are happy. Congratulations to the Management team at The PARQ at Cross Creek, we havent seen a Management company come in and execute like you all have! The renovations that have taken place in our homes, are beautiful! The contractors have been very nice and professional as well.

Originally my husband and I moved in under the management team when these apartments were called Century Cross Creek. We moved in because we loved the location, the management was easy to work with, and the apartments fit our style. Living under this management we rarely found ourselves with any issues except for the garbage compactor and front gate being broken at times. My only complaint about the apartments themselves is that the walls are extremely thin so take note of this because I heard some disturbing noises at times.The management changed early on this year and a lot of changes happened within the apartments. Active renovations inside our homes despite working from home and being in a pandemic. We were not happy about constantly having workers in and out of our home while being incredibly loud while we tried to continue working in our space. We also were not happy with the renovations themselves. The gray paint is a bit on the depressing side, a lot of our amenities were taken away, and the inside was not a style that was a match for us, as well as the bright LEDs being a major trigger for my migraines. Our concerns didnt seem to matter much when addressed to management. This was upsetting and pushed us to look elsewhere for a place to live.I was upset when this first happened and wanted to give a one star review. Im giving three stars because we did love that our apartment faced the woods, the space inside the apartments are big, and the porches are beautiful. We did not connect with the new management and were not happy with the renovations as well as super thin walls and neighbors being very loud during late evening hours. Id take this all into consideration when thinking of renting here because preferences vary.

I just moved out of Parq a few weeks ago as I have moved out of state. I really did enjoy my time there. When I first signed my lease, the price of rent for the apartment was so great! However, with the new management and renovations, I got a notice that they would be raising my rent over $400 a month. This is not feasible or realistic for anyone. Not to mention, they did all new renovations that were extremely rushed and shoddily completed. My neighbors and I all had issues with the work that was completed. With that said, I did enjoy my apartment and the complex but could not resign my lease even if I wanted to due to the price!

Ive lived here for over 2 years, and unfortunately since this new management company took over the experience has been less enjoyable. The renovations have been going on in our apartments while we live here, and we were promised at least 48 hours of notice before each renovation. When they needed to enter my apartment to cut down my counters, which requires emptying all drawers and cabinets and completely clearing off counters, in addition to moving furniture out of the way, I received 24 hours notice. When I emailed my concerns to the leasing office, I never received a reply or phone call.The construction has been so hastily done, that I currently have sawdust completely covering my oven and all of my drawers. I feel the need to take timestamped photos of each poorly done item to ensure they cant charge me later on. When they painted our balconies, they didnt wipe anything down or power wash....they spray painted over cobwebs. Add to this that the rent is increasing by hundreds of dollars when current residents renew. Overall, I still love my actual apartment, which is why I keep my review at three stars. I just really wish the management team had better communication (and better oversight on this construction).

Ever since the company took over the staff has been fantastic, but Cody himself has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home, and ensure we get the best experience.He has ensured that any issues we have had are handled immediately, and he also is super responsive and always willing to help.I am happy that this management team has taken over, and I look forward to continuing my stay her at the Parq at Cross Creek.Thank you Cody for all that you have done!

I have waited to do my review for The Parq. It has been officially 3 months going on 4 of living in this community. I can say that I do enjoy the community and amenities they offer here. Although still under construction the finish product will be pleasing to the tenants here. The updates that are being done and the new staff is why Im here. Dealing with the neighbors is a totally different story.My personal experience with the people in the community has been mixed. We chose the third floor so we didnt have to deal with noisy neighbors above us, but it turns out the noisy neighbors are below. (Noisy is a understatement btw). I have experience excessive music late into the night and I have watch neighbors almost get into fist fights to where the police had to be called. Some people here seem to have no regard or consideration for others and the community. I have witnessed trash pilled up day after day outside the community dumpsters. (Mind you we have trash pick up everyday except Fridays and Saturdays). I have expressed these things to the staff that have assured they will address these issues and prevent them in the future.So far when told to the staff these issues have been addressed and are being handled. ( Possible cameras installed to catch the trash bandits)Overall its a quiet community. The staff is friendly and professional. The community is pet friendly with dog stations all around The Parq and a decent sized dog park for the pups. Decent sized pool and gym for the people to enjoy and a functioning security gate.I will do another review at my 6th month mark and year. As for now I give them 5 star. Special shoutout to Ashton for helping us with a smooth transition into The Parq at Cross Creek!

I am a current second year resident . The complex was recently purchased by a different investment group. With the change we got a new management group. My dryer in the residence has not been working for 48 hours. Went to the office in person twice and was told it would be addressed. Two days later same result nothing has been done. I am having to go to a laundry mat to get my clothing done after working 12 hour days. Less than impressed with the new management team.

Lived here for 3 years and I absolutely loved it! My apartment was very clean when I moved in and staff made the process very easy. John is a wonderful manager and he always was quick to take care of anything I needed! Maintenance staff was always quick, polite, and professional with their service. The property in general is very well maintained. I lived on the first floor but never had any major noise issues with upstairs neighbors. The area felt very safe and was fairly well lit at night. I never had an issue with parking and there are plenty of guest parking spots. Property amenities were good as well. The pool area was always clean, the gym was pretty decent as far as apartment gyms go, and the dog park was a good size. Communication between staff and residence was great and we were given plenty of notice for inspections. Overall, this is the absolute best apartment complex I’ve lived in and if it weren’t for a change in life events, I would still be here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place!

Ashley has been my leasing consultant and I have to Braggggg on this girl you hear me! I am new to renting, I have only owned a home and no matter how silly I thought the question was she was sweet and supportive and went out of her way to assist me in this process. Even getting ahold of my job via email seemed to be a hassle to do employment verification but again she went above and beyond to make that happen. She also was booked up on tours but was able to set some time aside to let my husband come and view a model apartment to help me get a feel. I was able to secure the apartment that I love with her help, if this is how sweet and caring everyone is and we havent even moved in i cant wait to see how much more they have to provide and make this a great place to live for me and my family!!! Absurd that this apartment complex gives you a 48 hour notice that they’re coming to do renovations while people are trying to work from home. Workers come in not wearing masks to do very loud work, and completely disrespectful that people are trying to work from home. Asked to come at different times and they don’t even honor those requests.

Why do I pay 1800 a month to come home every night to no parking. I literally have to park 4 buildings away when management should be regulating the parking spaces. I have Lived here over a year and I havent seen anyone towed for violating the parking rules yet.

I recently moved to the Parq at Cross Creek and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Cody went above and beyond to help me throughout the application process - answering emails any time day or night and going after hours to take pictures of my exact potential unit when I changed my mind about floor plans. My apartment was spotlessly clean when I moved in, it even smelled good! Neighbors are friendly, management is very responsive, there’s plenty of parking and no noise issues, and the one time I’ve had to submit a work order, maintenance came almost immediately. The current renovations are gorgeous and high quality, this is truly a luxury property.

Now that im getting settled in to my new apartment home I can finally write my review. My application process was a little lengthy but at no fault of the office staff. Katie is beyond amazing! Her patience and resilience throughout out the process is unmatched. She is unbiased, respectful, and just the sweetest person i have had a chance to encounter. We ran into a minor situation with the unit i was moving into but her and Sean made it their business to make sure i was aware and what steps they were taking to rectify the situation. On Monday evening I noticed my AC unit had went out (so I thought). It was after business hours but I called the office for after hour emergency maintenance. Within an hour in a half tops maintenance was at my home. Great first impression. Turns out the batteries in the thermostat had died but nothing serious lol. The unit is super spacious and my children love their new home. I absolutely despise living in apartments but since I choose this route I am more than happy that its Century Cross Creek.... Thank you so so much Katie. I am appreciative of the pleasant experience you and the office provided.

Nice place, units are upgraded and VERY spacious! The pool area is nice, and the trash service is very convenient! You can hear a little through the walls from time to time, but I dont feel like it is so much that is a problem for me. Overall, I would definitely recommend the place!

Just finished applying to live here. Will be moving in very shortly. Fell in love with the space, location and the amenities on offer for the price.The process so far has been wonderful! Irina is a gem! I’m so needy with all my questions and she gave me everything I needed to know and more! Excellent customer service. Give this girl a raise as she’s a keeper! She’s fabulous! 😁😁 Looking forward to my stay here!Wanted to update since Ive been here since January. This place has continued to be a great place to live for me. Any small problems Ive had the staff have been excellent in assisting me speedily. Our AC went out and was getting steadily hotter. Maintenance was there within the hour to fix it. When we first moved (before the renovations) the microwave just died on us and they easily replaced it for us within the same day. Any questions or concerns Ive brought up to the office staff was readily responded to while being extremely helpful to my needs. The new office staff are so nice and so patient. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Keep up the great work! :) Looking forward to my continued stay.

I have been a very happy resident here for 3 years now. I love that my unit overlooks conservation and that mature landscaping is throughout the complex. The office staff and maintenance crew are very professional, friendly, and care about their residents and community. I have had great neighbors and I feel this is a safe area to live in. I’ve been apartment hunting & these apartments were beautiful. For the cost of rent & how spacious the floor plan is definitely worth it. Unfortunately I didn’t go through with an application due to the security deposit possibly being 2 months worth of rent couldn’t risk it with my credit. Nonetheless, Katie was the absolute sweetest. She broke down numbers with me, took her time explaining, she was incredibly patient & genuine !

Nice apartments itself, spacious, clean, no issues with maintenance. 4 starts is only for some residents, it depends how lucky you are. Be prepared to smoking on balconies and stairs, food on billiard table and therefore dirty table itself. Seems like some part of residents want to ruin the complex.

Don’t do it. This complex has no care for their residents or their concerns. They cannot resolve issues for you, but they can tackle anything related to their money with extreme urgency. Pretty clear you are just a number.

I absolutely love it here. Hidden gem of New Tampa. I moved in a year ago and plan on staying until I become a homeowner. The property is quiet and well maintained. I love the apartment layouts. Prices are reasonable and you get ample space. The bathrooms are spacious. I love, love the open kitchen, appliances and lighting. The maintenance crews are always out and working early mornings 7 days a week. Any issue I have no matter how minor it’s always addressed right away. The office staff is personable, professional, and very accommodating. I definitely recommend living here!

I called Century Cross Creek this morning because I saw the beautiful apartments on their website and Im trying to relocate from NYC to Tampa. The lady who answered the phone wasnt helpful at all. She had an attitude and seemed like she didnt want to answer my questions as if she had something more important to do. I worked in leasing and I never let someone get off the phone without getting their information. I asked her if there was a way for prospects to know which apartments online are the ones that are on the first floor. She said I would have to narrow it down and give her a call back. So I informed her that I was online now and she didnt say anything. Also, I asked her what were the fees involved with applying and she stated the amounts but when it came to the security deposit she said it was $300.00. I asked what was the maximum amount for security deposit and instead of her directly answering my question, she gave a drawn out answer of what they looked for in someones credit history such as rental history. That is understandable and I cut her off and said thats not what Im asking Im just asking what the maximum amount would be and she said two times the monthly rent so I said okay and got off the phone. Im not sure if upper management or the board of directors are familiar with how they run things at this location but they need to be aware. I didnt feel wanted. I had hopes in living in this community but after my phone experience, I will be looking elsewhere where I know Ill feel welcomed.

I just recently got a job here in Tampa and was very stressed about the apartment search process. They made me feel like I matter. Awesome Hospitality and friendly.The office was amazing. Things were great when I moved here almost 2 years ago. The prices were fair and the place was pretty nice. Since then, the prices have gone up and up and the place has gone down hill. The gate has been broken probably 80% of the time I’ve lived here and never gets fixed and when it is fixed just give it a week or two and it’ll be broke again. The trash compactor was broken for a long time and they finally replaced it and it’s always broken and there’s piles of trash in front of it. The car wash station is terrible as well... no water???? Give the people anything in here and they will destroy it quickly. Parking is terrible and visitors park in residents spots all the time and they no longer tow violators. People also let their dogs poop everywhere and leave it there and will also leave their trash out overnight and the raccoons will make a mess and no one cleans it up. Everything is starting to break from normal use and it’s just not worth the money. A mortgage is way less than the rent at this place. Can’t wait to move out.

Do not move here. The management apparently has no respect for the residents and the fact that we pay monthly rent to live here. Apparently they can enter whenever they want, for whatever reason they want - no matter what your lease says.If you work from home - expect to hear drills at 8AM and having to find alternate accommodations within a days notice.

I have been living in these apartments for two months now and I already can’t wait until my lease is up. My only complaint so far & what I hate the MOST about living here is that paper thin walls. You hear EVERYTHING. And I’m not being dramatic by far! I can not sleep well enough at night because I can hear the man next to me snoring every single night! It’s 12:15 am and I rolled over to write this review because I’m so out done right now! My neighbors above me wash clothes during the night and it seems like my very own washer and dryer is going. I can hear my neighbors on the side of me or above me urinate and then flush the toilet. It’s beyond ridiculous. I handle the walking around and bangs and booms every once in a while but to hear someone snore is a whole different story.It’s not like I can call the leasing office and complain about someone snoring loudly!!I don’t have any other complaints other than the paper thin walls! I wish someone would’ve mentioned this in the reviews when I was searching because I WOULD NOT have moved here. This is definitely something I ask about and help me make my decision when searching for apartments! Summer time please come soon. I need a more peaceful & private environment!

The kids and I loved our stay at Century Cross Creek. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They kept the grounds nice and clean. Maintainance was excellent and fast. Repairs were mostly done the same day.They were always attentive to me, to my kids and even our dog.

They are a good place to live. Only problem Ive had so far is when we moved in our gate keys didnt work and i had call maintenance and he said he was to far out and to just wait for someone to come in so I set their almost an hour wait on someone to open the gate. And when i told the front office that it was 2am Id been moving all day and locked out she laughed and said oh ya at 2am i was sleep... Like what? No empathy or apology just like whatever that experience would have made me move back out if I could have afforded to but since then no problems so i will give a 3 star

Lived here with my family for two years and recently moved out. We had a wonderful experience. Apartments were relatively new and very well-designed. The grounds were well kept. Neighbors were friendly. Staff was always available, friendly, and responsive to any concerns. If we were staying in the Tampa area, I wouldnt have hesitated to renew our lease.

Worst customer service at office and over phone. And definitely you wont get your deposit back when you move out even you left the place nice. I informed them like 4 months ago that I was leaving and also paid like 2 months rent for early termination penalty and still they wouldnt give my deposit back. No courtesy what so ever. Please keep this place as your last option.

JUST TO BE CLEAR, one star is for the only female employee, not for this community or the manager, I went to the office today trying to renew my lease, asked her several questions about my current lease, then she lost her patience, keep asking me are you here to renew your lease or not????? of course I was there to renew my lease, So I cannot ask you other questions besides my new lease?????????? she was extremely loud and rude, I really miss David, the guy who used to work here, really nice guy. But she just being loud, rude and impatient. I will talk to the manager John in person to complain about this lady. she is the only employee with bad attitude in this management team. I am wondering how did she get hired to do this job??????? Very bad manner, dont even know how to communicate with the customers.

This complex is amazing! Ive lived here for almost a year now and I have no bad things to say about the place. The landscaping is kept up nicely and maintenance is AMAZING! They are so sweet and they are so quick to fix the problem. When we first moved in there was an issue with our A/C, and maintenance made sure to fix it right the first time. Havent had an issue since. Everyone here is so friendly and Im hoping were able to stay here for another year. It is rather expensive but its so nice Id hate to leave.

The hot tub has been broken over a month with no definite dates for it to be fixed. This is one of the amenities we pay for. It doesnt take that long to fix a hot tub. Hire a reliable company to fix it!Another week has gone by since I first posted this on 4-21-17. Was at the pool last night. Hot tub still not fixed! on 4-29-17.5-16-2017 Its finally fixed!

Would have been a 5 start, everything was good. The moment we needed maintenance is when it all went downhill. Our A/C went out and we called to have it fixed, and they never came out. We were raving about this place, but we definitely wont be referring anyone anymore. Office customer service is okay, but very bad customer service over the phone.

I would definitely give more than 5 stars, the quality of service attention are outstanding ... John knows how to manage with efficiency and kindness, ... the jorge maintenance gentlemen are exceptional, kind and effective .. I recommend 100% this beautiful community in new tampa.

Parking is horrible and I only have 1 car! I have small kids who i have to carry which makes it very difficult. And no, i dont want to pay extra to get a unattached garage (which none are available in front of my unit anyways) Should only be 1 car per unit to have parking permit or ASSIGNED...parking like the other complexes and townhomes/condos w/out garages. Parking is only 1 issue out of several. Not worth the $$.

Our initial visit to this community was very pleasant. However, Tori is no longer employed here and as others have written with new staff it hasnt gotten that same customer service focus. I am editing this review to highlight my overwhelming frustration with this complex for its lack of concern to address certain pest issues (Roaches). We have lived in 6 different apartments all throughout Florida and have never had a roach problem. When we put in work orders the first three were listed as completed in the portal and not one type of correspondence was done to let us know they were addressing the problem. 3 months later (after several complaints week after week) and we have still had a pest issue and me and my wife have both addressed that something else needs to be done because the pest people came out several times and the problem persist. We finally went into office and the representative made it out to be our fault and that only thing they can do is send pest people again. I then emailed John the property manager who admits he saw the email and literally did not even respond to our concerns. No apology for the lack of correspondence and no type of solution to remedy the situation or even try to make it right. He was very responsive when he wanted us to re-sign our lease, but Conveniently when we are having repeated pest issues he has been evasive and non responsive. The whole staff has shown a complete lack of care, in not only addressing the problem, but also refusing to take some accountability in their lapse of communication. I have given ample time for them to address this in a professional manner. I finally get a phone call from John who seem to not acknowledge any wrong doing. Not one apology, they tried to blame it on us and the dishes and I repeatedly asked if there was something wrong that you guys claim we were doing, why was that not brought to our attention in August when we first complained. Again, we keep our house very well cleaned and have never had an issue. Do not make the mistake of thinking this staff cares about your concerns because all they care about is if you pay the rent. We have been good tenants, have always paid the rent on time and have never caused any problems. The complete lack of care for our situation has been completely disrespectful and has caused us to not feel comfortable in our home. I will give them opportunity to make the situation right and edit my comment but not without acknowledgement that they did wrong. You can not just take advantage of people who you think dont have resources! I will wait for adequate responses from them before posting correspondence and videos.

I lived there for 2years and really enjoyed the staff members Tori and Dave who were extremely helpful. I moved in and loved it at first. Dave left which was a huge loss and Tori was and/or on family leave. The staff is horrible now. Never answers calls and not as friendly. The past 6 months prior to moving out, was a unpleasant experience considering the price. Not able to invite more than 2 non-residents to the pool/clubhouse when before..there were no restrictions. The clubhouse is very nice and instead of punishing the entire community for peoples inability to follow the rules and tame their children they should of fined those residents and provided a warning of some kind like you would if your late on rent. The clubhouse, security, and peacefulness was the icing on the cake that made me want to there. The gate rarely ever works. When i moved in there was actual security. Now..NO SECURITY AT ALL! People tailgate all the time which defeats the purpose of a gate. The parking is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! There should be assigned spaces. Some units have multiple vehicle decals for 1 unit. Visitors park in residental spots. Some people get away with using previous apaetment decals since they look similiar. Most times, if you do not get home before 8pm there may be a hard time to find a space near the building. The tow truck never comes by. I paid too much money to have to find...a parking space. Very difficult for those who work til late or if there are loads of groceries. Some people park in front of other peoples or vacant garages and curbs. There should be assigned parking for 1 space per unit. The walls are thin. I would hear the people next to me having intercourse almost every night as if I was in the room with them and I know her childrens names and the topic of her&husbands personal conversations without ever meeting her. The community in general is much louder than before. More parties of young crowds. Cig buds on the stairs. Poop everywhere on the sidewalks and stairs..The apartment ITSELF is really nice but the community is getting worse and I doubt the staff will do anything about it. Security, assigned parking, an actual tow company that comes by frequently like most apartments to start off please.

The thing that I really dislike (and maybe it does happen else where) the fact that people do not curb their dogs. I am all for people having pets but jeez there are places with bags for dogs poop everywhere in this complex. I have 2 young children and when we are walking out of our apt when walking to the car it stinks like pure poop(which I dont think anyone would want to smell) and I have to make sure that they dont step in it.I had a dog before and would carry bags to pick up his poop. Its disgusting and it does not take more than 1 min. So far this is my biggest complaint, but apparently nothing can be done because no one knows who it is. My son loved running around the building just because he is a kid when we get home as a race to the apartment.This community is very well kept aside from that aspect.Residents Please Curb you dogs. Another complaint is people driving as if they are on BBD, and tailgating . You never know what child maybe playing in the area and run out after a ball without looking

From the very first day i laid foot in the leasing office Torri has been awesome ! From being detailed all the way through the model, making sure im feeling out the app to the move in date ! Very sweet girl ive been a resident for some time now & she makes it a pleasuring stay if i have any problems my order is in quickly & completed by the following week, this is my first apartment & i wish all leasing offices can have their own Tori lol! Believe the hype :) she’s great!

I am writing a review because Of Dave I have never lived her but definitely would just based on my experience with Dave. I called century cross creek because I currently live in Florida and was trying to apply online at century plantation pointe in North Carolina however it was not working and I could not get in touch with the office there because they had 7 inches of snow and had closed for the day. He was so patient and helpful and did not have to help me but he did he tried to think of ways that I could still apply and answered all of my questions and was not rushing me off of the phone at all he sincerely cared and tried everything he could to help me and talked to me as if I was a close friend. He was such a wonderful and nice man. I am not one to write reviews even if something horrible has happened but I feel that Dave needs to be recognized for what he did for me. I greatly appreciated it and have raved about him to several people and that’s when I decided I should write a review so that more people could hear what he has done for me. It may not seem like a big deal to some people but I was sooooo stressed out and he didn’t have to help me but he did. I feel a lot of people wouldn’t have helped me because there was not much that he could do but you could hear in his voice how much he truly did want to help me out and he really tried to think of a way to help me. He even went as far as going to there website to see if it would let him apply. I feel that anyone that is to rent from here is in good hands with Dave. Thank you sooo much Dave for everything you did for me!

If you want pest problems and no communication from management than you should live here. If you want to move in somewhere that sees you as just another dollar sign, than you should live here. If you want a complex that values you as a tenant, as a person, and is urgent to resolve large repeating issues- find somewhere else.

Horrible experience. I told them that I have a dog and immediately they treated me differently. They have breed restrictions and basically told me that I would have to get rid of my dog to move in. I offered to let them interview my dog since most places do that and they just turned me away. Wont ever come back to this place. Stay away from this unprofessional and non pet-considerate property.
