She understood that the wedding venue was only blocks from the destination but worked with us to give the couple a few minutes of private time to take a breath and celebrate each other before re-gathering with wedding guests. I booked Network Limousines for a concert. I was very pleased with the service. My chauffeur was on time and welcoming. The inside and outside of the limo was absolutely beautiful and clean, perfect for pictures with some of my friends. The driver was very friendly and it was a pleasant ride there and back. I booked Network Transportation for a group of ladies that were going out to dinner and a show. It was such a great experience! Our driver was on time, looked professional and helped each one of us ladies as we stepped into the limo. A real gentleman. When we got into the limo is was very clean with water, ice and glasses just as I had asked for. Also when the show was over it was so nice not to have to find our car and worry about all that traffic. Our driver was right out front waiting for us and we enjoyed the nice ride home. We booked one of the 38 passenger Mini Coaches for a football game. Network provided excellent service - the driver was friendly, on time, and we had absolutely no problems with the vehicle. We had about 30 people in the coach and everyone was extremely comfortable. It started pouring at the end of the fourth quarter. The driver called me to make sure he could get as close as possible to pick us up from Raymond James Stadium. I will definitely use Network in the future.
Our driver Tom, was on time both in picking us up for our departure and again when returning to our office. He was very pleasant and even took our office picture for us so that we could have a group shot. He helped us with whatever we needed like setting up music. Our drinks were ready and cold for us. He didnt get upset when a few glasses were broken...accidentally. It was a great experience for our staff.

A horrible experience, they would anything to not admit their mistakes. My wife was left on the side of the road in her wedding dress in the Florida Heat when the Limo broke down and then the driver took off.When we complained, they first came up with all kinds of lame excuses and then presented fraud receipts which are dated two months after the event. Would never recommend them to anyone

Also, please note that the positive reviews here are written by Sheris family (note the same last name).Original: If you want your wedding day ruined, then absolutely book Network. I shouldve known from the start that this company would be trouble, since they double-booked us and made us switch our reservation a couple of months before the wedding, but they had been helpful in trying to find an arrangement and we hadnt actually put money down at that point yet, so we stuck with them.On my wedding day, they showed up as planned. We had booked 2 limos, a classic 1938 Cadillac and a stretch. The stretch left for the church with my wedding party and groom, leaving me and my parents to ride in the classic car about half an hour later. We drove for a while, but the car turned off while we were stopped at a stoplight, and started SMOKING. Good samaritans stopped and quickly got us out of the car and helped the driver push the limo to the side of the road. My dad had to HITCHHIKE home to get a car to take me to the church. The whole time, the driver kept trying to restart it, and it finally worked. He said lets go, and my mother and I refused because firstly, there was still smoke coming out of it, and secondly, my dad had left and I wasnt going to leave without my dad. THE DRIVER THEN LEFT, leaving me and my mom on the side of the road. Im in a long-sleeved wedding dress in the Florida heat, and he left. After my dad finally picked me up and we started driving to the church again, we saw the classic car pulled over. We found out the next day that it needed to be towed, so I feel completely justified in my decision to not get back into that car. The company initially believed our story, until we started asking for money back, and then they said that my story couldnt possibly be true. I had even given them the names and numbers of 2 of the complete strangers who had stopped to help, but Network didnt reach out to them at all and just somehow decided that I was a liar.The limo company refused to deal with us for weeks. We left for our honeymoon and came back, and they still wouldnt return our calls. The owner finally called and I told her about the toll this took on us. Financially, this setback cost us almost $1000 in fees we had to pay to vendors to extend them for additional time, and theres other vendors we simply couldnt afford to keep longer. The owner badmouthed those vendors saying they should have all chipped in, and I said that it was their right to be paid for the extra time, but that her company was ultimately responsible. She said that they already had to pay for repairs to the car so they couldnt afford to compensate me...as far as Im concerned, repairs to your vehicle is a business expense and isnt my problem. She also said Im a small women run business, you need to understand that...so then, if Im a female surgeon, I can accidentally cut the wrong leg off of a patient and they should understand that Im a woman and thats all that can be expected of me? She also said its a 1938, what did you expect?. She asked for invoices to review to see what she could do, which I sent, and shes ignored every email and call since then.Ill never get back the time that I lost for my wedding pictures...I didnt even get to get wedding pictures with each member of my bridal party because of the time constraint this put on us. Ill never get back the video of my reception since I couldnt afford to keep the videographer longer. And youd expect Network to at least offer me a refund of everything I paid Network to help cover those expenses that I incurred because of them, but no.Stay away, seriously. They ruined my wedding and the memories of my wedding.
