My reservation was for today 3/13/20 at 9 am and pick up was at McDonald. I got there at 830 am and pick up was at 9 am. Last night I received a phone call of the driving confirming that I was coming and I said yes I will be there he thanked me and ended the call. This morning the van arrived 10 minutes late and as I approach the van I am told Sorry there is no room for me. I am extremely upset as I have a plane to catch in Miami a NON REFUNDABLE $400 ticket. At this point now My husband is forced to take off work u paid and now instead of 55 that I paid you it’s costing me 200 for my husband to drive me there with Gas prices and his time off work. I am not only looking for a FULL refund for my trip that did not happen and not in my control but I am also asking for a compensation for my inconvenience. I am in awe of this and how irresponsible and unprofessional this is on your end. The driver told Me that he called everyone and since some people did not answer he Assumed they would not show up he also told me that he would have space but he didn’t get his trailer to haul the luggage. I do not recommend this company I am sure this is a one of incident but this is my time and my flight and my husbands time you are now inconveniencing.

Used Florida Red line for the first time, St.Petersburg to Miami Cruise Port then back again! Excellent service, highly recommend! On time, kept in good contact, clean nice vehicles and very knowledgeable and professional driver! Made the start and end of our vacation great!

This is a great company to use when traveling through Florida. The drivers were very friendly and helpful and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. I would definitely reccomend using this service! They got me to my destination early which was great.

Could not ask for better service. Our driver Donovan, was on time, accomodating, friendly, professional, reasonable rates. I will definitely be using them again, hope to get Donovan again.

It wont allow me to give 0 stars. This company has twice stranded my mom at a McDonalds in Orlando. A 69 year old women just stranded. They are horrible. She had to get an Uber home this time. If I was to run across the owner it would take everything in my power to not knock him out. Please do not ever use this company.

DO NOT USE FLORIDA RED LINE. I purchased a $45 ticket on-line through BusBud to travel from Miami to Sarasota, FL at 12 noon on 01/30/2016 I arrived at the pick-up area at the Bayfront Plaza at 11:30 AM. Although Florida Red Line says they were there for other passengers and waited until noon, I never saw a vehicle saying Florida Red Line. The confirmation from BusBud said that the buses are sometimes late due to bad weather or heavy traffic, so I waited until 12:15 to call the Florida Red Line. The “customer service” staff very rudely said that the bus had been there, did not see me (although I was the only one standing there with a big suitcase), and so they left. No other bus was available. I had to take a $30 taxi to the Miami Airport and rent a car at $125 for the day and drive myself to Sarasota. I made three to four subsequent phone calls to Florida Red Line to request a refund of the $45 ticket. Although I was both professional and polite in my requests, I was rudely rebuffed each time and Florida Red Line refused to make the refund. In conclusion, Florida Red Line’s service is substandard in every respect. When I told the Florida Red Line representative that they could expect a negative review from me, the agent said he didn’t care and that “people do it all the time”. Obviously, repeat business is not a priority for this company.
