This company goes above and beyond, they come out and service my ac unit every 6 months. Today was my schedule appointment Zack showed up on time and called me 30 min before he was headed my way after everything was done he even fixed my noisy vent I would highly recommend this company for all a/c work for your home or business

I had Sun Air Services perform maintenance on our unit as our drain was backed up and float switch was not operating properly causing it to overflow into the return air box. They were very professional and above all HONEST. Only paid to have the float switch replaced, and the maintenance service. They did not charged for a bunch of services I did not need.

My unit went out on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and luckily Cameron was able to arrive within an hour. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He troubleshot the issue quickly and was able to temporarily resolve the issue until he could get parts Monday. I signed off so he could access the back yard so I wouldn’t have to miss any work which was a huge plus. He sent me pictures of my old part verse the new, got everything installed and communicated with me the entire time. I came home from work Monday and good as new. He picked up everything, there was no mess, no trace he was there. He did an excellent job and I didn’t have to miss any work during the process. Excellent, knowledgeable service. Called Sunday left a message with the answering service had a call 6 minutes later and Blake said he was 13 minutes away. He walked in the door and did not hesitate to completely assess and attempt to salvage my unit. He cleaned and troubleshoot my unit to give my family any type of relief from this Florida heat. A/C went out Sunday evening. Called standard A/C companies whose emergency services couldnt make it to the house until Monday late afternoon. My wife found Sun Air online with good reviews, so I called. Left message with answering service and received a call back within 10 minutes. Spoke with Cameron, who took the time to listen to our problem. He said he could be out by midnight-2am at the earliest. I was really surprised that was even an option - truly 24/7. I opted for the 9am-11am slot Monday morning (which is still way earlier than any of the other A/C emergency services). I received a call from Cameron at 9:30 and he was at the house by 10:00, exactly when he said he would. Cameron listened to my description of the problem (key word, listened) and quickly got to work. Im the hovering type when work is being performed, and Cameron was completely fine with that. He described exactly what he was doing, and why he was doing it, and again took time to answer my many questions. I do have some mechanical and electrical aptitude, and everything Cameron was describing was spot on. I cant say enough how impressed I was with Camerons service. He even took time to show me the steps one would take to clean the coils (in the air handler) and we discussed what would be the proper duct setup for my house (the current one blows, pun intended). In the end, Cameron replaced the compressor/fan capacitor and the KickStart capacitor and verified the Freon level was up to snuff. Based on the service we received, we decided to enroll Sun Airs maintenance program (admittedly, I hadnt had the system serviced in a while; if I had, Im sure this issue could have been prevented). Were confident Sun Air will continue to provide the exceptional service Cameron provided to us today. We highly recommend Sun Air Services.

The initial response was prompt and a service technician was at my house that same day. The repair diagnosis and replacement options were explained in easy to understand terms and with my best interests in mind. I decided to have my A/C system replaced. The installation crew was there the next day and the new A/C was installed by the end of the day. My new A/C works great and my house is nice and cool. Called our current air vendor that was doing the maintenance for us for many years and they wanted a huge amount of money to clean the vents and really no solution to maintain the clean vents.We called Sun Air and their prices were reasonable and they gave us a plan for preventative maintenance and a new filter system that helps. Sun Air was amazing from start to finish during the horrible experience of our old HVAC system finally ceasing to function. I noticed our house was warmer than normal (>80F) around 730pm, and discovered our outside fan unit wasn’t functioning any longer.I made a call to Sun Air, and their employee Blake arrive to our home within about an hour, and was able to systematically diagnose the death of our unit (which is nearly 16 years old). Blake attempted several fixes before the final diagnosis, and also presented us with several options, before we decided to have a new 15 SEER Lennox unit installed the very next day (!!).The installation crew showed up early, started their work promptly, remained respectful of our home, were extremely professional and completely finished the job in a few short hours. Additionally, their prices seemed fair for the quality of completed work.I would definitely recommend Sun Air for any emergency/non-emergency HVAC situation, and will personally do so if our home requires.

We just started using Sun Air at out office....they are so professional and listen to the needs of the customer. Our General Manager was having an allergic reaction to what was in the air. Sun Air came in cleaned the air ducts and put in an diamond filter which has eliminated the problem. We love these guys. Sun Air is the great, but Blake Eads is the best!My air-conditioning stopped working on what felt like the hottest weekend of summer. I called a few places to come fix it. Blake was the only one who said he could check it out within a timely manner and he even showed up earlier then expected, which was great. He efficiently dignoised my air conditioners issues and presented those to me, including photos of my unit. I was given multiple options on how I could make this repair, and even ways to prevent future breaks in comfort from occuring again. July 3rd 5pm, who do you call for emergeny AC service after youve tried for over an hour to get nothing? Sun Air! Phone service took info and said about 20 mins for tech to call back. Not a second more and Jamie called. We talked about what seemed to be the problem, determine how long it would take for him to get here and if he had the part on his truck. He said he believed you did and hed see me in about an hour and a half. Timing was perfect part was on the truck fee was reasonable for after hour emergency holiday air conditioner repair. I also will end up getting an annual service contract wrapped up into it which provided me an additional discount. I would recommend their services and hope that you dont run into the same situation as I did.
