They were very fast and responsive. They can work with you to help you understand what system you need. I have had work done from Rolando on both new construction and an existing unit. Work was supreme in all areas. They made sure the system was in great condition before leaving. Even down to the little things like Making sure the drain pipe was in good order. Every technician that came to diagnose and fix my issues with leaking ducts and poor cooling in my office was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were super nice and explained each step of the process to me so I understood. They wore masks and put down a cloth where they were working and even swept up afterwards. Update 5/15/21I had originally only left 2 stars, without comment. However, since the response indicates the business didn’t do work for us, Im taking the time to share details.I did INDEED use this business. The original installation of our AC unit, in September 2019, was reasonably priced. However, Rolando’s team came out to do repairs approximately 4 times through September 2020, including replacement of 2 parts.In my opinion, having a new system fail us 4 times within a year is bad business. Denying having worked for us is even worse. For this reason, I’ve reduced the original 2 stars down to 1.

They are prompt, sending emails when on the way, calls, they are great. So nice, its like talking to family. I definitely will recommend them.

After 3 days of suffering with no AC, I called Rolando’s HVAC service and he was very friendly, punctual and his technician Yonny was courteous and proficient. He resolved my A.C. Problem in 20 minutes( electrical) I would recommend him to anyone in need of repairs.This is the type of service you want when you have any HVAC issues!

Rolando was amazing to work with. He was responsive from the very beginning and worked to get us help ASAP. He set up and appointment immediately and when we had to cancel he was accommodating and got us help fast again; when we thought we would have to wait, he called me up and said a tech had freed up and could make it that afternoon. The tech that came out, Jansi, was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. He explained what was wrong and even showed us the evidence on his instruments. He repaired the problem and was thorough to check that there were no secondary problems before he left. My AC is up there in years and they are definitely top of my list when the time comes to replace. I recommend Rolando and Jansi 100%.

Amazing ! My ac broke on a Saturday and we rent with a leasing company . They were here in under an hour of placing our maintenance request. The tech spoke very little English but translated all questions we had on his phone . Very professional and extremely fast .
