Staff very helpful, professional, and courteous. Offered solid suggestions about next steps needed in a flooring project - I had pictures of water damaged area in a bathroom. Very happy with their understanding of the issue.

Easy peasy!We looked at the options and brought home a couple of samples to look at in the lighting of the house. Hopefully one will work for us.We were helped by Jeff Hall (Assistant Manager) and he was great! There were quite a few people in the showroom; he quickly gave us information on the different flooring options for our needs and brought us the samples we needed. Excellent service thus far!

Absolutely fantastic and personable service face to face. The only glitch was being put on hold for 15 minutes by phone (after we left the store and was trying to by our flooring over the phone)....and then, nobody picked up the phone. Aggravating.

Awful. Customer service stinks. Manager would not honor price given by salesman on same day. Manager was rude and short with us. Went back because we ran short of underlayment even though we measured and cut perfectly. We needed a (1) 5 piece. Refused to try to get us a remnant from installers. Wanted us to buy another $70 roll even though we had given them perfect room dimensions. Spent a lot of money, saved some money. Wasnt worth it. Very disappointing. Just about anyone in town will treat you better.

The website has forms to fill out and email contacts for local stores - why bother? - no return emails, phone calls - what sorry sales help!!! - guess its just for the low end, mass market consumer who could care less if their product is right (or emits toxic formalin) and does not expect help.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! Horrible customer service! 4 weeks after my order still nothing! They never called me one time to tell me it would be late. When i ordered it they told me two weeks, two weeks pass no call so i call them, said no its not in. ( Then sales rep looks at why and tell me when he should not have that they havent even ordered it yet!!!!! ) But they say o no worries sir it will be in next week. OK so next thursday comes and no wood or no call, i call them and they say o sir it will be in next week. i dont have a problem waiting for stuff, but atleast tell me how long it is going to take to get there instead of lying to me. I will spend my money somewhere else.
