Their products are amazing and the people that come out to install are so professional and fast! I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!! By the way, I dealt with Mariah the two times weve used them and she was always so sweet, professional and really took care of us!! We will be using them again in the future!!

Florida floors did a FANTASTIC job on my wood floors! Let me just say— I did my homework to make sure I chose the best product for the best value with the best installation crew! Toby and Marias were extremely patient and helpful during my design phase. I am the type of person who tends to ask tons of questions, but they always obliged and offered suggestions/guidance. Michael Lammert, LLC, who contracts with Floorida Floors did my installation. There are builders around Tallahassee who use Floorida Floors and this installation crew regularly. I visited several new homes to see the workmanship and when Michael installed my floors, he did not disappoint. They pulled up old carpet and old tile (in my foyer and around my fireplace) and were extremely careful and detail oriented. My floors are BEAUTIFUL! The entire team at Floorida Floors is GREAT! I enjoyed working with them so much, Im now working with them again to design my area rugs! Best customer service and best price!

Huge shout-out to Toby at Florida Floors! I had no clue what all I was looking for when I needed to redo the flooring in a couple rental properties. He was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the options I had. Prices were on point. Made the whole process much less stressful than I was expecting it to be!

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NO STARS! Dont do business with this company. This company started off super friendly and gave me the best quote, however they were completely unprepared to do this job. They sent someone unqualified to install my floors. Adam Yerkes put my floors in wrong and they warped. When I asked for someone else from Floorida Floors (a person besides Adam) to come look at at them, they REFUSED to send anyone and ***told me there was nothing more they would do to respond to me.*** When Adam looked at the warped floors, he said it had been rainy and that is why my floors warped. My house had been standing for 30 years and the floors were fine before the new ones were installed! I had to have the floors redone on my own dime. Upon taking up my BRAND NEW FLOORS only one month after Floorida Floors initial install, I found that Floorida Floors didnt even make half the amount of subfloor repairs they claimed to make and charged me for! They took nearly two weeks to install my floor preventing me from moving into my new house and requiring me to pay another months rent and storage fees. They overcharged me and to add insult to injury, claimed my NEW FLOORS didnt include quarter round! I was totally taken by them: Toby VanEsselstine and the store owner, Marais Leon. BUYER BEWARE!!In the picture you can see the new plywood is moldy only after a month from being installed and the particle board actually gave way to become a hole. This job should have been a full removal of all particle board, but they just wanted to lock me in and take my money. You can see the holes and gaps where the air duct meets the floor. The second picture is a close up from another register in which they left gaps and holes and provided no seal. The second company I had to hire to completely REDO my floors took several pictures of their shoddy work.Buy somewhere else unless you want to be making a post like this in a month and paying for two new floors to be installed!

Unbelievable place! We stopped in to price out some outdoor carpet for the screened in Florida room. Excellent prices and was able to squeeze us in next day install.

My Wife and I after investigating half a dozen flooring companies decided on Floorida Floors of Tallahassee and to say we were not disappointed would be an understatement. Everyone was very professional from the receptionist, the sales person and the installers. We were given an appt for an in-home appointment. The sales person arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional.The hardwood that we selected was based upon the experience and knowledge of the salesperson. We were very happy with the recommendation and the amazing pricing. The install crew arrived on time and stayed late to complete the job.We are very satisfied with the product the quality of the work and professionalism by the crew they gave us the opportunity to inspect the job before leaving and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.I have no hesitation in recommending Floorida Floors.Thank you.

Toby helped me with getting new carpet and wood flooring in my house and shared order and timeframe everything was to be done. I used Florida Floors very recently and although the buying experience was ok, the sub contractors that they sent to install the floors had an employee with them who I caught in an inappropriate act in my home. The incident was reported to law enforcement and the individual was taken off my property. When this was reported to the owner of Florida Floors she showed absolutely no concern at all and would take no responsibility whatsoever. No phone call... apology... nothing. The owner said it was the subcontractors issue not Florida Floors responsibility yet it was Florida Floors that sent them to my home. They simply are not concerned with who they send into people’s home. Use someone else in town... there are plenty of choices.What is really unfortunate is that you are dishonest. You made zero contact with me at the time of the incident. Your employee Toby was the only one that was professional enough to reach out to me and do some damage control. As the owner, you did absolutely nothing. A mere phone call would have made a world of difference. I’m glad to hear your subcontractor no longer works for you. Perhaps you should vet your people properly to begin with. Of course his story would be different than mine. Did you expect him to tell the truth? With law enforcement at his door? Give me a break. He’s a creep and he had NO business upstairs. Your own contractor told the police that they did not send him upstairs for any reason.As a business owner you should have been on the phone with your customer or the contractor that referred me to you right away...but you chose not to. I certainly will continue to tell whomever I know how we were treated... I certainly would not want my friends or family to be treated the same way. Like I said.. many other places in town to do business with!*** UPDATE 4/18/2019 ****

We were very pleased with our carpet and the installation. I was unhappy with the delay in delivery, which ended up being an employee oversight. The delivery was actually in the back but had not been received properly. Had it not been for the salesman’s colleague who took initiative to go look for the delivery, who knows how long our wait would have been. When I expressed my frustration to the salesperson, he had no intention of even attempting to confirm an installation date. Enter the owner, she responded quickly and efficiently and our carpet was installed that afternoon. I wish the middle of the process had been as smooth as the beginning and end, but alas, the carpet is in and look great.
