Do not rent from here. I got charged for a unit I was told they did not have and was not refunded my $69 just because I made the reservation online. Nowhere online did it say they didnt have any units available. Now they are telling me 1. I have a unit a week later and 2. I cant be refunded. I had called multiple times and left a voicemail trying to confirm the cancellation and that there would be no charge on my card and they claim there is no note of that on my account.

Just made my reservation with Melanie and it was a great experience. Of all the places I called it was by far the easiest and fastest, In addition Melanie was nicest.

RAT INFESTATION!I begin renting for this storage facility in July of 2020. My belongings were stored there for approximately 7 months being removed in February 2021. I visited the storage often to ensure that my property was still there. When I went to remove the items, visiting about a week and a half to two weeks prior, there had been evidence of rodents entering the unit and rat urine and feces were all over nearly new furniture. I contacted the facility, went to the unit with the property manager by the name of Josh and was told by him that the insurance I paid monthly for would cover it. I filed a claim and it was denied. The supervisor of Josh relayed a message that there was nothing she could do and insurance was optional. I was not offered any compensation for the furniture I had to throw away and was never contacted by any like I was told. I was also informed that there was an infestation of rats in the isle my unit was located on yet the property owners have not attempted to replace anything.

Have storage unit here light bulb burns out inside of it and never got replaced. In addition, we cannot access the gate with our pin number add to call office to get their number to get in and out of the gate overall very disappointing for the price we pay every month they need some areas of improvement

The staff that helped me at front desk was kind and knowledgeable as I asked at least 5 questions. I appreciate her patience and willingness to help me.

Store an RV there, plenty of room to work outside RV. All my dealings w staff have been positive and very friendly. Will use them again.

They have plenty of units. The leasing was easy, efficient, and contact free. There were many options that would fit most peoples needs.

So far so good. I have access with a key code to access my stuff whenever they are closed. The guys are friendly and helpful as well. Kudos

This place is a disgrace, after 7 months they increased my rent for almost 50%, from $49 to $72 (small unit 4x10). I dont recommend! Im leaving this place soon. They attract you with the lower rents and than increase it. Disgrace!!!

Price on truck rental was good, but it was the employees who were very helpful and diligence in getting me the best deal and making sure the truck was good condition for the long trip.

A great place to store my FSU students dorm room items until the fall semester! Perfect size, spotless unit, and 24 hour access.Nancy in the front office was great in getting us set up. She even waited for us past closing time. Thank you! I would highly recommend this facility.

So upset in the end. I donated a bed frame and mattress then went out of town. I found out it was never picked up by my $89 charge for storage. I let Storage King know way in advance I was ending contract. I left no lock on storage unit and no other items. So, I paid $89 for wanting to make a donation

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Nancy is the best. She goes above and beyond every time. I rent from them and I am very happy to say the least.

I rented out a unit thinking it would be needed over the summer to put things in until I moved into a new house for the fall semester but it turned out I was wrong. Storage king was very understanding and promptly issued me a refund which I greatly appreciated. I will be using them in the future when the time comes.

When I first arrived to the storage facility, the service was great the receptionist was very helpful and kind and she appeared to be very concerned about our well being and the well being of my belongings that I would be leaving with her for some time. However, one day when I called the facility to ask a question about my rental agreement, the receptionist was very sarcastic in her tone and had a very, very bad attitude with me. She certainly was not as welcoming as when I first arrived. I had already gotten an excellent deal in the beginning so I was certainly grateful and was very polite. Just because I had asked if I would be prorated for the time that my belongings would not be at the facility did not mean I wanted something for free, but she obviously thought otherwise. Overall my experience was okay.

The staff are amazing, they will work with you and during finals week they have Krispy Kreme donuts! If that doesn’t deserve five stars I don’t know what will.

The location is very clean. The climate control is under CCTV and open 24/7. Also, there are plenty deals such as BOGO a month free, student discounts. However, I think the customer service is deplorable. I got services rendered after 10 business days and constant soliciting. I finally got the property manager to call me back after 4 calls to the service call center, one personal voicemail, and one e-mail and CCed all call issues to the district manager. I will never recommend this location to any friends nor other locations due to inefficiencies and seemingly lack of prompt customer service, and management (the district manager never got back to me either).
