How refreshing to walk into a Boost store and be greeted with professionalism and eagerness to help! I cant say enough about how wonderful the customer service was. My husband and I each purchased a 7 plus and I kept having problems with my phone. I brought it to the store 3 times for adjustments and I finally asked for the supervisor and was asked who sold me this phone. When I mentioned Chris to super Samantha she told me that he was fired. She said I bought the stolen phone!!! She would not go into detail so I asked for my money back because I was not informed the phone was “used”. They refused to give me a refund and I am stuck with a defective 7+. Don’t trust this company. We left boost as soon as contract was over!!

Was NYE and I called ahead needing to replace a broken ph. They stayed open and took the extra time to make sure I was set and ready to go. Very pleasant experience
