We have used CSU for years at our church. When the former owner retired, the company fell apart. We can’t get them to return our calls. Last we heard, we were 40th on the list for service. We found a new company that can help us if CSU would give us the password to our phone system. So far, CSU hasn’t returned any calls for this info.
We purchased our office phones from CSU. Since the former employer retired, we have experienced poor customer service. No one ever answers the phone, and they will not return calls—awful customer service.
