They are always super friendly to me and my dogs, making us feel very important. When we shop there, we are always offered help finding something, and they take us right to it and find it with us. And my dogs are always given a treat on the way out. We are very pleased with PetSmart

Usually shop here happy but today i needed a crate and found that the price on the site was not in the store. Went somewhere eles got one half the price.

I absolutely LOVE this store!!!! They have everything a furbaby could ever want or need...almost, they dont have milk bone peanut butter rawhide bones but to their defense no one seems to have them and our little girl is not happy about it. However they have had everything else that we have needed from toys, medicine, collars, leashes, food bowls, food mates, beds, carriers, the most ADORABLE clothing, I mean everything and all at affordable prices!!!

My dog Eddie needed his nail trimmed, the staff was very friendly.The gentleman (I’m sorry, I forgot his name) was extremely gentle with Eddie and explained everything to me what is going to happen during the visit and he even gave me some tips on how to get my dog used to the trimming appointments. Thank you :)

A wide selection of pet care products, fish, and other small animal pets. The service is friendly if a bit slow but the prices do err on the higher side. My personal favorite at this store is the wide variety of fish and fish tank accessories, easily the largest selection Ive seen in town with some really cute stuff, but again, a bit pricey.

They have hard to find items like cat litter in cardboard rather than plastic, but I am always trying to find better options than big chains 🙌 Always sad to see animals inside with no sunlight or fresh air😢

I came here specifically looking for fish, and their aquatics section was disappointing. A handful of tanks, none of the fish I was looking for, a sad collection of aquatic plants... definitely stick to Petco if youre in the area and looking for Aquarium supplies.

This PetSmart is one of your best ones out there especially the animal hospital theyre right on it there they have great prices great plans and theyre more into taking care of your animal than they are the money thats something you dont see everyday Im so glad we have somebody like them out there we definitely recommend them

They have no respect for your time here. The staff left me in the store for 45 minutes waiting for someone who “allegedly” went to the back to see if they had my dogs food in stock, but no one ever caMe back. The woman at the front then told me no one EVER went to check and what is on the shelf is what they had.

Best place to go to have your requests ignored and money wasted. Took my dog to get groomed, he came back looking just as scruffy and messy as I had left him. And to make matters worse, he smelled like piss.

The hair cut was good but my dog was there on Friday and since we pick him up he is being shaking, walking bad and breathing bad. He is being like that for 2 days already, we are not happy seen him like this. Looks like he was mistreated.

Took my dog, Sam, for a bath and nail trim today. The staff were so friendly and professional, we had a very positive experience. We also used this PetSmart for puppy training classes, which were wonderful!! Great opportunity to socialize your pup, while also teaching important, basic commands.

I like the idea of my puppy dog getting a bath and his ears cleaned, They do a good job of that . The groom managers can be a bit snappy just like some of the dogs they deal with every day . I’m old school and believe you should treat everyone who comes through that door with dignity and respect, that means never ever a reason to get snappy with a customer over any thing for any reason. Period .

Out of many items. I had a question about a particular brand of dog food I wanted to buy. They apparently only had 2 people working in the store. One was a cashier and the other was trying to help numerous customers. I am sure there had to be a manager there somewhere. Probably sitting in the office. Terrible customer service.

Frustrating selection for fish products; staff were busy and largely ignored us. I found what I hope is what we need for an aquarium, and a nice customer helped us with picking a betta fish.The girl at checkout was as sweet as pie.Ill probably check out other pet stores in the area to see if anyone has a better selection and more engaged staff on the floor.

Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable on the products they offer. It seems like PetSmart goes out of their way to find people who really care about pets.

The stuff we need is always in stock and the employees are always nice. Weve been coming to this location for a long time and its always been good but today, our fish specialist Cody was so helpful! Its a shame hes only there one weekend a month. Cody 100% deserves a raise for his customer service and knowledge!

We always receive great service. The cashier, I think her name was Lex (her dog is Luna) is always so friendly and asks about our pet. She is a delight.

I had a 8:30 appointment today the lady called me it was 8:36 i was down the street she said if I was more than 15 min late that I would have to reschedule I arrive at 8:40 when I just told her I was down the street and asked her do I need to turn around she told me to come on when I got there she refused me I believe cause I was black I see why ppl don’t like pet smart I will never I mean never visit that store again that woman needs to be fired I came a good ways to get there this was the store located on appalachee parkway in Tallahassee

Very organized and plentiful

Me and my husband went to this location with our kids and got them two new fish. We. Had them for 3 days and 1 of them ended up dieing. But then all my other fish started acting weird and wouldnt swim and stated getting white spots on them. We have had our other fish for years and never had a problem with them well now we have 2 sad kids cause they have to sit here and watch thier pet fish that they love and watch and feed every day for. My husband was telling me while we was there at the store that all the fish there didnt look right and that there was something wrong with them I did not portion to him I got them any ways. The store said that they cant do anything but give us our money back.so if you are a fish lover and want fish plz do not go here cause you will lose every fish in your tank

Went to Petsmart for a turtle (they were out)...ended up adopting a cat. A real cutie and added to that how much petsmart supports her adoption process by giving u valuable coupons was a definite win!.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They even saved us about $30 by recommending another product we didnt know existed. They have built customer loyalty with us already.

I went to get a couple fish with my mom and 4 year old. The lady working in the fish had a ugly attitude about everything! I’ve never been told I can’t buy something from a store! How are you going to tell me all these rules for the benefit of the fish when over half of them were dead!?? Oh and btw the fish I was told would die if I bought them are doing great!The cashier in the front was great!😊But god please fix the attitude in the back!!I’ll just have to find another pet store.

The associate that helped me was very helpful. Although they have a weird merchandising strategy, they put all the harnesses of every sized dog on one peg. Had I realized that I wouldnt have needed assistance. I also found it a little weird that a thinner leash was 6ft and a wider leash was only four. But they didnt offer the thin leash in a 4ft option, or the wider leash in the 6 ft option. But they have almost every color you can imagine for the pups. This one is a seafoam green, but of course I dont think my camera did the color justice lol. They also have flea and tick prevention, in a generic form that is very affordable. Definitely a great place to get pet supplies.

NOT TO MENTION I BOUGHT A BEARDED DRAGON FROM A PET SMART THAT LATER DIED A WEEK AFTER I HAD HIM . METABOLIC BONE DISEASE DUE TO POOR LIGHTING NOT FROM ME BUT THE PET STORE . I RECENTLY GO5 ONE FROM A BREEDER AND HES HELTHY ALERT AND EATING WELL

No one spoke to me when entering the store, no one offered to help me find what I was looking for. The dry dog food that I needed was almost totally out. I wanted 2 small 6 lb. bags, there was none so I ended up getting 1 large 18 lb. bag, which was the last one on the shelves. The cashier was friendly, that was the only positive aspect of my shopping experience.

Warehouse Petsmart with more available than Apalache location. This store has 50 lb bag of Great Value available whereas their sister store and Dothan location do not have 50 lb bag available.

Refused to clip my little chihuahuas nails cause they said he hasnt had his rabies shot for the year..... its the 4th of January he had his shots last year why does 4 days make a difference!

Great employees, with friendly smiles and faces even with working on Christmas Eve. My ex-husband had not secured the fish that my son was expecting, so I had to rush in at the last minute and piece everything together with no knowledge of what to do. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and a nice clean environment. This made for a great shopping experience during a stressful time.

Took my dog to get a haircut. It was a mediocre job at best. They didn’t even bother to trim his feet. PetSmart is usually pretty good but not this location.

This is the only pet store i will go to. The people that work here are so nice and welcoming. They genuinely care about your animals. They are so knowledgeable about food, treats, etc. I love bringing my baby there to be groomed. They do am awesome job. I cannot say enough good this about them.

Friendly staff that have great energy, care about the pets and are always helpful if you have questions about products. I just love that I can easily find what Im looking for every visit and be in and out in no time. Its also nice that when I shop just to splurge on my fur baby they have lots of great options from treats, to healthcare as well as toys.

Just what I needed

Gabby did a great job, our boy looks awesome! Everyone at this location is always very helpful with any questions or needs we have and we always feel welcome. We have had a different groomer for each of our last 4 or 5 appointments because our go to groomer relocated. This concerned us at first, but I am happy to say our expectations have been met or exceeded with each visit. I know our baby will look great and he wont come out feeling traumatized by the experience... this is VERY important to us. 👍🏻👍🏻

Have been coming here to get my bichon groomed for a couple months now. Each experience is great as I’m always greeted with friendly staff. I also love how they offer so many services with the prices upfront, something that isn’t as clearly advertised at other grooming locations. Will definitely be coming here again. I also recommend Halie she does an amazing job with our dog and is super sweet!
