Our technician is the BEST! What a fantastic job! He needs a raise. He located all bate stations and many had landscaping hiding them. I cant think him enough.

We called Terminix for inspection and received service right away. Our technician, Ken Page was super nice and very professional. He did a complete perimeter spray, cleaned off spider webs, applied dust to cracks/crevices, and treated wasp nests/ant mounds under 45min. The service was excellent and efficient!

Ken with Terminix is always available and ready to help out when I need any extra service with insects. He always does a thorough job when he comes for my service every 3 months. In my opinion, Ken is a great asset to the Terminix company.

Mr. Ken from Terminix is outstanding! Not only does he come each month to check for bugs and do a clean sweep of the outside of thr house, he gets rid of thr hornets nests embedded in the ground. I have him on speed dial if I see one and he comes out within 24 hours to take care of thr issue. He is professional, kind and just a great person! I highly recommend Terminix and if you can get Mr. Ken too, then you have the best package!

The company as a whole is mediocre. What it comes down to is the quality of the branch that services your area. We are fortunate to have a good branch and service tech in our area. Due to past issues, if it wasnt for the fantastic work by our local branch we wouldnt use their service. Would recommend if you need good pest control and you dont feel comfortable doing it yourself.

My technician has always been courteous, professional and timely. Before Covid, he often offered helpful suggestions in a friendly manner. Since Covid, we haven’t had social interaction due to the guidelines, but he’s made himself available by texting when he’s on the way and answering questions via text. All in all, great, reliable service with a smile.

We have used Termini for years they are great at keeping track of our schedule and sending me updates about my service. My tech, Bruce, is so polite and so helpful. The kids love watching him spray and he is very sweet to them.

We were told we didnt have any sign of termites, we still got the bait stations around the house because they were flying outside. Its almost been a year since they put them out. We are waiting for the check in. Didnt know they only come back to check at the end of your contract.

Joe is awesome and came out to check a place where we were having issues. He’s very helpful and throughly checked every place where the mice were coming in from.

Mr. Willie Johnson is a great Technician. He is thorough, knowledgeable & pleasant. Mr. Johnson goes above & beyond! He provides expert advice, tips & solutions. He even lets me follow him around & chat with him. (Since the pandemic, I dont get the chance to have too many conversations with adults.)My experience with Terminix has been wonderful!Everyone I come in contact with, whether on the phone or in-person, are very efficient & have great personalities.The cost of service is also a perk! It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can call when I see signs of any issues - wasps, ant beds, pantry bugs, etc. The termite bond is invaluable. It is great to know that my home is protected.Thank you all for all that you do!

90 year old mother used Terminex for many years and she expressed they got their money but when she ask for report and there was no follow up. Also customer service was poor in regards to phone messaging. Appointments were made and they did not show up when termite damage was reported to them.

Due to the rain, not sure if Mike swipe down the spider webs, wasps nets and sprayed the yard for ants. The termite and pest control service Mike did was very much appreciated.

Im so happy with our service technicians work. Terminix has this industry down pat with its professionalism.

As I have stated before, I have been a customer for some time now and I have not problems with the service. I really like the technician.

I wish I could give 0, but alas. Years of missed appointments that THEY scheduled! Or they come on a day they arent scheduled, no one is home and they have to come out again. Or they try to schedule an appointment when they just did the inspection 2 months ago. Do yourself a favor and dont. They call for their renewal payment and treat you as though they are a bill collector and you dont pay your bills. You call to cancel and ask that they not contact you......they continue to contact you. Take your bill collector, non-appointment keeping selves on.

Called to add their pest control service was happy with the customer service provided from the guy on the phone. I received a call 2 hours later all for some guy to tell me that what I paid isnt enough money. He stated that the call centers give discounts that they dont honor and its not enough money to pay his staff which has nothing to do with what I was quoted. Highly unprofessional, at this point I will pay more for better communication. Since its all about the money sir.

I have always been happy with the service received from Terminix. Your office communicates well with keeping us posted about our account and any service calls needed. The technician, Andre McMaster, who came to our home for the inspection this month was very professional, informative, and clean...no mess in the house and he had to go into a crawl space under the house during the inspection. He made great recommendations on how to continue to guard against any issue with termites. We appreciate your great service and attention to detail.

I give them a 0 out of 5 stars but I had to at least give them one star in order to nake my post. Worst ever. The Tallahassee branch is a struggling branch their technicians are horribly trained. I had to constantly call them back to request additional spraying before my renewal even came up. I called them back he 7 times within 2 months because the technicians would improperly treat my home. I had 1 rat here that never was caught. Even the first technician came to set the talks initially he didnt even put any bait on the traps, kind of hard to catch a ray with no bait. The house was excluded fully and sill havent caught him. They put down the wrong traps for the size rat I had and then lied about the service they provided. I had a rat get on and off the glue board within 5 minutes. They lied and said they pulled multiple rodents from my home with the glue boards. That was a lie the rat pulled himself off the damn glue board. I asked the service manager if that was the case and the glue boards were working then why would they come in and replace all the glue boards with snap traps. He couldnt answer my question. First off there is only 1 rat and they have never removed a rodent from my home. I had to escalate it to the branch manager who was really upset with the services I received and stayed that the Tallahassee branch is really struggling and they get plenty of complaints about that office. But to be lied on is unacceptable, I told the manager I keep all my receipts and have all my service calls slips and there was never a time where they removed anything from my home. They never did any follow ups to check the traps I always had to call to have someone crack them. The branch manager was furious he explained that they are recommended to do follow ups at least 2 to 3 times a week to check traps and repair them with fresh bait. It was a month when they were out last to check them and I had to call and request them to come check them. Such a bad experience. I recommend anyone in the Tallahassee area to run away from Terminix. If they did me this way theyll do you this way too.

Bruce has always kept pests out of our house, hes professional, super friendly, treats you like family, and wants to make sure that your pest free. When you need them, they go beyond your expectations to make sure that you stay pest free. This is truly the best pest control you can get.

At first they were killing the roaches away but now everytime they come over and spray the next day their be full of roaches. Maybe they using other type of chemicals to kill the bugs but all I know is it isn’t working.

Usually timely and thorough. Better than average customer service when called. Most of the treatments received have been very effective. I have been a happy Terminix customer for years now.

You have an insurance policy on your valuable auto. You have an accident and youre on the phone with your insurance person. Oh, no, sir, you dont have collision coverage with your policy. What? Shouldnt that have been made clear? Well, weve been paying very good money to Terminix for over 3 years only to find after discovering damage that our contract did NOT include termites or termite damage. My bad or theirs? Id say both. Shouldnt they have regularly kept us informed of our coverage? Shouldnt they have advised us at some point of that rather large vulnerability.When I informed them of some damage, there response was to cover there a--, when all we wanted was their help in assessing the problem and how to correct it. They canceled one appointment and wanted to sell us a service, just a bit late folks. These people may be your neighbors but they are not neighborly. They are not your friends, despite some good personnel, Ken, for instance. They are a corporation whose motive is profit, profit, profit. They are not interested in you or me. I would most emphatically not recommend them to a friend. Terminix, nix, nix. Dont bother with them. Choose somebody both expert and local. McCalls has been on scene and provided comprehensive service and coverage.

Terminix has been essential this year in keeping the mosquitos at bay. We live in the country and have noticed a huge difference after getting their monthly mosquito service. Definitely worth it! Michael has been a great rep. to our service area as well.

I get wonderful service from Terminix. My serviceman, Kenny Page, always checks with me when he comes. I appreciate his courtesy and attention to detail. Easiest way Ive found to protect my home and yard.

After struggling with wasps inside my home for years, I had multiple people come and give me vague suggestions, or just shrug their shoulders because they couldnt figure out what was wrong. One call to Terminix and the next day Caycee Crooms comes to my house with his associate. The immediately go into action mode, with a Plan A and Plan B. When I called him the next day to tell him that Plan A did not work, he sent someone over to start Plan B. They found the source of the problem and immediately resolved the issue. A year of struggling resolved in two days! We were very pleased.

Yes, I would recommend terminix to all of my friends and family that may need some help with pest control. Surprisingly enough, 4 days after the terminix service. Their are still no signs of ants roaming around in our newly built home.

It is very frustrating that you can never speak to a local individual. I have been trying for three weeks with numerous phone calls to get some assistance with a termite issue in which they hold the bond. I have yet to have someone come out nor has anyone returned my phone calls. The 800 number contacts that I speak with tell me that I have a scheduled date for them to come out then no one shows up. I have contacted them sometime two times in one day just trying to get answers and some assistance.TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE...WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN ONCE WE CAN GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Buyer Beware.Last year, we had a bed bug scare. My girlfriend had what looked like bed bug bites and she would get a few more each consecutive night for about five nights. Naturally we called around and decided to land on Terminix for their service. Before their assistance, which we agreed on at a specified date and time, we researched bed bugs and how to find/identify them to the best of our amateur knowledge.We received a free inspection and we got what we paid for. The inspector, Alvin Garrett, arrived late due to overbooking himself and did a piss poor job looking for bed bugs. Im positive we did a better inspection than he did. He was not entirely thorough AND did not find any evidence of bed bugs. Despite evidence to the contrary, he insisted that they may have moved around the house already and we should buy their service (ice bath or chemical). He then lied to say he can drive the price down a little further with permission of his superiors (no such thing). Lastly, the inspector said hell have someone come out as soon as possible; which, to me, means the day of or after completing their checklist. Afraid and confused, I signed a $900 contract in hopes this will go smoothly and provide me peace-in-mind. It did not.We took a Tuesday off to break down the bed and pack our things because of the policy they outlined and when we finished, we called the Help Desk to request a vehicle to come out and do their thing. Jasmine assured me that someone will be out as soon as possible but WHEN? When is soon? Called again and got another lady on the phone and she told me Garrett didnt tell you you were scheduled for service on Thursday? NO. Garrett did not tell me ANYTHING of the sort. We lost a days worth of paycheck on a miscommunication and we CAN NOT afford to lose more. I get a hold of their sales manager Don Hensley to outline to me very clearly the next few steps because I have just about had it. He gave me a date and time and I said fine.The service workers came out as soon as they could. My girlfriend waited at our cottage to let them in and THEY WERE ALSO LATE (about 30 minutes to an hour late). Terminix was entirely too lax on meeting deadlines.About one month later, my girlfriend woke up with more bites on her foot. Turns out, the pest was not eradicated and were down about $1500 dollars.Terminix is not to be trusted with YOUR MONEY. I would STRONGLY suggest you research other pest control companies before even considering Terminix. Their inspectors may be shady, you will receive unclear instructions, and you will lose money if youre waiting at any point to let them in. I literally hope Alvin no longer works with them for their and everyone elses sake.Buyer Beware.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. Damage done to home and not fixed properly. Repeated calls to 800 number with absolutely no local follow up. The worst service I have ever encountered, anywhere.
