In case youve forgotten, I gave you a 1 star because I asked you to come treat my pest FOR MONEY and you never showed up. I never once asked you to come for free. And you never showed up. For free or for a charge. If you want the 1 star removed maybe you should show up when you are called and say you will take the job. Instead german cockroaches took over my house while I waited for you to show up when you told me you were on your way several times. I would ask where you were and you told me you got distracted on your way here and would make it tomorrow. You never came. I hired another company and they came that day and took care of my problem. They recieved a positive review because they were professional and handled their business. You were not and did not. Good day.

Highly recommend!! We found a few outside roaches in our home and it freaked me out! Paul was able to look at pictures and explain what they were and gave some suggestions to do until he could come by. He was there first thing Monday morning to take care of it! I made the decision to call integrated pest management because of my constant struggle with ants in my home. Paul came out and not only treated the problem at the source, but also educated me on ways to prevent a future problem.
