Great to take your money, customer service and follow up is non existent.When problems arise they act like they will take care of it but it’s just lip service I used to be so happy with this company im not sure where things have gone south.

They did a great job, once they came, after they had fallen through on the original date.

I have given this company multiple chances and am repeatedly let down. From the monthly treatment and cobweb removal (which I discontinued years ago because I was told by the technician after having them come out twice in one month, I cant remove the high ones because my extension brush is missing and I dont know when Ill get a new one.) to the poor customer service from the office team who provide information based on assumptions instead of pulling up your actual policy, I cant tell you enough how you should second guess your decision to contract this company. I continued and have maintained a termite policy active since purchasing my home 14 years ago, mostly for the ease of simply renewing, but this is definitely the last year. There are too many other similar companies in the area with better reputations.

Jannot showed up, and I was waiting outside for a him because of the cockroach problem (I was completely grossed out and was excited to see him drive up). He got out of the truck with a smile and friendly attitude. Jannot was such a wealth of knowledge and information as he was inspecting the house, and discussed with me everything that he would do, how it would work, the timeline it would work in, and how long the treatments would last. I had lots of questions and concerns, and he was receptive to all of them with an understanding and caring demeanor. Jannot went above and beyond to help me feel more at ease about the infestation! We were moving into this house and had movers bringing our furniture within a couple hours of his visit. Jannot made us a priority by squeezing us in. I was so nervous about the cockroaches getting into the furniture and nesting in there. He made me feel reassured. We will still be spending the first night NOT in the house and will NOT move any food into this house for a few days - but Jannot did a stellar job!

This is the company that my place of employment uses. Every time we have needed something on a whelm they have been able to make it happen! Most of all the staff is extremely professional and very customer service friendly! I highly recommend Florida Pest Control for all your pest control needs.

Do not want to do their job if u want a two minute job then they are perfect but if u want it done the right way don’t waste your money or time.What A Waste!im tired of moving all my belongings for no reason

I have used this company in the pass. I was very impressed and felt I got quality service. However, just renewed contract for termites.I was not impressed for the money of the contract. The work did not appear professional at all. The technicians, I work with in the past was j Paul and Milton. Couldnt ask for better. This time Milton was the representative that initially evaluated my property. However, something definitely has changed. Contract signed and done. Signature on the line. However, I will not be renewing with this company. I wish I had noted previous reviews. Remember, no matter how long you deal with a company, Dont get to comfortable that all is well.

Fair price and great service

I have you been on and off for about 12 years now. I think their service is good but I had a bug issue and that was not quite resolved and it took me calling them four different times to get somebody back out to my house

I submitted a email request for ants. Within an hour I was called to set up an appointment to look at the area I needed treated. Patrick came out when he said he would, was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. He worked with me and my budget to accomplish what I wanted. We set up a time for the ant guy to come work his magic. Few hours later I get a call from Sandy saying they could come out the same day. Sure enough they did. Yall were very pleasant to work with, extremely professional, and went way above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much. I look forward to doing business with yall in the future.

Front desk receptionist needs to learn phone etiquette and tact. And not attempt to answer questions she is not knowledgeable nor equipped to answer. Been with this company for 30+ years. Super disappointed.

I have been with this company for many years. My favorite guy Brandon has got promoted to another area...I was sad over that but still hung in there. Now I have a new guy named Bruce and he is awesome as well.The lawn guy is great as well.Thank you Florida Pest Control for being my number one bug company.

Before Florida Pest Control we had a serious problem with ants getting in our building. After Milton Jones started taking care of us, the ants and bugs are gone! They spray outside so no chemicals in the office. Florida Pest Control does a great job and no more bugs!!

Some things like routine quarterly treatments they are the best at, however other special services...improvement is always possible.

I would give this company a zero if I could what ever you do don’t sign a contract with this company. I got served papers to go to court Because I did not pay the rest of the money because they did not complete the work long story short I had to pay over 300 dollars to keep it out of court . Don’t ever sign contract just pay for work completed

Termite bond with them but cant get them call me back. I emailed pictures of what looked like termites a few weeks back. Still waiting....

Over all great experience! From the first contact with Terina on the phone. She sounded smart & confident. The kind on person every business would like to have in their office. She contacted J Paul who came out to inspect & provide quote. Nice guy, (a pet person with dogs & cat) so he understands concerns with pets & pest control. After getting other negative impressions from other companies as well as higher quotes I called Terina back to schedule my treatment. My techs name was Fred, showed up on time & ready to work. Excellent job, clean & thorough. Fred has been doing this a long time. I believe he said thirty eight years. Really knows his stuff. I feel lucky to have found this company, thanks to everyone. I do recommend.

Florida Pest Control and Milton Jones are the ultimate professionals in pest control. You cant argue with the longevity and integrity of the company and Milton has been with them for over 10 years.

One of these employees came into my bedroom on Friday (student housing complex) and used my PRIVATE bathroom. Need I mind you that we have a public bathroom for guests of any kind in the common area, which is right outside my bedroom door. Not only did they use my toilet- they left the seat up, got urine on the rim, and it didnt appear that they washed their hands because my papertowls were untouched... or they used my bathroom towel. GROSS! I will be calling them on my way to work on Monday whether they react on it or not, thats unprofessional and an invasion of my privacy.I had to scrub the whole toilet with cloves on. 😑

Signed up for fertilizer and weed control for our yard. Got inside pest control and shrub pest control. They never did what we wanted. Sad!

Florida Pest inspected my property for rodents. Sealed holes with steel wool and put out traps in attic and closet. One hole was mssled and they came back and put steel wool there. They were supposed to come back and put wire over the exterior entrance. This was not done. Something keeps tugging at it and I have to push it back periodically. They checked the traps in attic only once. They are still there. It is unknown if there is anything in them. The service was 2 months ago. I paid quite a alot of money up front. Would never pay before service again.

I had their Pest Control service for my daughters apartment and was very pleased with the out come.They solved the problem that another company couldnt fix.

Highly questionable billing practices that caused me to call them biweekly to TRY to clear it up. Theyd send me nasty worded bills for random amounts saying that I refused to pay a bill that I was unaware of. Id call AGAIN asking where the new total came from because I didnt receive an itemized bill and the very rude woman would say, refer to your original contract. Not just that, they over treated my lawn killing everything except the fleas that I wanted gone in the first place. I truly regret doing business with these people. I paid about $2k in 2 months and all I got was rude and HIGHLY questionable bill practices.
