Mostly great service but latelyNot so quick to response to your request. They give great service usually, but The man came over to spray and didnt bring spray for house but for the yard.
This is yet another time I was told spraying the whole apartment was above their protocol and this was stated by the manager! Terrible service! How is not protocol to spray where the customer requests protection from pests in their home? My apartment complex pays you! Smh … There is only one technician who does his job correctly, he should own this business because my experience with every other technician including the manager has been less than desirable!!! Calling to lodge a complaint is a waste of time.
The service has always been excellent. Ben is our technician and he is always very courteous, professional, prompt on arrival and performs an awesome job. He is the best technician we have ever had and takes pride in is work. We greatly appreciate him!
Initially, one year ago hired this service for indoor pest problem. Outside is taken care of by HOA (unfortunately the same company). Over $300 was cost. They came out once. This year I get a call that I owe them $65. Supposedly they came and treated the yard. Didnt need it. Also, came out supposedly on Sept 21. On Oct 21 telephone call from the office announced I was overdue on payment. Supposedly, now that my one year service has run out I owe them. Really dont want to hear whining from business owners about how they are hurting due to Covid. They are hurting because their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Not sure how to rate this company... my boyfriend has had a bond on his house with this company since the day it was built over 20 years ago. Unfortunately, when we do you have something out of the ordinary, fortunately it’s only been a time or two, I don’t feel like they Address the specific situation. Perfect example, we still have ants even after they’ve been out. They were supposed to come back again last week and can’t get them....
During a recent remodel & major debris cleanup on a property several issues were discovered. Massey Services came highly recommended by others so I contacted them. Although my last name is Massey I’m not related to the owners.I was very impressed with the way the sales representative (Chris Dailey) presented the preventive services to me. He was very professional & knowledgeable of all aspects of the business. He answered all my questions immediately & scheduled the service promptly.The service technician (Ramon) arrived during the scheduled window & did a very through job. He was very courteous & professional too.Mr. Dailey did a prompt follow up call to ensure I was happy & my issues were resolved.Great job indeed!Kathryn Massey4/2019
I was treated disrespectfully by the office manager and have just cancelled all of my services from Massey. My situation could have gone smoothly - and could have increased my spending with them - but the woman I spoke with was 1) rude, with a monotone approach and 2) didnt seem to care when I pointed it out to her. Ill spend the same or more money with a competitor.

If I could give lower marks I would. They went through 4 or 5 technicians, when I was using them. Half of my front yard is dead now. I called and complained and they refused to admit it was their fault. When I called to cancel my service, it was like they didnt even care. Very bad customer service and they can not take care of your lawn.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
I will never do business with this company. Massey held a Termite Bond with a previous owner of my house and they thought this gave them the right to trespass on my property so they could quote me for a new bond. They did not ask to come on the property nor did they knock on the door to tell me they were there. When confronted the service manager claimed a letter mailed they mailed me (which was promotional spam) hadnt been responded to to tell them NOT TO COME so they did an inspection as a courtesy. Rude, unapologetic, and ignorant. Avoid at all costs.
With this review, I hope to ward off any further business to this company and cause as much pain and frustration as they have granted me.If you have ever been a fan of the satirical cartoon, South Park, you may recall the episode where a company was actually getting off on providing zero customer service. Im pretty sure theyve met their match with Massey Services. There are so many instances that I could provide, but I state the few most recent and glaring examples: When I knew my termite renewal was drawing close, I called to set up the appointment and told them that last years inspection was a joke...The tech was in my house no longer than three minutes, knocking on a few upstairs walls and shoving a paper in my face to sign. I told them I wanted the manager, David, to do the inspection. They supposedly set up a time and day where he could do that. No apologies for substandard service at all, by the way. When the day came, no David. I asked where he was. The tech said, I dont know. He was riding around with me all morning and just asked to be dropped off. How can a company communicate their lack of appreciation for your business more than this? I cringe whenever I have to call the office because of Emilys and Beverlys consistently apathetic attitude toward my needs as a customer. Emilys patronizing, Yes, Maaaaayuuummm is particularly infuriating. Unfortunately, I put off looking around for other providers of this service, so I had to renew the contract for another year. But i am interested in knowing if there is another company that knows of a way to void this contract and begin treating my house. I was very spoiled with Orkin when I lived in Greenville, NC...never any problems.
