Recently hosted an engagement party, Bobby and his staff were fantastic to work with. Great communication from Sam, everything arrived ahead of schedule and was picked up promptly. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had, hats off to their crew. Would highly recommend for any event.

I have worked with In Tents Events personally and through the Red Hills Horse Trials. It is a fabulous, responsive organization, ready to take care of your every need for tents, tables, linens, and chairs...even very last minute! I highly recommend In Tents Events!!

Ordered a cotton candy machine and on day one we couldn’t get it to work. Had to call the office and they told us about a “trick” to get it to work. On the second day no matter how much we tried it wouldn’t work. Paid for $150 just for cotton candy supplies and only got 2 milk sized cartons and three ketchup bottles of cotton candy sugar which we couldn’t even finish using cause the machine wouldn’t work properly.

Contacted In Tent Events for a tent rental and chairs for a graduation party on a Saturday. Was told on the phone that delivery would be on Friday before and pickup would be Monday after. After paying for the rentals, I was told delivery would be the Wednesday before and there were no other times available. We had to scramble to have someone home. We were then told pickup would be Sunday morning.I was very frustrated by all the chaotic changes in delivery and pickup. I was able to coordinate a change in pickup and Kristen responded to my email on 4/22 saying she’d let me know the date and time. Well, she disappeared after that email and ignored my email on 4/26. I received a voicemail on 4/27 telling me the guys were there to pick up the rentals. There were dogs in the yard so it was important that we coordinated delivery/pickup. Overall experience was truly frustrating! I should have saved my money and just purchased tents and extra chairs for my event. Very unprofessional communication and service and it was extra stress customers shouldn’t have to deal with.

The Best AROUND! I had a backyard wedding and of course is rained the entire week before and the day of the wedding. In Tent Events helped so much and did everything they could to make my dream wedding come true. Everything there from setup to take down were amazing.

You get the best in town when you rent from them. Our sons event planner ONLY uses In Tents Events for their events, and now I see why. They had exactly what I wanted, and then some. Their Sail Cloth tent was absolutely Gorgeous, WOW.They have the BEST customer service. Christie, Kathy and Kristen walked two mothers, a bride and an event planner through endless options with knowledge and laughter. We had a blast going to their office every time, they are so friendly and so much fun. Also, cheers to their crews setting everything up, working with last minute changes and making everything perfect. They have the highest quality rentals BAR NONE! The chairs, linens, whiskey barrel bar, lighting - I could go on and on.Thank you guys for helping make our sons wedding one for the ages! It was spectacular.

I have used this company for a church group that I worked for. They were very professional and efficient. They set up in a timely manner. They were willing to work with the religious restrictions that we required. They came back and took down the tents and blow-ups when they said they would. I would recommend them and I would use them again!

I booked a last minute dance floor for my wedding after the company I had booked months prior informed me that they didnt actually have an outdoor dance floor. I called In Tents Events and was relieved when they informed me that they still had a dance floor and could squeeze me in on such short notice. I called to pay them today (we confirmed everything at 5:10 pm yesterday and I emailed at 8:41 a.m. today to inform them that Id be calling today to pay) and was told by Kristin that she had overheard that they couldnt actually fit me in anymore. After placing me on hold to double check she confirmed that they couldnt fit me in...3 days before my wedding. What upsets me the most is that this company didnt even have the decency to call and let me know that they had run into an issue regarding delivery...I had to find out when I called to pay them (after receiving no reply to my 8:41 a.m. email). Ive since heard from a few friends that this company screwed them over last minute as well. I will never hire this company again and if you want your event or wedding to run smoothly, neither should you.

In Tents Events has the most abundant supply of materials to rent, but they surely do not have an abundant supply of customer service. We got married this past weekend at The Southwood House; a venue they decorate and set things up at quite often. In Tents also had a conflicting issue with setting up for a large event at FSU the same weekend, and they pushed our wedding aside to go set up for FSU. Kristen, our customer service concierge was everything but helpful towards the end. She made me, the customer, feel that my wedding was not important enough to her to accommodate my needs, when an FSU event came up last minute, until I went down there in person and asked to speak to the owner. I think her attitude and poor display of customer service is unacceptable. Also, they set everything up incorrectly; the trees were facing the wrong tree, and the round tables were simply tossed around the dance floor. It looked as if they had taken 10 minutes to toss everything out of the truck and take off to their next event. Also, upon setting this up with them a year ago, we were promised that if the week or two weeks before the event we wanted to rent a tent for preventative rain measures, we would have one. Well, they rented all of their tents to FSU and when we told them we wanted an additional tent, they did not have one for us. I would never recommend this company to anybody getting married, or having any other sort of get together. Its terrible that a reputable wedding vendor in the Tallahassee area gave me such poor service, when they came so highly recommended by everybody
