Poor customer service/great selection.

Never had issues with this company until today, seems as though they have a new presentation for the company. I received Very rude, Very Unprofessional Customer Service, not only that he advised to contact A-Z!!! You just lost a loyal customer and money :( :(

We have used The Party Center several times. It seems as though the customer service is getting worse. They are always late with deliveries and pick ups. They shorted us chairs that we paid to have delivered and we had to go pick up the rest of them. Then they said they were short when they pick them up from us and charged our credit card with telling us. Very rude employees. We will be looking for another vendor to do business with.

I went to pick up tables for my wedding friday and the tables were absolutely horrible. They were wooden, unstable, the varnish was chipped, there was wood glue all over the tables and they were literaly held together by other pieces of boards and wood glue. When I was paying as much as I did I expected the tables to be in a little better shape. Word of advice do not rent from here. Spend your money somewhere else and get what you pay for, I learned my lesson and WILL NOT recommend anybody to get anything from here until they stop being cheap and invest in some better tables and chairs.

Their delivery rates cant be beat!
