I have had many wonderful experiences at this Mavis Tire location! I recently had tire pressure issues due to the weather and they were so helpful in making sure I was taken care of. When they found out I had a nail/screw in my tire they patched it right up! Would highly recommend coming to see them!

About a month ago, I needed an immediate tire change. This location got me the best price on the tire I needed!Yesterday I went in to get the other 3 changed out and Morris and his staff were more than helpful and jovial during the entire process. MORRIS IS THE BOMB! I had a couple questions about my brakes squeaking and turns out I needed them changed out. This Mavis location is the best place in Tallahassee to get whatever you need done for your car! Thank y’all so much for your hospitality and patience in answering all of our questions! I will only go to Mavis here on out.

Tire busted today and I have sports rims! So I assumed that they would need to order it! They had the tire in stock and got me out the door way quicker than I expected! I left think I would have to wait till close. As soon I got to my office they were done! Great service AJ!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! they’ll tell you one price on the phone (i confirmed with 2 different people) and when you come in they will add $100 out of nowhere! i scheduled an appointment and when i came in, they had no clue who i was because they didn’t put it in the system. i explained that i was quoted a different price and the guy tells me to “give him a second” and leaves for 30 minutes (with no one else in the building) and i look outside and my car is being worked on when i never agreed to get the tire at that price! i left feeling so frustrated and wishing i went to tires plus!

Outstanding tire and auto shop. They really took care of me. I came in with a dead battery and low tire. The staff was very friendly, professionally, and had me in and out with a new battery and air in the tire in less than an hour. Their customer service is too notch. Went in for 4 new tires, my appointment was at 3:30 didn’t get out until approximately 7:30. My car started running funny and making noises, went back to mavis and was told the young man who was working on my vehicle was in a rush and put two too many weights on the tires causing it too scrub, but I don’t understand if I was sitting there that long, why did you “Rush”? They ended up taking off the extra weights and rebalanced my tires and said ok ma’am your vehicle is fixed. But it’s not, I’m taking it somewhere else because I’m convinced they messed up something in the process of “rushing “, because it is still making a weird sound and just not running smoothly as it was prior to going there. I’m not happy at all. We live and we learn but I’m definitely not going back! $700, waited 4 hrs only to be told sorry, the guy who was working on your car was in a rush.

Had a staple in my tire and tried to patch it myself using my car’s temp patch product. Turns out that was a mistake. Was able to bring my car into Mavis first thing and they cleaned out of the temp patch and professionally patched it. Service was quick and professional and I would absolutely go back!

Mavis is great. If you are able to make an appointment, do, because it helps you get in and out quickly. They do take walk-ins, but they were super busy when I came through right after work last week, but it was not an immediate need, and I was able to make an appointment to come back a few days later. Having an appointment got me in and out with a repaired tire super quick. Thank you!

I walked into Mavis expecting to pay hundreds of dollars on new tires. Turns out I just needed a patch! Not knowing much about cars, I liked how the mechanics explained what it is and how they’d do it. I feel like other shops just try to get as much money from you as possible where Mavis actually cares about the customer.It’s also very quick and efficient service! Obviously they’re busy so it’s not gonna be done in 10 minutes but I dropped my car off, went to class, came back and it was sitting there ready for pickup!

I came by and Evan helped me in need of getting a flat tire fixed. These guys are awesome

I went in for new tires based off a quote I did online . Upon arrival Morris informed me that the tires I originally wanted was not in stock and that I actually spoke with someone from the call center not no one at the local store . Morris then proceeded to help me find in stock tires for around the same price if not a little more. Morris and the other staff did keep me informed with the progress of my car and although it was a few hours service time I wasn’t to upset being the labor shortage going on right now . I was visiting Tallahassee from out of town and my car hit a curb. It started driving weird and i was worried that the tire pressure was messed up, and i didnt want to get a warning message in the middle of nowhere up to Atlanta on my way back. I drive a Mini and there was also no Mini dealership in Tallahassee. I came to Mavis and they took care of me so quickly and were very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend coming to this location for car maintenance.
