I just moved to Tallahassee in May of 2020 and I knew I was uncomfortable and looking for a healthier lifestyle. I found sweat therapy and now I don’t know how I would live without it! They have a variety of group classes, so there is for sure something for you. Everyone is there for the same reason so there is no judgement and the instructors push you to your fullest potential! It’s crazy how strong I’ve gotten these past 8 months and how much room I have to keep getting stronger. If you’re looking for a new fitness routine or to start a fitness routine, Sweat Therapy is the place to be! I promise you won’t regret it.

Expertly given instruction, thorough sessions, and friendly staff in both group classes and personal training. Has offered years of positive experiences. Also commendable attention to health and safety during the pandemic, both in the gym and through virtual classes. I have really enjoyed my recent virtual personal training with Lizz. This has been especially beneficial regarding flexibility to accommodate work schedules. Really stands out from other fitness venues.

Sweat Therapy has become such an important part of my active life! I love the group lessons and have recently benefited from personal training. I appreciate the family-feel of Sweat Therapy & especially during COVID-19, I have been impressed with how careful all staff members are as well with their creativity in still providing personal fitness to clients through their live workouts through Zoom!

What can I say besides this being the BEST gym in Tallahassee! For someone who had never been a gym person (I get bored on a treadmill and dislike equipment without instruction), the idea of having small group fitness classes really checked all of the boxes. Sweat Therapy has become like a second family for me! You get to know fellow gym-attendees and support each others goals. Nothing like accountability to make me not hit snooze when that 6 am cycle alarm goes off! There is something for everyone. I have even taken advantage of the low impact offerings when recovering from non-gym injuries. The staff is super friendly and I am so appreciative of the ways they have put their clients first during the pandemic. This is indicative of their complete dedication to clients. I have taken every trainer at Sweat and cant complain about a single one. This is the gym for you if you want to actually know your trainer and trust they will correct your form if you need help. Or if you want to mix it up with lots of options such as TRX, spin, rowing, barre, yoga, boxing, and more. Besides that, they are a strong pillar in the community. What other gym regularly hosts fundraising classes for local organizations or disaster relief? They have something called torture the trainer where you can make Lizz or Cecily do as many burpees as you can pay for - all for a good cause! They are simply the best. The end. Thanks to Sweat Therapy, I have a new respect for the machine my body can be and the challenges I can crush.

I cant brag enough about this gym! Its clean amazing trainers and amazing classes. Cecily is so great at the pt sessions. Triple play and sweat cycle are my favorites! The amenities are great if you need to go to work or somewhere nice after classes. I went here during college and it was a second home, I loved going to the gym every mornig before class.

Extremely friendly staff, clean facility, classes are never boring and there is something for everyone. Classes are scalable for anyone from beginners to athletes. The gym has a lot of nice extras I didnt expect, the staff offer you water and towels during classes, the locker rooms are small but very nice with amenities. I am very happy to have found this gym, definitely worth the money. You just will not get this kind of workout and service at a $20/month gym. Classes available all different times of the day, 7 days a week, and are typically easy to get into. Do it!

Sweat Therapy has made me fall in love with working out again. I went from someone who worked out a couple times a month to someone who exercises at least 4-5 times a week. I credit this change to the amazing trainers and the variety of classes Sweat Therapy offers. Unlike other gyms with similar 1-hour cardio classes I had joined in the past, Sweat Therapy offers a variety of workouts to ensure you wont get burned out or bored with exercise. I have seen such a huge change-physically and mentally. If youre looking to get back into a great workout routine, Sweat Therapy is a must.

The owners are incredible people. Their vision and their product is just as fantastic as they are. I started training here years ago for an ultra endurance event and fell in love with the water rowers. I have continued to cross-train here for all the events I do because their class offerings, equipment, trainers, and workouts are among the best I have come across. This studio is a gem.

Kim and Sweat Therapy Fitness have helped solidify one of the biggest changes ive made to make my life longer and of better quality - a major feat after several years of unstructured exercise. The differing routines every time are just what I need to stay engaged, never get bored, push myself a little bit more each time, and hate sweating a little less. My body is changing with much greater flexibility, balance, strength and endurance in ways I can see and demonstrate every day. Weight is coming off slowly and Kim is there every step of the way. WORKING WITH HER IS LIFE CHANGING - DO IT FOR THE LOVE OF YOU.

I have been working out at Sweat Therapy Fitness for two years now, and enjoy all that it has to offer. (Something of a miracle, because I was never hugely motivated to exercise.) Its not a typical gym with treadmills and other DIY equipment. Rather, it has small group classes (Id say the average is 10-15 people) led by qualified trainers. While some are hard core and others more gentle, most can be adapted to suit any fitness level. There are classes at all times of the day and week that incorporate TRX equipment, Real-Ryder bikes, water rowers, hand weights and an exceptional array of balls, straps and other doo-dads that keep the classes interesting and fun. Theyre great at mixing up the workouts, so youre NEVER bored. The facility is super clean with nice locker room facilities.

I fell off the workout wagon in the fall for a variety of reasons and have recently hopped back on with the help of the session employee package. (Love it! My friends that have just started to come along with me are also loving it!) In the past I have stuck to TRX and an occasional Barre class. I love Katie, Ashley and Ali. But recently Ive been changing it up and tried Core Yoga with Jen, Kick n Sculpt with Valerie and Sweat Camp 60 with Ricky. I LOVE these classes. Each instructor has been so great! This is no different than any other experience I have had at Sweat over the past three years. The 545 AM classes and the 7 PM classes have allowed me to forgo making my job an excuse for my laissez faire approach to working out.
