Ive used Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration several times. Theyve always been thorough, timely, and incredibly nice. Everyone from this company whos cleaned our carpets have been dog lovers. Today, Justin cleaned our carpets and I think he did a better than anyone from Extreme or any other local company weve used. Older carpets + 2 kids +4 dogs = he did a fantastic job! Well be sticking with Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration, and I highly recommend them, especially for homes with pets!

The prices are great! James was my technician and he is awesome. He is the epitome of customer service. He called me before the appointment time because he was ahead of schedule to see if I wanted him to come earlier. We agreed on a time and when I got to the unit he ready to work. James was very pleasant and respectful. The carpet had a red stain and he told me upfront that it would not come out. Low and behold he was able to get it out. My landlord uses another company to service her units and mentioned removing the carpet after I vacated the premises. She was so impressed with the carpet she plans to keep it. It looked better than when it was installed a year ago. James is the best!

Up front pricing, quick service and the staff member was good. However, the carpet was wet it looked great but once it dried it was the exact same before it was touched.

Outstanding service at a very fair price. The technician was prompt and polite. Communication was excellent with the young lady I spoke with via telephone. I was kept informed along the way and actually made a change to a time earlier than expected. The technician did a great job cleaning my carpets. The entire process only took a natter of a few minutes. My carpet was almost completely dry within an hour or so. I was glad they were able to get this done before Thanksgiving. I reccomend this company as highly professional!

Extreme cleaned our homes carpets on 10/31/19. They were fast, thorough, knowledgeable, and took a few extra steps to do a good job. I would definitely use them again.

I called Extreme to stretch carpet, clean carpet & power wash exterior of house. I had planned on power washing deck & drive myself. Gary did an amazing job stretching & cleaning the carpet. Had some tough areas to stretch & numerous pretty bad stains. I honestly couldn’t tell you were those stains were! Carpet looks amazing!! Nick & Chris came to do power wash. Did a fantastic job on the house & offered to also do deck & drive that I planned on doing myself. Soooo glad I had them do deck & drive also. They did s much better job than I would have, in a MUCH quicker time than I could do & all for an affordable price! I have been rehabbing homes in Jax for 10 years. This company has been responsive, courteous, capable & a pleasure to work with from the first phone call til the job was complete! I absolutely, highly recommend them!!

My carpet in the hall way has a ripple and needs to be stretched. Robert was able to come out and fix it for me in the same day! He is polite, on time, and very good at what he is doing, and the cost is very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Great service and great price. I called Extreme Carpet Care for an emergency cleaning two days before I needed it as I was moving out and did not realize I was responsible for the carpet cleaning. I called them during a very peak time (when every college student is in the process of moving) and even though they did not have any open appointments (like every other place in Tallahassee), they offered to squeeze me in between appointments during a time frame--no other place offered to do this for me, so I found that amazingly nice. They cleaned 5 rooms for a total of $80 and it looked great. Not only that, but the two guys who did the cleaning were very professional and nice. The great costumer service of helping us out in a time of need, and giving a great cleaning service, left me and my roommates very satisfied. Ive used Extreme Carpet Care for several years now and theyre phenomenal!! I have never had a cleaner show up on time, they are all AT LEAST 15 minutes EARLY and ready to start cleaning by the time the appointment is supposed to start. Today, I had Ronnie show up and he was 30 minutes early. I was just moving the last few things out of my house and he helped me move my stuff and even offerred to help me load my car. It started out great was able to get them here short notice the guy was very nice. I decided last minute to have my tile floors cleaned he assured me he could make them look great told me about the cleaner they use. I was very excited started moving furniture. He finished the carpet & started cleaning the tile then all of a sudden he came to me to tell me he couldnt clean the tile because he didnt have the cleaner but he had finish the hallway & bathroom. ???Anyway ....he left my floor soaking wet. I had to clean it up and to add insult to injury my carpets we saturated it took twoDays to dry & we had to use fansSo there you have it!!!

EXTREME made me Extremely happy. My carpets have not been cleaned in a while and they basically gave it a face lift! The price was right,too. I will definitely be making this a regular occurrence in my home.

I am giving a one star review because when the carpets were cleaned brown stains appeared in several places and they did not move the recliner or small table by it, leaving a nasty gray area. When we called about the browning, they returned and cleaned there again. They returned three times total and never could remove stains and did not offer to clean where recliner a d table were. I finally looked up browning and saw what it was and how to fix. Cleaning there over and over only makes it worse. If I could look this up, why couldnt they?

The crew arrived on time, and ready to perform their job. One guy came in first to explain the process, packages, procedures and pricing while the other got the equipment out of the truck. He helped us make a decision on which services to get and which to leave off. His estimate was EXACTLY what the office staff informed me that it would be. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful. This was our first time having a carpet cleaning service clean our carpets so their advice, and expertise was exactly what my wife and I needed! I will certainly use them again, and refer my friends and family to them.
