Lady named Reba says she is the supervisor. She is very unprofessional and impatient. I will never use this service. North Leon County and Central Tallahassee locations are very professional and I will make sure to tell ALL of our friends and family which locations to use in the future. I had minor water flow in my garage from an air conditioner mishap. I called a restoration business and a lady came out and scared me into thinking I had a lot of damage with the potential of mold infestation. She quoted me close to $1500 to fix. I thought that sounded high so I decided to get another quote. Rodney from Servpro came out. He said all you need to do is put a fan out for a couple days in front of the damp area. He asked for for no money. If we ever need help again Servpro will be the place that I call.

I noticed a decent sized water stain on the ceiling. Come to find out I had a hole in my roof from a branch falling. I repaired the roof and called Serv Pro to determine how bad the damage would be and estimate the cost of the repairs. I called on a Monday and they were out to my house by Tuesday.The guy they sent was very thorough in checking for any dampness in the ceiling. Ultimately there was none and no repairs were needed. He gave me some tips in how to deal with the water stain and made some recommendations and was on his way.The service was great and if I ever needed any actual repairs I would definitely call Serv Pro of Tallahassee. Professionalism seems to be in short supply now-a-days but was very impressed with the guy Serv Pro sent out.

If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing mold remediation in your home, SERVPRO of Tallahassee is the way to go. SERVPRO of Tallahassee was organized, professional, and responsive, from the initial phone contact with office manager Reba, to the on-site meeting with manager Robert, through the week-long mold remediation of the guest bathroom down to the studs, and now working with insurance. Other companies either did not provide quotes or seemed more interested in commercial mold remediation (which SERVPRO of Tallahassee also does), but SERVPRO of Tallahassee made us feel that we were as important as their commercial clients. Another home in our neighborhood used SERVPRO of Tallahassee several years ago and reported great work.Charles and his crew did excellent work. They were professional and polite working in 100° plus heat. When it became clear that the water damage and mold was more extensive than we thought, Charles personally came by to check the moisture readings every day, including the weekend, until it was at an acceptable level to encapsulate. My wife is very sensitive to odors, and SERVPRO of Tallahassee let her smell the products used, provided the MSDSs, and let her select the products within their professional recommendations and judgment.
