I would definitely recommend this company! They arrived as scheduled, were very professional while here, and we were absolutely delighted at the results! They even provided tips about upkeep where we asked questions. We intended this to be a one time cleaning but will definitely set up a regular cadence. Highly recommend this business!

This company was so fast and amazing! I called them on a Sunday night for a 3 bathroom clean and they were in my house the next day (Monday)! Amazing customer service and results. Ive had The Maids of Tallahassee from my apartment to my condo here in Tallahassee for now about close to 3 years. They always do a great job and they offer flexible pricing plans (as I didnt need parts of my condo cleaned that is used infrequently, I can handle that part myself). I use them as a nice overall clean once a month, while I handle the normal stuff up until then. Its wonderful to have that once a month clean to keep my place at a baseline for cleanliness and theyve always done a great job with thatHopefully they can put up with my cat following them around and meowing the whole time :).

It is always a pleasure when the Maids come. They are in good humor and pleasant. They are detailed making sure everything is touched and cleaned and dusted. This week we had and extra special visitor. Kechia is the field manager and was most thorough making sure everyone did their job.The Red team includes Nicole, Amber, and Dee. Highly recommend them. What most people fail to do is not to tell them what they want. Them criticize when they cant read minds.

They do a great job. Problem is they left my front door unlocked. Several times! Thats why I had to fire them. Safety is a #1 priority. They just didnt seem to value that. I talked to the owner who apologized profusely which I appreciated but one time was once to many. Several times. No. Sorry. Real shame too as again they did great work. I am moving into a 2400 sq ft house soon and would love to hire them. But I just cant trust that they will leave my home locked and secure after cleaning. So my business will have to go elsewhere.

We had Team Red come and visit Honey Lake Resort for clean-up on 11/26/2016. They were ABSOLUTELY Wonderful and very on top of it! The Leader was Kechia who always made sure everything was how we like it and always came for our final say and made sure it was up to par, and it was beyond! She cleaned the kitchen and it looked spotless, like brand new spotless. Madge displayed elegance and cleanliness while she vacuumed each and every room. She sure does not miss a spot!!! Heidi cleaned all of the bathrooms on the premises and I promise she has to use a toothbrush like Cinderella because there was not smudge or dirt nowhere to be found! Wendy did all the dusting, and here we have had not an inch of rain so it has been super dusty and she made sure there was no dust bunnies to be found. They all left Honey Lake Resort smelling so clean and fresh! We would definitely recommend this group of girls to anyone who requested or inquired cleaning!!! I never knew my house could be so clean!!!! Ive never had any professional cleaning done to my house and for billions of different reasons (mainly just LIFE), Ive found myself becoming overwhelmed. The Maids came in and made my house beautiful, sparkling, and tidy! They dusted little odds-and-ends that I never would have believed theyd pay attention to (cause I sure dont...). I think my exact words to my spouse after the deep clean was: Im getting a second job just to pay for this service. Seriously - the best money youll ever spend.

I had an emergency and had to have my house cleaned FAST. A friend suggested I call “The Maids” here in Tallahassee. They did a superb job leaving nothing undone (they even dusted my fans). They cleaned in places I wouldnt have even thought about (nooks, crannies and the like). This team was efficient, thorough, and meticulous. Not to mention professional and friendly. Definitely worth the money! I will definitely be using The Maids on a regular basis.

Never again. I paid them for a deep clean of my rental property on 2/17/2018. The tenant did a fair job cleaning the house before he left, i simply asked them to put more emphasis on cleaning re-cleaning the master bath and the titled floors. All the bedrooms were clean. There was 4 or 5 people. I only checked the title floors and the master bath when they were done, and those were great, but when I went to repaint i noticed the base boards were not done and there was still cob webs around the house. I didnt call to complain because I had to move forward. 350.00 for a deep clean on a house that was previously clean by the tenant. 5 cleaners, 2 hours, and a 1400 sq ft house. I even told them to skip the kitchen counter and cabinets because I was removing them. I really do not know why I had to clean anything after they left. $350.00!UPDATE! In response to the businesss reply... My biggest issue is the cost for the services received. At the rate you are charging it would have cost me 1000.00 to get a 1400 sqft house cleaned. This review was very much warranted. There are many other cleaning services out there will do more work for less money. For the readers of this review, AGAIN! I was charged 350.00 to clean a house that was completely empty. nothing it!, And on top of it, the previous tenant did clean it. I basically asked them to re-clean the house and put emphasis on the one master bath and the tiled area (which is less than half of floors in the house) and then spend the rest of time finding things that are dirty. There was 4 people, and when I did call the company the person admitted that she didnt see the house before the crew started. so She really can not speak to any of this.

Absolutely the best cleaning service Ive experienced, after trying several well-known names, and a few sole proprietors. Both Shelby and Nicole were a joy to work with and both blue and yellow teams came to my house for several months. Every single time, the house gleamed and smelled wonderful. They reached spots in my home I never knew needed cleaning. I would recommend The Maids to anyone, and have done so with family members in the Tallahassee area. I plan to use only The Maids whenever I have routine cleaning needs, or for those times when I need extra help around the holidays. Best service!

After having my house cleaned by the pink team for three or four years, I have to say The Maids are the best. They arent the first cleaning service Ive used, but Im guessing they will be the last. Why look anywhere else?

Ive been using The Maids for over three years now and cannot complain. They are always on time and thorough. They listen to any and all specific instructions I leave. The one time when I was dissatisfied with the floors, I called and they immediately dispatched a team to come redo them to my standards. They also usually send the same team regularly so the groups really get to know your house and your quirks. Finally, Ive often had scheduling difficulties that have posed no problems. They have really made our life so much better! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a cleaning service in Tallahassee.

The Green Team (Stephanie, Belen, Cherish, and Liz did a great job cleaning our house this week. I really appreciate the attenction to detail they do on dusting everywhere. Also, we have a dog that sheds and they above and beyond to vacum under everything. Way to go ladies!

These people ripped me off. Myself and three other girls were living in a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment and we had cleaned out everything with the exception of a few pots and pans which were forgotten. The floors were all carpet and I personally vacuumed them after I moved out. The apartment was completely vacant and all I asked them to do was clean the EMPTY fridge and kitchen area which was extremely small and wipe everything down in the very small rooms. She told me that they charged 40 dollars per maid per hour and that there would be 4 maids. I said to her Theres no way it will take 4 professional maids more than one hour to clean this apartment. When they went to clean it, I was unable to be there with them because of work and I never received a call or a bill or a receipt, they simply charged my college kid bank account $320!!! Two of the girls I had been living with had paid me 40 dollars because I told them I was 100% sure it would only take them an hour and each of us would pay $40.They needed a card on file so since I was setting it up I gave them mine. After being charged $320 without notice or explanation for why it could possibly take FOUR Professional Maids two hours to clean a completely vacant and cleaned (with the exception of some dust and the inside of the oven) apartment is just insane. Never using them again.

I was thrown off at first, because they wanted about 3x the normal rate (3,000 sq ft house, about $150-$200 max, they charged $500+ for the first clean) They do this so they can give you a better per clean rate, a total scam.With 5 dogs, it was very difficult when there were new people and I had to go through the whole explanation ordeal a few times.In short folks... its a great idea on paper, but the workers arent cleaning people... theyre not dedicated to cleaning. They just want to get in and out. I dont see how 3 people can clean a 3,000 sq ft house in 90 minutes, especially if they are not dedicated. I had video running and would often see the team lead texting incessantly in the kitchen while the others worked. Also, I want everyone to be in a good mood, is that too much to ask? I have to deal with a young girls moods, or beg for something to be done. I mentioned that my little Yorkie may pee a couple ounces seriously, and the owner told me because of some Occupational Safety Hazard, blah, blah blah they couldnt do it.My wife purchased these cloth style blinds in the downstairs bathroom, that we had to have a company come in and install and they were brand new... this is where my point about dedication to cleaning comes in. They dont look at something and gauge what kind of clean that particular area needs... theyre just going through the motions. So, they used their dirty backpack vacuum on the blinds and it looked like someone took a dirty stick and ran it across the blinds. I complained but didnt get any response.I let that go.Maybe a couple cleans later... new crew. Team lead was complaining and asking multiple times how/why they needed to clean the sunroom... Are you kidding me?Also, during this time I noticed that during each clean, the house was just wiped down... I could smell no scent of cleaner anywhere. Ridiculous.I let that go.Heres the icing on the cake for me... Realize I hire a number of cleaning crews and own multiple rental properties so, I do ok. Im forgiving, Ive seen a great deal of real cleaners, and ones that are just there to get paid.Regardless... on this particular clean, the Maids worker who was handling the kitchen, dropped a big pot from the top of the top of the refrigerator that sits directly to the right of my Maytag double stove, and took a huge chunk out of the porcelain smack dab in the front center edge.I called The Maids to complain, at the same time said that I didnt know if this was the right company for our home but I would be willing to talk to someone to get everything handled. And honestly, I buy appliances all the time, put them in my home, then slap them in a rental, so it wasnt the big of deal to me... BUT IT WAS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE ENTIRE ORDEAL.No one called to apologize... discuss... anything.Wow. Go to hell.Unreal.
