My mother had an unfortunate incident with some cooked salmon left putrifying in her car, and it melted into the upholstery, floor, etc. The horrific odor permeated throughout the car, including into the climate control system. We needed a miracle to eradicate the odor, and Tallys Panhandle Detail provided it. They were meticulous in deep cleaning the car top to bottom, front to back, digging in to make sure that deadly scent was gone for good. We were incredibly impressed. Buffed scratched paint from a flying object on the interstate. Used ceramic wax on whole car that made it look better than the original.Very professional, friendly and thorough.I feel it is the best detail shop in Tallahassee.

Absolutely horrible. Paid $200 for detailing service but bug juices were still present on the wind screen and wheel wells were still loaded with dried mud. I had made appointment earlier with the boss but he wasnt even there when I arrived. A non-professional and non serious guy did the detailing. Worst detailing service ever. I had to re-clean the wind screen and wash underbody of my vehicle at home by myself. Zero Star service.

I was embarrassed that my brand new car looked awful. Fran did an amazing job repairing the mistakes that were made. My sons car had recently been declared a toxic waste site by the EPA. This included large garden areas of black mold. I looked for a detail business that had all 5-star ratings and ran across Panhandle. After they were done I knew why. The car was so nice I hated to part with it, but the new owner has a beautiful SAFE car. And the EPA has called off the hounds. While this is another booooring 5-star rating for Panhandle Detail, they really should get more than 5 stars--go there.

We had made an appointment for Monday afternoon to have a company come to our hotel and give it a good wash, at 4:30 p.m. I called it a no call no show.With the help of Google. If you’ve got scratches and paint swirls, any Kind of paint imperfections this is the detail shop I would highly recommend to take your car too to get that fixed. Looks waayyy better than when I bought my car. They also offer ceramic coatings which I would highly suggest to get too especially if you do a paint correction. Barely have to wash my car and when I do, it’s such a breeze. I’ve never seen love bugs and mosquitos come off my car so easily. Definitely worth it. All in all, Tally’s is simply the best in the business!

When it came time to sell my 2003 4Runner, I wanted a full service detail to ensure I could get top dollar. I owned the car for 15 years, and never once did I have the cloth seats or carpet cleaned, and I maybe waxed it once myself. I had attempted to rehab the headlights a couple years back with a take home kit, but it didnt last.I requested the full-service detail with the additional headlight restoration, and asked for a price. John, the owner, said it would be around $250 for the services, but would have someone look at it, and it could be less. I promptly let him know that it would likely cost the full $250, but I appreciated the honesty. THIS IS AN HONEST ESTABLISHMENT!The full detail took about 5 hours. I dropped off the car at 8:30, went to the FSU basketball game that afternoon, and by the time I got out of the game, I received the call that the car was ready. When I picked up the car, I couldnt remember ever seeing it look so good. The interior looked brand new (17 year old cloth seats!), especially the carpet. The headlights were clear and guaranteed for 3 years. Long story short...I sold the car two days later for $2000 over the Kelly Blue Book Value, and Ill be using Tallys Panhandle Detail to get my newly purchased used car into top form.

Johns attention to detail was phenomenal. My car is 7 years old with 65,000 miles on it. I havent seriously cleaned the interior since I bought it brand new. The interior now looks like it just came out of the show room.He shampooed a tough stain out of the front seat, but he wasnt satisfied with the result. So he offered to shampoo the seat again for free whenever I had time to bring it back. Rarely do I see such genuine dedication.

These guys did an incredible job on my 2015 Yukon. I keep a meticulously clean vehicle and wanted a good detail/wax before the harsh summer and they got the interior looking like the day it rolled off the lot. All the dust from every vent gone and every little spot on the carpets removed. I’ll be taking my wife’s MDX there soon! Nicest thing is they don’t oversell you on any services you don’t need. They just want the best for the maintenance of your investment.

Tally Panhandle Detail did some minor paint correction on my black Explorer that had been improperly washed one too many times. It had gotten to the point where I was ready to trade it in just to not have to deal with the soft, show everything paint. The paint had spiderwebbing and at least one deep scratch per panel. It looks better than the day I bought it. They worked with me while I was out of the state and had my car ready and waiting for my return. John and John both went over the car with me, ensuring I was happy with the quality of their work and told me if I noticed anything later in to not hesitate and bring it back. I will certainly be back for maintenance washes until they decide to close for good.

They pointed out multiple areas in the protection film that needed to be corrected by the other business or it would start to peel off. I would’ve never seen these spots until it was too late if they hadn’t told me. I had never done a protection film before so didn’t know what to look for. Thankfully they were looking out for me..As far as the Ceramic coating goes they did an amazing job. The Bullitt’s dark green color pops like crazy now and they removed a ton of swirl marks the previous owner had put on the paint. Will be sending friends and family their way any chance I get. Finally found a car wash/detailing buisness on the east coast that is comparible to the west coast. The owner and employees are professional and friendly. The prices are fair, and the quality of the work is extremely high. I am not easily impressed with anything and was shocked when I drove away on just how happy I was. If you need a vehicle detailed this is the place to go. Even if you just need a basic hand wash done this is the business to frequent.

John is did a full detail and treated the car for the mold, plus gave us a guarantee it will not grow back. John has certifications for handling mold.
