The stylist missed several spots when cutting my sons and my hair. We now have random spots where the hair was supposed to be cut or shaved, but was not. The shave she did on the back of my sons head to square it was anything but square - totally unlevel and uneven. We wont be back.

Sagen is an absolute sweetheart and knows what she is doing. She is very professional and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend her. They also are sanitizing the stations and chairs after each customer and they all had their masks on. This made me feel comfortable to know they are taking the coronavirus serious.

My teenager got a haircut here. Geared more to guys here and they understand teenage speak. Real quick turnaround, and inexpensive for the services rendered. They did have very clear pricing and had a higher level of services like heated towels etc.

If you get Hollie I’d recommend declining unless you want someone who doesn’t do what you ask and does what she thinks is best. In reality you’ll end up looking worse than if you went at it yourself with scissors.

I’ve been to a lot of sports clips in the past, and I will never return to this one. I wish I could remember the name of my hair stylist, but she seemed clueless. Asked for a simple hair and beard trim, with a hard part on the side. Y’all, I kid you not, this “hard part” was a mile wide, and the “fade” she gave me on the back of my head was her idea, but it looked like poorly mowed grass... you know when the blades aren’t sharp enough and you’re blind?I won’t be returning to this location. Which is a shame because, overall, I enjoy Sportclips.

Stylist is consistently rude to my husband. Everytime we go she is the one with the very short dark hair we turn around and leave. She will argue with him so that she doesnt have to do a lengthy hair cut and coerces him into the cut of her choosing so it can be quick rather than what the customer wants.

Ive been to Sports Clips since Ive had short hair which was almost 10 years ago. I never had a bad experience like I did with two of the hairdressers at this location. Ive had my hair cut there almost 3 times before having it butchered twice. I spoke with Cassie the assistant manager and she says because Im a girl that I would have a different perspective for how my hair should be done and a guy wouldnt... what?!?! never in my years of having to complain about a little mistrim has anyone said that to me. It definitely was a cop out and let alone saying that my hair was different because Im a female??? Ive had my hair cut short and the same way for 10 years. Instead of refunding me my first messed up cut, Cassie asks me to come bacn in 4 weeks to get a free haircut.. so I did. But the hairdresser decided to do an MVP treatment on me when the last hairdresser didnt and I got charged for that plus a tip and $5.00 off. So I still paid for this haircut and having Cassie know the situation she claims she cant give me another haircut because this would be the 3rd free haircut... What?! I paid for my cuts! I called a week after my 2nd haircut and wanted a refund because Ive had enough of coming back. But I guess its my fault for not coming back immediately and calling immediately. I should have caught it when I was at the shop. They wet your hair and when its dry you notice flaws. Then Cassie throws another lowball saying that my haircuts were too far apart to consider for a refund.. ?? I have a job. Im constantly busy all day every day and Im barely even thinking of talking with Cassie and when I do shes almost never there. I left multiple messages with other girls who would let her know. But again people its my fault I didnt take precautions. Now Im waiting for The Manager to arrive from her Las Vegas trip to talk to me but not guarantee a rrefund. Why have an assistant when she cant do half the job. NEVER GOING HERE. Ill pay $30 to a PROFESSIONAL hairdresser to get it done right. Hairdressers that actually graduate and receive certificates from legit hair schools. This location is a joke and so are the employees.
