My hair was cut very nicely and evenly.I did my online appointment to avoid sitting in waiting room. When they texted it was close, I drove there. When it was my turn to come in, I still had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting room with all the others. I did get a sanitized gown, scissors and comb. I double masked and the beautician wore her mask properly.

Great service as always. Been going to Audrey for a couple months now.

Good quick place to get a hair cut

So I check in online and show up at the wait time 25 mins. It takes them 5 mins to just acknowledge me in the waiting area after my wait time has past. I watch then as they accept other people while I am first on their list. I waited an additional 20 mins in the waiting area. Why have an online check in system and wait time if everyone is treated like a walk in.

I always go to Laurie. Shes great with naturally curly hair and is very COVID-19 conscientous. The salon is spotless.

The first time i have nice haircut in my long hair but yesterday the girl who cut my hair i can see she dont know nothing about hair cut but nothing i take one medium and whit layers beautifull layers i show her the pictures what i want and She cut my hair above my shoulders and straight. Never before has anyone in any salon cut my hair without having a clue that this was the first place and I showed her photos of what i wanted. If she is a stylist, I dont know what is the person who really know . go to the other place please for your hair ! here around have a lote good quality salons !

Finally got the cut and style wanted by two different professionals each time I went. Have found a convenient community located salon.

I received exemplary hair services from Laurie and all the team members, especially Audrey, were warm and welcoming. I am completely satisfied with my hairstyle. I arrived before my call ahead appointment was scheduled and I was served immediately. I will return to this location, and I will recommend this location to family and friends.

In general, the professionals are either too scissor happy or just dont listen. I didnt want the top cut too short (I want it covering a balding spot), and once again, it has ended up too short and actually a bit lopsided. Have tried to many times at the strip mall shops (not just supercuts) and its almost always the same. Failures.Update: lori from SuperCuts contacted me to discuss. In find that honorable and she has offered to let me contact her for my next hair cut to show it can be done right. Thank you. I appreciate your call & offer. Upped review from 1 to 3.

So disappointed with this location went in to get hair cut. There was only 2 people working waited for the 2nd person she came out and took someone else instead of me. She ask the guy you called ahead of time right. He said no she said yes you did he said ok I guess if you said so. I guess she didnt want to cut my hair.So I left. I think her name was Emily. It took 2 years for us to find someone to cut our hair. The first time I had my hair Lori did a great job so took my husband they also did a good job. 3rd time it was awful .We drove from Thomasville, GA to Tallahassee. What a waste of time.
