I had a great experience here. The student I had was professional and friendly. She was knowledgable and her supervisor was fantastic as well double checking that everything looked good. Would recommend, and will be going back for another haircut! The price is unbeatable and less then a salon even if you leave a significant tip!

I ended up with a totally different haircut than what I requested, which was the same hairstyle but shorter. My hair was cut so short when I returned to try to get what I asked for that it did not remotely resemble what I wanted. The left side was below my ear, the right side above. The entire left side was longer because the student left annoyed when I responded if that was what I wanted that it was hopeless having seen she had cut my hair so short on the right side. The instructor then came and cut the left side leaving it longer. I had to cut it at home as best as I could. I feel the instructor needed to supervise closer what she was doing and obviously she had not understood what I wanted even though I drew the hairline at the bottom of the hair starting neat the ear and becoming gradually longer. The hair originally was cut all the same uniform length.

I loved my experience at the salon, a student did my 3 year old hair and it was braided very pretty and neat. I was so happy and satisfied. Very nice welcoming people their and that made us feel comfortable. We will be back to very soon. Thank you!

This school is not what it seems, they are immature and disrespectful. Find a school that will value your work and time.

WOW! Its been a while since i played a game as good as this one. The hype is real folks. I like to play imposter the most but doing tasks as crewmate is fun to. Best to play with friends...... just dont be sus ;)

Students are very nice and educated cheap decent prices ! Great place to go but remember it is a school all students do the work but it is very closely supervised ! Tip them generously they work hard !

The students are always attentive to your needs. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a learning environment so be prepared to have several people watching you get your hair done. The prices are very reasonable.

I enjoy the energy of the staff of this cosmetology and barbering school. The school is professional and students seem to be advanced in their skill trait upon graduation. I recommend to anyone who is looking to advance their life and start a beauty career.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The owner, Anita Coppedge, accused and treated my introverted son as if he was mentally challenged when we attempted to speak to her about enrolling him. She told me that North Florida Cosmetology was not equipped to handle students with “special needs.” I was livid! She literally asked me what my son’s grades were like in school! His grades were fine, but it is not her place to ask with no concrete basis. Her behavior exemplified superiority and arrogance towards us. Thankfully, there are many cosmetology schools in Tallahassee. Needless to say, my son will be attending another school.

This family-owned School has licensed more barbers and beauticians than I can count. And they still offer lower tuition fees (and fewer hours) than the franchise schools in town. Locally owned since the 90s, I would highly recommend!

Its always a pleasure getting my hair washed and pressed, always have a great experience every time I go. The students are awesome and very talented.

In May I went in for a color because I know someone who was a student. While I was in the chair another student was doing a students hair. He called his barber instructor to look at the girls hair and Laurie, the instructor stated see its dead or it would be moving and continued to comb through the girls hair looking for live lice. I made my Cosmo person check my hair for lice as soon as she got home

Barber instructor is a jerk she cant cut black American hair and will not help u if you need assistance with cutting black American hair
