October 18, 2017 I had a gear cable break in my car. I was sent to Tommys by my ex and got my car fixed the very next day. However, just the other day my gear cable broke again and I went to another mechanic to have it replaced with a NEW cable. I have called this shop for weeks requesting a receipt that I did not initially receive, so that the new mechanic could see what was done. I spoke with the owner on one occasion that said hed send it along with the $80 that he was over paid. After receiving nothing after a week, I called the shop again and spoke with a female that took my fax number down to send my receipt....nothing. I called the following week and left a message on the voicemail along with my name and return number, no return call. This shop is very unprofessional. Thank goodness I record all calls and have all texts between the owner and myself. BBB has been contacted. I have already spread the word about this place.

Tommy has quick service with a smile. His prices are fair and he never suggests items to be replaced that arent needed. He fixes nearly everything, so he is my one stop auto repair shop. I highly recommend!

EXCEPTIONAL A++ SERVICE!!! Tommys Auto Service is honest, highly knowledgeable, competitively priced and does great work. Ive had my car serviced, oil changed, AC work, and brakes fixed at Tommys. Most importantly, he doesnt try to take advantage of my supposed ignorance because I am a woman, as so very many mechanics do. Rather he explains, answers questions, and shoots straight. I highly recommend Tommys Auto Service.

Tommy and his team are a very kind and efficient bunch! I broke down in the middle of the night and ended up getting towed to Tommy’s bc of their amazing reviews. I’m very glad that I did, he’s been fantastic to work with! He explains everything in detail and wants to make sure you feel taken care of. I was nervous about having someone unfamiliar work on my car, Tommy was excellent and had me up and running the next day!

I’m posting this review on behalf of Ryan Barkley. He was on his way up to help with the hurricane clean up and his radiator blew leaving him stranded on the side of the road. He was able to get a hold of Tommy’s Auto Service & Repair which was an absolute saving grace. To say that they were helpful was an understatement. They stayed open, Replaced the radiator, all with above and beyond customer service. If these guys hadn’t helped Ryan when he was in need the way they did, his efforts to help with others in need would be non-existent. Ryan is beyond appreciative for all the amazing kindness shown to him by this company he truly feels blessed. A simple random act of kindness (R.A.K) goes along way. Ryan is surely going to “pass it on” after today’s experience!! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who assisted him in getting him back on the road today!!!

These guys are truly best in the business. Took my work van in to have some minor repairs .not only was he gentle on my pocket, his crew went above and beyond to make sure my van was done same day ..as a local business this is huge being I depend on these trucks daily ..from transmissions,motor installations and repair,and a/c repair these guys are the best.. Now he works in everything I own . including my a.t.v...These guys rock.. Highly recommended..👌

Its hard enough to find a shop that will do a solid job on a 2012 Prius. I took my prius in today, in and out in 3 hours. Theyre Honest, fast, and so knowledgable. Tommy treats you like an old friend from the second you meet him and his crew. Ill certainly be back many times.

Great guy, AWESOME service. I had a issue with my truck, Tommy diagnosed the problem within minutes and made the repair in no time for much less than the other shops wanted for the same job I would highly recommended to anyone looking for a honest mechanic.

Tommy polished up my headlights, which had yellowed, and they looked good as new. He charged me so little that I felt bad.
