Ended up needing new studs and Cody recommended a fantastic tire shop in town (Tore Town and Muffler 5⭐) which worked out great. Took the car back on short notice since it was repaired early and they took us right in. Great place.

They have always been good for our family. Their tire warranty is worth every penny, without the warranty they fix flats for free anyway, and they are generally very quick to get me in and out. Prices are the best in the city too.

I can not speak highly enough of this store. Twice now I’ve called for a tire in fairly short notice. The first time, it was ordered within a day or two, and yesterday I called to come in and have a tire changed this morning. Ive been using them for years. The service is always great, and theyve never tried to aggressively upsell me. More than a couple of times theyve repaired my tire without charge, and without trying to sell me a new one. The people working there have a great attitude, which always makes for a good experience.

At the time, the gentleman I worked with was professional, helpful, and worked very quickly to get my tires on in a timely manner.Now 1 year later, I can confidently say that whatever tires they sold me are the best tires Ive ever had on a vehicle. I know very little about tired so they helped me pick out a quality, affordable (~$700) set of tired with an amazing warranty. These things handle like a dream. They are also excellent in rain. Living in Florida this is important and Ive never once felt like I was in danger of hydroplaning.Tl;DrGreat tires, great warranty, and great service for a competitive price (better than the dealer).

No discounts here. Better tires for less elsewhere. They wouldnt pro rate their old tires. Said alignment caused the wear. Another time high pressure salesman tried to sell me 4 tires when I only needed 2.

Ive been going here for years and they are just always so great. Nice, honest, amazing customer service. I had to go in for a low tire today, arrived 5 minutes before they closed to top it off, and they kindly insisted on repairing it for free instead of just topping off the air (it had a nail apparently).

Was time for a rotation. They were friendly. I arrived late morning on a Saturday morning and expected to wait, but it was done sooner than their estimate. Comfortable lobby.

Have dealt with many other places in town where the price was a lot more expensive and took a lot longer to actually get the tire replaced. I made an appointment, showed up and walked out with a new tire faster than I have anywhere else. No hard selling attempts, just quick in and out. Will not go anywhere else in town after this.

Some places may have cheaper tires, but with added fees, they end up more expensive. bought my tires online, and they had them installed in maybe thirty minutes tops. staff is very professional.

WARNING - Went in for a nail in tire, left with a dented door 1.5 hrs later. An employee hit it with a tool, likely a wrench. Free flat repair turned into several hundred $ in damage.Literally WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with a tire shop. Should’ve taken it across the street, any competent tire shop would’ve taken 20 mins and NOT DENTED my car in the process.Also don’t bother with their appointment system, they don’t look at it.- No one thinks a “worst experience” will happen to them until it does.

Theres no sense looking for a better tire place - these guys are great! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and my visit today (with Ariels help) was no exception. In the past, theyve plugged nail holes several times with no problem. You can tell they value your time and try to get you in and out quickly - without sacrificing work quality. Im not sure if Ill be in Tallahassee next time I need tires - so I hope all their locations are just as good - but this one is definitely top notch! Thanks guys!

So, I was out pricing wheels and tires today. Due to pandemic, the associates meet you in parking lot to check you in. Then, you wait in vehicle until until they come out. My wait wasnt long. The associate and I then went inside to price wheels and tires. Seemed knowledgeable. Pleased with my visit today.

Make an appointment. They definitely push harder to get you out the door sooner, that much has been confirmed.Also road hazard warranties are worth it, dont be foolish. 200.00 tire, ran off highway and cut inner wall, and it got replaced for the cost of renewing the warranty which was 27.00 I believe. No one enjoys paying for tires.

I Always have a great experience, only this time the new guy didnt change the tire pressure machine to the correct psi after putting on my new tire, and left my car to something else, so I had to tell the more experienced guys to check the pressure while replacing my other tires and the one the new guy did was wrong. Its always good to watch what they are doing. They have so many customers, its very easy to drop the ball a little bit. I would still recommend this company for all your tire needs.

This is the second time the Magnolia location of Discount Tire has saved me. About 10 months ago, I had to get a pair of tires. Unbeknownst to me, my car had locking lug nuts and the previous owner both failed to mention that and failed to leave a key. I tried half a dozen places, including the Killearn location, but nobody could break off my locking lug nuts. Finally, I came to the Magnolia location. They not only broke off the locking lug nuts, but replaced the two tires I needed replaced, and had my car ready in less than 40 minutes.Today, someone sabotaged one of my other tires. I showed up an hour before close to the Magnolia location, and they were very quick to identify the problem and provide me with two brand new, warrantied tires. Even though I was fourth or fifth in line, my car was ready in less than 45 minutes. Now I dont have to miss work in the morning and I dont have to worry about a blowout.The guys who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to sell me anything I couldnt afford, and they were quick, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend the Magnolia location of Discount Tire to anyone with tire issues.

Ill keep it simple. My lowered custom 350z was pulled into a parking spot too far and the front bumper was cracked. Good thing I saw it because the manager denied seeing it and after showing him and asking what he will do about it before I call my insurance he then went off about how he saw the way his employee pulled the car in and it wasnt him. But when I asked for the employees name that parked my car they refused and I was told to call their claims who called the store for their story and they denied it ever happening. Will never do business with them again.

I had to return because when I had tires put on earlier this year, they didnt torque all the wheel nuts properly, and I lost one.When I took the car in, after going from person to person, one man finally came out with a nut, the wrong one, and I commented that it would throw the wheel out of balance. He continued anyway. He tightened the nut, then torqued it turning far past the click of the torque wrench, and then repeating the process two more time until the nut and broken stud were laying on the ground!!!After another ten to fifteen minutes they sent me on the way with a voucher to have it repaired at Jakes Auto; great work.

We went in to rotate the tires (per the warranty ) and on our 1st stop after leaving Discount lost 1 of our hub caps. Went back and told Sam he apologized and said hed make it good. We left and just a block down the road lost a 2nd one. We were very upset and this time my husband suggested checking the other 2 and sure enough one was about to come off and the last one was loose. We were told this could take weeks to replace, if they can. Sam will call at some point to let us know of the status. And we are missing a valve stem cap for 1 tire. FYI they were just opening when we arrived so its not a case of they were swamped.Update : Sam called 8 days later, had our replacement hub caps. We are happy campers now. But what an ordeal. Ugh!

My car was towed to Discount Tire from a referral from the tow truck driver. The guy asked what I preferred to do if my tire could not be repaired; he didn’t push a new tire on me.
