They did a full change out in my two story townhouse in the middle of June. Super hot in my house, but they got it done in a very reasonable amount of time. My new Trane unit is amazing, with a super cool touch screen thermostat. My u utility bill was nearly cut in half. Highly recommend.

Short and simple; Terry and his team are the most honest a/c guys I have ever dealt with.Back in 2011, about 7 months after moving into my new home (new to me), my air conditioner stopped cooling. This was my first home, and as you can imagine, it was a little intimidating as this was new territory for me. I called to get estimates from four air conditioning companies here in Tallahassee, of which only three actually came out. Each rep told me that I would need to replace the entire system because it was completely shot, including the air handler due to code and I received quotes that ranged from $6,500 - $8,500. At the suggestion of a friend, I called Terry with TK Air to get a 4th and final estimate.Terry came out that afternoon and after taking the time to actually diagnose the system, he suggested that it was only the compressor that had failed. The icing on the cake was when he told me that the compressor was actually STILL COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY! I was shocked that none of the reps from the other companies even considered checking the warranty information and its because they were trying to up-sell a completely new system. Terry had the replacement compressor ordered within two days, and my system was back up and running. Since then, my unit has been running fine with the exception of a capacitor and a fan, which were replaced by his son Eric and another employee David. Terry has always been very diligent, respectful, and fair with regards to pricing. Right now, Eric is assisting me with the installation of some Mitsubishi mini-split units.This family owned business is the go-to a/c maintenance/installation team in town, and I have, and will continue to, refer them to my family and friends without question. I highly recommend TK Air and feel confident that you can trust both their word & work as I have for almost 10 years.

We have been using T K Air for years, at first mostly serviced by Terry and lately by his son Eric. Nothing but fantastic service over the years. They have been nursing along our 1989 Trane system for almost ten years now, and it finally had a major breakdown. I Am Happy and Impressed with TK Air Conditioning & Heating! Our Heil heat pump failed after 25 years of dependable service. We received eight quotes for 5 ton split heat pump central AC systems from four local companies. Terry gave us the lowest price, answered all our questions and custom designed a system for our house. His son Eric and David installed our new Trane split system in one day. They were friendly and polite, explained & showed us what they were doing and answered all of our questions.
