If you go to Benefit Brow Bar Tacoma YOU HAVE TO REQUEST TEHSIN!! She is the best at doing brows and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. She is very experienced and kindhearted. Overall, this is the best Benefit I have been to because of Tehsin.

I went specifically to buy Benefit. The young lady seemed to know VERY little about the products. I felt like she didnt care whether I bought anything or not. I bought mascara that she promised was black...it was brown. You have to walk a ways to get in to Macys and I have a bad knee so I never went back. Too bad the saleslady was so nonchalant because I would have bought more product. I will buy my Benefit elsewhere!

Had good prices for birthday gifts

I got the worst wax of my life here. Not only did my lady rush my eyebrow but basically waxied off 1/2 of my eyebrow without even shaping it. I thought for the money that you paid that it would be done professionally, it wasnt. I trusted the benefit brand which is why I went but it was a huge disappointment. The wax was too hot and burnt off most of the skin around my eye, this alone was embarrassing and took a few days to heal. The next week when I went to Ulta to get makeup to fill in my hacked off eyebrows, the person working there said she had someone else come in THAT SAME DAY from the same place as me who had also been burnt and had her eyebrows done terribly. This benefit brow bar is a waste of money. I will never go back.
