A month ago I booked appointments for my mom and myself. Its tradition to have our hair done before I have a new baby (this one due in a couple weeks), so I always make sure to schedule in advance to ensure there is availability at the salon. Showed up today to a mystified Cheryl that there was more than 1 appointment. Turns out the gal, Rhonda, whom I was schedule with (full color, highlights, cut and style) no longer works at this location and didnt take herself off the booking system. Further, Cheryl would only have had time to do my moms hair and no one else is available. Youre telling me no one else has access to the system to see what stylist is scheduled and when? Im bawling my eyes out now because everywhere else is booked out until well after this baby is due. The lack of professionalism is astounding and I will not be giving this place a second chance.

I loved Cheryl! She was so professional and friendly. I haven’t done much in self-care since the start of the COVID lockdowns but she made me feel comfortable and safe during this experience. We talked about everything going on while she efficiently worked on my hair (no easy feat! It was quite damaged/unruly!) I absolutely love my results! The color is exactly what I wanted and she cut it so it was even and still kept as much length as I was hoping for. Thank you, Cheryl for making it a great experience; I’ll definitely be seeing you again!!
