Uhaul canceled our truck order without notifying us. Lied and said we cancelled the order. Made us drive to another location. Told us there were no trucks available now, found our exact sized truck parked right outside their doors and then told us we had to get the truck back By 3:00. It was noon by that time. Who can move in 3 hours. The employees that work for Uhaul are extremely rude. They should be apologizing to their customers not trying to see how much pain they can cause. All without provocation. Trudies Treasures lady was rude to us and said we weren’t going to get a truck. We did nothing just called and ordered a truck. What a horrible experience! I will be calling corporate and complaining as much as I possibly can.
