Very friendly excellent customer service. Jesus went out of his way to make sure I get the right product(phone)...help me set up my phone and very professional. I will continue to come to this location from Graham, WA because the customer service is so amazing.

So I got a phone here despite what I heard about and after four short months my phone stopped charging, regardless of me taking exceptional care of it. I took it in and the representative was condescending and rude saying maybe I should have got insurance if I dont want to pay $ 200 for a replacement. She would not give her name but called her manager at my request . Jesus, who would not even get on phone with me could not have been more disgustingly unprofessional when he told her, hes not talking to me you deal with him. So basically boost mobile sells phones that are not able to operate very long and if you have any issues, they dont want to hear it. I recommend a different phone provider

We had an easy,friendly experience with Jesus!! He was so helpful, informative and nice! He took his time to help my mom(73) find a new phone perfect for her needs,transfered everything to her new phone and helped her set it up! We felt safe(store was spotless and masks were worn) and valued! Jesus answered all my moms questions and made sure she felt comfortable and confident with her new phone! Make sure hes there if you want 10 out of 10 service!!

Never thought I would stumbled upon an employee whos passionate about what what he does. We were in line waiting to be help and Jesus made sure that he let us know that well be help as soon as hes able to. Not long after, he was able to help us and was very knowledgeable about what he does.

A few weeks ago, I went into this store with my phone having some serious issues. Jesus fixed the problem in minutes! He was very patient and polite in explaining what had happened to the phone and showed me how to resolve the problem should it happen again... Reminded me of the days when establishments wanted customers to be happy with the product they have vs ignoring their concerns and pushing new merchandise as a solution. Because of Jesus, I will definitely be sticking with Boost Mobile! Thanks Jesus, you rock!

I am not very phone smart so eac3 time i have a question or i need help with my phone i come to where i bought it and i get all my questions answered and any problems fixed. Great store and even better employees.....?????

I had broken my phone and was looking to get a new one I called a closer boost store and they wouldn’t even answer the phone multiple time. I called this store and they answered right away, they politely answered every question I had and told me to come in and they would hold a phone for me. If I have any issues I will come back to this store. They had great customer service and they were very nice and helped me with everything I needed. Thank you! 🙂

Oh man if you are looking to get a great phone at a great price and a wonderful cheap monthly plan this is the place to go . Dalton along with macy and Zack were extremely helpful I had so many laughs with Dalton along with some amazing cooking tips . I walked in so unsure on what to purchase and what plan to do but they helped me figure it all out. And I won mariners tickets as well . This is the best experience Ive ever had in a mobile store these guys are family forever

When I walked in the girl working had her head down on the desk and was chatting on the phone with a friend... I wanted to update my plan and she had no idea what to charge me, was texting her manager questions while I’m just standing there waiting for responses... then tells me to come back later or I’ll lose my $50!? THANKS ALOT. Not pleased I’ll go to a different store next time.
