Prince Tecom and Comcast has the worst customer service I have ever seen and I am 64. I have been waiting for the Prince underground crew to come out and look at my cable hookup at my new home in Tacoma, WA for almost a week because there is a clog (mostlikely dirt) in the line and Comcast cant get the coaxial through it. I have been contacting everybody I could from the Pulte Homes management team to Comcast field managers daily because I cant work without internet.Thought I had good news today, Comcast informed me the Prince underground crew was finally showing up. Prince sent only one person and apparently all he did was measure how far the blockage is from my property and sent a message to Comcast that there is a clog in my pipe about 65 from the house (we already knew that) and they should be back by the end of the week to work on it. Four more days with no pay!

Given how long Ive waited for a team to show up to put in a drop, I dont think this company could organize a one car parade.
