The staff that was there was very polite and even helped me pull up my w-2. I was having a difficult time with since Im not very good on computers or emails. This was my very first time going to them. Even though I got a refund. I think I should have got more. They didnt add my daughter on there. She just turned 18 in 2021. In 2020 she was still in school.

Terrible experience. Only one person in the office. Appointment delayed by 30 min because of previous person. She spent the entire time disrupted by the phone and helping people who walked in. Maybe spent 15 min max on my account. Very rushed. Last year I had tabs on two cars... forgot this time and she didn’t bring it up (she was too busy to look through my simple tax return to notice). Told me I couldn’t use my goodwill deductible because I had $108 cash donation already used, but I’ve used it in the past... not sure then why goodwill gives you a receipt then. And to top it off charged me almost $400 fee! Then pushed me out the door for the next person! Never again.Follow up- they sent a note to call their customer service main line in response to above. With how bad my service was, they can’t make an effort to reach out to me. They want me to call their main line and tell the story over again... if I can reach someone? Just another sign they don’t care.

My tax lady did a great job, very friendly and helpful, made everything understandable for me.

They were really nice efficient and got my taxes done withing an hour and the same day I made my appointment. Very informative and a speedy return. Thanks so much and I will be back every year. Corrine was awesome.

OH MY GOD!!! Seriously, I cannot say how much I love my tax preparer!!!! Jess Liebentritt is absolutely the BEST in the ENTIRE STATE!!! Not only is she professional, she makes the process fun. You will never laugh so much while getting your taxes done as you will with her. As long as she is with JH, I will be filing with them. If she leaves though, so will I! Im self employed, she knows how to do it without stressing people out. Has the right amount of compassion while being friendly, fun, and an absolute angel.
