Its a place you walk in. Im disabled and only have a home care worker once a week for four hours. I was not feeling well but needed a document notorized with witnesses that day. We got there and had to wait about 30mins. Now I have pain in my back and down my right leg and the chairs are very uncomfortable! Finally we get back to the lady to get the document taken care of. Well, while sitting there she is talking in another language to other ladies there and then she calls one over and starts talking to her about her taxes during my appointment while I sit there and wait!!! She finally gets done after about 10 mins. She gets back to my things, makes copies and puts the original in a plastic sheet cover. At this point Im in a lot more pain and upset. I just need to go home!! We paid and left. That night when the pain finally calmed down I looked over the paperwork to find NO SEAL ON THE PAPERWORK!!!! It took over a week to get them to come to my house to put the seal on the paperwork that should have been done over a week ago. If I had been feeling ok and all that had not happened, I would have noticed that there was NO seal before leaving. Anyway, you be the judge.

Ive been coming here for years and will continue to do so, they are professional, very courteous to their customers. If you have all your documents, your service will be quick.

Filed my taxes with the 3 years in a row with them. got a notice from the irs saying that I owed them 2,500$ due to a mistake from this place don’t go there it’s over priced and to add on called in and they said they couldn’t help in any way when they were at fault
